I needed a transmission for my truck. I called Weavers and was directed to Ron at ext.2255. Ron was able to take care of my problem expeditiously in a professional manner. I ordered an engine from these folks a week ago. It was supposed to be here yesterday never came on time so it was rescheduled for today and it still is not on time. Driver called me 30 minutes ago saying he was on his way and his yet to arrive and I run a small business in Columbus, Georgia Seriously considering using somebody else from now on

Unfortunately I have to give “weaver parts” a 1 star review. I purchased engine from them for about 1600$ and wanted to keep my core because the amount weaver was offering was extremely low. Weaver still sent driver to pick up engine core even though I specifically told them not to. I called them to find out where the engine was and they said it had already been taken to salvage yard. I spoke with someone named “MATT” and he told me they were not responsible for the error that there driver /company made and that there is nothing they could do. Did not even apologize, will not be doing business with them again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Ron! He packed a lot of patience with me. He answered all my questions and concerns, ensuring the engine for my 2014 Dodge Durango had a warranty, ensuring the auto shop was a part of their network which helped me not to incur any additional expenses. Ron also explained my warranty’s importance & what was covered and who I can take my vehicle to if I had any problems. Ron will always be my go to person for his professional services and impeccable knowledge. My customer service experience was absolutely ah-mazing!

Beware beware beware don't do business with this company they tell alot of lies I purchased a transmission on feb 24,25 my sales rep Brandon sent over the wrong transmission I called and told him it was the wrong transmission he told me it's a infinity transmission it's interchangeable and it should fit my car..I told Brandon it don't fit my mechanic told me it don't fit so I ask can I speak to a manger he kept refusing me to speak to a manger..Brandon said let me handle it...Well he called hisself handling it and he sent out another transmission and the transmission he sent over my mechanic put it in and it was faulty it went out the same day he put it in....well they sent over the 3rd transmission they never told me how many miles was on that one they never called me to communicate with me bout the transmission..the communication is very bad with this company From the mangers all the way down to the sells rep bad business.. So I pick my car up on a Wed I paid my mechanic for labor well it went out the same day I paid him for labor..So I immediately contacted my mechanic and let him no he said let me look at the codes and it was the transmission bad..He called weavers they told him they're send out another one..So they told me I didn't pay for a labor warranty but Brandon told me it came with a 90days part warranty and a 750labor warranty well when my mechanic tried to get the labor paid from weavers they informed him I didn't buy the extended warranty...The company is a scam if you don't buy a warranty they will give you a transmission that don't even work a day so then you'll have to buy another one..I kept calling trying to get to the bottom line of the matter and no one never solve the matter I spoke to at least 15 different people from the compay and they all was no help...I was giving the run around by the mangers and the sales representative I want do know more business with this company They tell lies I told them they where telling me lies...The manger hung up the phone in my face when I ask bout my core,he gone tell me that we don't owe you nothing I owe them 210 dollars for the labor charges for them putting another transmission in..And they had to pay for labor to my mechanic they should paid for labor I just paid my mechanic to put the transmission in and it went out the same day I'm not paying double money when they meant to send a bad transmission on purpose cause so they say I didn't pay for the extended warranty...BUT BRANDON TOLD ME IT CAME WITH A 750 WARRANTY FOR LABOR WARRANTY IF ITS A BAD TRANSMISSION...I WILL NOT DO NO MORE BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY CAUSE THEY DO BAD BUSSINESS THIS COMPANY NEED TO NEED TO BE SHOUT DOWN...

I was skeptical about using this place due to the bad reviews, but what was I thinking, nothing has changed. I ordered a transmission from them and picked it up. The transmission was good but these ppl are liars, I returned my core transmission feb52025 and was told core money would be returned to me in 4 to 7 days. On day, five of me waiting for the core money to be returned I decided to get them a call to check and see come to find out. They hadn’t even processed the return until I called. Had the sales rep. Email me over a copy of the return receipt and it was pending day I called, these people do not like to stand by their word as others have mentioned throughout the years this will be the first and last time I do business with. Still waiting for my core money. BUYER BEWARE sales rep was rude and hung up phone while I was talking after I called back to check on my core money

Ordered an auxiliary radiator from them after confirming with the rep Buc that they had the part. He advised it'd be ready for pick up the next day their facility in Fairburn. When I arrived the rep at the Fairburn facility could not locate the part, we called Buc and was told for whatever reason the part wouldn't be ready to pick up until Monday and they wouldn't ship despite my driving over an hr to pick up the part. Shortly after Buc called and advised they don't have the part altogether and cancelled my order. I appreciate the notification after the fact but I'd rather have been told upfront that they didn't have the part so I didn't waste my time

Ordered online and got it mailed to me only to receive the wrong part. I ordered a center console lid and received a dome light cover. Wth? Called to get the issue addressed multiple times only to have to leave voicemails and no one has returned my calls. I’ll just report it to my bank.

