When Danny arrived, he was rude from the start. My very young sister politely asked if her bumper would scrape when he pulled the car onto the tow truck, and instead of answering professionally, he snapped back with, “Well why’d you park like that? I’m going to have to take a picture because that’s not gonna be my fault.” She was parked normally, head-in to a spot facing the store. He then sarcastically asked if we wanted him to call another tow truck.
To make things worse, he asked my sister to stay in the vehicle while he loaded it onto the truck. That is not safe nor standard practice, and she only stayed inside because she was unaware of the dangers that could cause.
I also gave him a heads-up that our gravel driveway is a little bumpy, which has never been a problem for any other tow truck before. His response was, “I’m not going to drop the car if the driveway is rough.” Despite his attitude, he was able to drop the car without issue.
But what crossed the line completely was when he looked at my sister and asked if I was “talking black.” That was offensive, racist, and completely unprofessional. When my father confronted him about it, he denied saying it—of course.
Danny was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t want to do his job. The unsafe instructions, along with his racist comment and poor attitude, were unacceptable. Honestly, it’s time for him to retire if he can’t treat customers with respect.
Top notch service! Super fast I called and they arrived within 15 minutes all other companies had 60 plus minute wait. The driver hands down had the best customer service despite our difficult driveway! 100% recommend this company for your towing needs.
I broke down on the side road next to I-75south. Through insurance they contacted this company to tow my vehicle to a mechanic. The driver called me to figure out where I was and I tried to explain and wasn't really sure where I was either, and he was very patient (thank god cause i was freaking out) and found us. He was kind enough to wait till someone could pick myself, childern and pets up. I have always heard horror stories about people being left on the side of the road. Lucky we where safe. It's so nice to know we have such kind people still left in this world. Definitely would recommend them!!!!

Just because you can charge doesn’t mean you should , according to the same law that allows you to charge also says you must answer phone 24/7. Typical towing company.
My car was towed to this tow yard and money was removed from my LOCKED glove compartment. Cops blame them, they blame the cops...either way I'm out of hard earned money totally unacceptable...Beware

Absolutely great experience during a scary time. Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced. The young man was polite, very efficient and got yo me so fast. I was so grateful. I had unexpectedly broken down on a busy road in the cold. He had me taken care of in a jiffy.
Today, I called A-Plus Towing to pick up my Toyota Camry. Even though I was told it would take an hour for the flatbed to come, it only took 15 minutes. I was impressed to say the most! Danny Hill was the driver. He was very nice, professional and kind. Being stranded is distressing enough. Due to Danny's quickness and calm temperment, the situation turned out to be very pleasant. Danny should be rewarded with a raise. Thank you very much for being there for us.
The Clark is very rude. She have so respect for people. I was going get my car tow with them. Into I heard how she was talking to me.They need a new clark in that office because that lady is awful. No one wants to work with rude people at all. You can’t make no money being rude.
There aren't enough stars to give for this review. A+ towing deserves 5+ stars. In the middle of a 600 mile drive to Florida with my kids, my Suburban simply shut off going 65 mph on south I-59. As I was stranded in a strange city, I started calling auto shops at random. Lisa at Jerry Gowan's Garage was the first friendly voice I came across. She suggested A+ towing. She then asked if I wanted to call the towing company for me to make it easier on me...absolutely! Anthony showed up 30 to 45 minutes later in his tow truck - super nice guy, very understanding. Anthony actually waited a little extra time before loading my truck on the rollback to allow for a pick-up vehicle to arrive and transfer my kids and my luggage (it was raining, 55 degrees). Just awesome...making the best out of a bad situation. Anthony, my sincere deepest thanks and greatest appreciation for your help. JC
Think I got bad gas and truck broke down on I-85 S. Called my road side assistance and they contacted this company. The guy was able to get to us fast and was really nice. Very helpful! Forgot to get his name but he needs a raise! I had a silver GMC 2500 HD for reference
Great company. Bought a BMW truck and it has some issues and broke down the next day. Ended up impounded and they were kind and patient throughout the process. Grateful for them
If I could give this towing company a ZERO, I would. This is by far the WORST, most disrespectful towing company I have EVER dealt with. My truck got towed for no fault of mine. I called in distress, really lost and depressed! I did ask if there was anything they could do to knock some money off of my tow and DISRESPECTFULLY said NOPE which I accepted! Their hours are 8 to 5 and I work 8 to 5 and I asked if they could hang around a little longer without charging me and she DISRESPECTFULLY said no (I do not have the luxury of being able to get off without putting it in the system and it being approved and it negatively affected my attendance)! I asked her what should I do, kind of lost and really upset for the reason my car was towed in the first place and she said "Well I suggest you take off early and get here before we close if you want your truck and HOLLERED the word MAM at the end!." REALLY? Well when I got there she was being really rude and I rudely (BUT in her hand) handed her everything she asked for to get my truck. & told her a little compassion will go along way and she FLEW off the handle at me! Telling me that I threw my paperwork at her, yet I handed it to her. It doesn't cost ANYTHING to be kind! I get that everyone is feeling the heat of inflation and I am aware and ok with them not being able to take any money off the tow but you never know what someone is going through!
