We experienced a flat tire on I-85 today, about 20 minutes from home. After our first call, we were informed it would take around 40 minutes or a bit longer. Although it ended up taking longer due to their busy schedule, Mr. Jackson, who coincidentally shares my name, arrived to assist us. His friendly and helpful demeanor made the wait much more bearable.
Mr. Jackson not only provided swift assistance and spoke to us in a calm and friendly manner, but he also followed us for a while to ensure we got home safely. It’s rare to find such dedicated and considerate individuals nowadays. We truly appreciated his help and will definitely call them again in the future. Thanks to him, me and my family got home safely.

I had an amazing experience with Roadside on Demand LLC! My car broke down unexpectedly in Fairburn, and they arrived within 30 minutes. Ellington was outstanding to work with when they towed my car last week. I was able to communicate with and get status updates on expected arrival time.
I was impressed with the gentleman (did not get his name) that towed my car. He worked through a couple of issues quickly and after he delivered my car to the repair shop (late at night) called to let me know the tow was complete and the key was dropped in the drop box as I requested. Just great customer service all the way around. Thank you.
Julius was FAST, HONEST, & an excellent COMMUNICATOR- all are exactly what is needed when stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire.
We ordered a tire replacement through a 3rd party, but when Julius arrived he noticed and was honest about it “just” being a hole which he patched and saved us hundreds of $$.

I was stranded in the middle of a highway due to a flat tire. I am not from Georgia and did not recognize my surrounding. I had already passed the exit signs but was still far from my destination. I thought to call my insurance company for roadside assistance but it's always a long frustrating process to get someone on the line and even longer for a service tech to get to my vehicle, especially when I'm out of state. I decided to call a local business hoping I'd have better results. I decided to choose Roadside On Demand, I figured hey, what's in a name.
I was put at ease after speaking with Julius who let me know that he can help me. He asked my location, I told him I honestly didn't know. I let him know I was on the highway not far from the airport. He told me not to worry and walked me through the process of sharing my location via Google maps. Afterwards he assured me that he would be able to get to me in 20 minutes or less. I thought wow, that would be amazing.
Mr Julius did not disappoint. He was there in less than 20 minutes, had my spare on in no time and let me know if there was any other car services I may need in the future that I could rely on him.
His confident and calm demeanor, prompt and attentive service got me through what could have been very stressful.

Julius came to my home on such short notice. It took him around 45 mins to get to me from when I called him. My car had a flat tire due to me running over a nail. Julius was able to plug my tire for me and I was back riding in no time. Definitely recommend his services and will be using him again if I have to.

Very professional service and did exactly as promised. I was looking for a last minute tire change due to a very bad company that I paid a deposit to that never showed up to roadside assist me.
