My vehicle was taken here for evaluation for the insurance payout all of my things were taken out of the cab of my truck put into a black trash bag and throw it on the back of my truck where it was rained on because they did not care about my belongings and now they refuse to replace my belongings I've been getting the runaround from them for the past 3 months they could have easily put my belongings back into the cab of my truck

Made my first and last purchase with Copart corporation because of this place. Will not be doing business with Copart any more. Staff was not able to explain why I got overcharged for my purchase and the general manager never reached out to me to explain. I had to cancel the wining vehicle and pay the restocking fee.
A preview vehicle with Catalytic converter. After purchasing this is what happens when I went to pick up the vehicle. Converter gone and freshly cut with a gas line . BAD BUSINESS. After having a conversation with the management. They couldn't even say nice words because they don'treally care . I guess all they want is your money. Beware whenever buying from this location.
The office staff was very nice and helpful. I am only disappointed in the fact that items that were taken out of my truck before I could clean it or after my wreck. My tackle box, green Pruitt work bag and all my change
Renato, the General manager, was very helpful helping me connect with a great transporter after having difficulty. I have purchased 6 cars through Copart. Two mini's, Two Land Rovers, a Jeep and recently a Ram 2500 Crew. The Ram was the most stressful being so big I was unable to transport it myself. The folks at Fairburn were kind and empathetic, I appreciated that.