I truly wish I could give this a -0 writing. We we were our way to vacation and was rear-ended in Fairburn Georgia. Dispatch called a tow truck. The gentleman that got there was rude. We were four hours away from our destination and four hours away from home. We had five kids with us. We had 2 cars in the wreck. One was drive able. But the gentleman that pulled up to tow my vehicle from the scene said we had 5 minutes to get our stuff out of the car. He was there was this was his day off and he didn’t have time to fool with us, that cops ended up taking us to a gas station. Their name is so misleading there’s no way they are an A+ towing. He definitely made our trip way worse than it had to be just a little bit of common decency. We were dealing with a car wreck and a lost car in the wreck and another one that was drivable he could’ve had a little compassion instead of being so rude. I understand it was his day off I do, but there’s no need for that. It was already a mess and my kids were distraught.
I didn't catch the guys name but he was friendly and tried to trouble shoot my issues with the car. On time and friendly is how I'd describe a+. They are helpful.
My wifes car was towed here after an accident on i85 in Fairburn. Their daily rate is only $35 which is not bad considering what I have seen elsewhere. It was really really easy to get them on the phone and to check to see if our insurance had picked up the car from them. The car sat there for almost a month and we got a letter in the mail giving us a date that the car had to be picked up by before it was deemed abandoned so I feel that they communicated well. I think this is a trust worthy, upfront and honest business!
Very friendly and helpful. I wasn't feeling very good about my car being towed the day before, when I got there the tow guy cracked a joke that was meant for me to feel better about the situation. I laughed so hard! It really lifted my spirits. I appreciate his kindness. These guys are awesome
I called them per Geicos reference and Elaine answered. From the minute I called, crying hysterical she was very calming and so nice. I was able to settle down! Let's face it today you don't know what or who your dealing with and they don't either!. She was great and Caleb was there in no time. My car had died and being at Petsmart I was crazy. Anyway these are good people I would request them, refer or anything else! And the price was fair ! Really good service!
I got this towing company through my insurance. My insurance company told me there was an overage charge that was not covered, that I would need to pay. When the tow driver called, he quoted me a different amount. I asked the driver could he explain why the amount was different in which he began to get loud with me and tell me he did not know. I asked him why he was yelling at me, that I only wanted to understand the charges. He then hung up on me. I called the company and explained what happened and was told they are cancelling my tow because he was their only available driver and he did not want to work with me. I could hear him in the background on the call with them still yelling. Very unprofessional service.
Used while out of town and the service was great! Chris was our driver and he did not disappoint!! He was punctual and communicated with me often so that I wasn’t left to wonder about anything going on. He needs a raise!! A+ for sure!
Used to be a great company when the father ran it now the son is running it. They have questionable policies. I suggest you use a approved company from the Department of Public Safety website. They charged my son $100 to tow his truck less than a 1/2 mile. Then I had a incident with them recently when my car got towed there after a accident. That was not my fault. They do not care about people at all. Unethical unprofessional. I do a lot of reviews. The majority of them are good. You can look for yourself. I would not complain if I didn't have a reason to. They used racial slurs like the N.... word several times while I was there and used derogatory slurs about persons of alternate gender identity.
Terrible service, lost the keys to my car, and Im still waiting by the way. I have been waiting a little over a month. They charge a insanely amount of money for Towing and storing considering its a junk yard. Also the prices arw up the the driver, its not by mileage. Just use union city or roadside service if you can. This place should really be shut down.
They only care about money. They would not allow my insurance to take my car;The first time i said yes. Then they wanted me to pay a ridiculous amont of money for each day my insurance could have gotten my car. They told me after i gave my insurance they would handle it. Also for some reason they like to lose keys. Please return my keys when you find them.
Staff was courteous, respectful, and very helpful on how to dispose of my totalled vehicle. Even managed to get a few dollars back on what we paid to have it towed and stored. Prices are reasonable.
We are from out of town and we were involved in a trafic accident in Fairburn. This company responded to the accident. The drivers we professional and so helpful. When we got to their facility the woman in the office got ice for my husbands face ( he was injured in the accident) and she looked up taxi companies for us. When it came time to get the car to the body shop they got it there in a timely manner. Overall, I was very pleased with their service.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Charged us $500 for towing the car 2 miles. Told us the car was only worth $80, but when we paid the bill they took off $400 for us to sign the car over to them. If you put your own stereo system they won't let you have it.
This company is at the top of the USAA dispatch list for Atlanta and was dispatched to me twice. The first truck arrived 5.5 hours after the call at 11pm (I had locked up the vehicle and found a place to stay by then). The second truck, dispatched the next day when I discovered I needed a wheel lift truck, never arrived, called or otherwise indicated they had any awareness of or interest in my business. They marked the job as completed when they had not completed it, as well, so the insurance company thought the vehicle had been towed. Absolutely not recommended.