This place made my pay upfront for an radiator and a/c condenser. Was told the parts had to be sent to the Fairburn ga location and it should be a 24 hour turnaround. This was on Monday. Come Thursday still no parts. Was told they were sent to the Fairburn location but they couldn't find them. I asked for my money back. They said they had to charge me and RESTOCKING FEE FOR PARTS I NEVER RECEIVED. Come the next Monday and still no refund. I have to keep calling to get my refund and they STILL CHARGED ME 8.12 AS A RESTOCKING FOR PARTS WERE NEVER THERE. The crazy thing is I ordered the same part BRAND NEW on ebay for cheaper than the invisible USED part they were supposed to give me and had them in two days. Please don't waste your time nor your money with this place.

My first time, ordering parts from Weaver was not as I expected. I ordered the entire bumper assembly but only received the bumper cover. Ron went out of his way to make this right. He handled the issue with professionalism and in a prompt manner.

They are some horrible people. They pretend as if they are good people. They are really not. Rusty whom I thought was a good person. He completely lied through the process, wasted our time, I’m pretty sure he completely lied about even having the parts. Because I had to call the day before and even days prior to that to even get an answer with my part. They call back today and tell me the part is way to rusted and it can’t be used. Like really ?? And he was being rude about it, like we should take it or leave it as if we are desperate. We asked to speak to a manager and whoever we spoke to was even more rude. And so dismissive. Without realizing the real problem or they just didn’t want to be at fault. But they were, and they handled it Soo wrong, now I need to start all over again looking for parts. I pray God gives your business exactly what it deserves. Karma is real! If I could give them a 0 I will !!!!!!! Complete waste of time, btw this is the second time they wasted my time like that. If I ask to see the part I’m sure they won’t be able to show me, throwing different prices around. It’s crazy. Don’t deal with them.

Worst customer service from John the “manager”beware!!! The engine I was sold was bad and he proceeded to accuse us for it being bad...his communication skills were awful. Never returns a phone call he promises. Just god awful service. Go elsewhere for parts. would rate 0 if possible. Check yelps reviews for more accurate representation if their company..can’t speak for all employees but John is a scanmer.BEWARE!

My phone connection was bad and I lost the signal, he immediately called me back. He contacted the correct personnel necessary to get the answers I needed. Worst Customer Service!!! Employees seem to have the authority to be rude to the customer, and they don't refund your money. The wrong part was sent to me after asking the employee 3 times if the part was going to be the correct one. Took the part back to get a refund and only the taxes were returned to my account. 2 weeks later when I noticed, I called back and they said they were going to refund the rest and it would take about 4 or 5 days. 3 weeks later and it still hasn't posted on my bank account. This is the 2nd time I don't get a refund here, it will be the last time I deal with them. I will definitely tell everyone I know about my experience so they don't go through the same thing.

Ordered parts. Got the confirmation that they were found and will be delivered. Called 3 days straight. Finally got a manager on the line. Was told they didn't have the part. Had to get it. And they don't deliver 16 miles away to my lot where i have received numerous deliveries from them. Terrible customer service. The manager Richard was rude to my employee on the phone.

I purchased a $900 rear axle for a customer car over the phone. I was told that there was a core charge. I informed the lady on the phone that I would bring the core with me when I drove over an hour to pick it up. They just charged me for it regardless. I arrived to find a destroyed axle. I left my core that they already charged me for and was promised a complete grade "A" rear axle assembly. A couple of days later I came out to pickup the replacement. All of the backing plates are bent as well as brake shoes and hard ware are missing or rusted solid. My core is gone so now I get to eat the repair and parts to fix this rusty POS!!! I hope that it works and my core is refunded... I am not pleased with this transaction...

The worst parts company that I have ever had the non-pleasure to purchase from. Wrong part sent will not offer to replace with right part. Shame on you!! Never again will we order parts from you. Remember the person on the other end of the phone just might be the person that makes the decisions of who 12 or more dealerships purchase their parts from. I bet if you knew that you might not tell them to screw off.

Don't do it. I own a transmission shop. I purchased a used transmission for a customer. It showed up here with very dark smelly fluid. The customer rejected the unit, and chose instead to go with a remanufactured unit, rather than chance it with this questionable used unit. After days of calling and leaving messages I finally get the manager on the line. Now the manager refuses to issue a refund. He insists that I accept a store credit. After the poor customer service and after receiving a questionable product I don't want anything from these people. You should avoid this company too.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they do not stand behind warranty, they lie and use stall tactics just to keep you waiting. They refuse to make mistakes they have made right and the sales people are completely RUDE. John at extension 2214 is a LIAR, his direct manager Mark is a LIAR. I would not use these people at all for anything unless you want to get screwed out of your money. And I didnt even buy one of there used parts, I bought a reman engine and spent several thousand dollars but apparently my warranty means nothing.
