Very professional and quick. I needed my Tesla towed to the service center and the first tow truck I called couldn’t service me as they did not have the right equipment. I called J&J and they were able to accommodate me right away and took good care of my car. They were also cheaper than the original quote. I’m very happy with the service and will use them again.

From my experience I cannot say enough good things about this tow company , from the initial call (which took them less than 15 minutes for the driver to arrive) all the way to the my cars final destination.. J offered great advice and also had a terrific recommendation for my Jaguar to be serviced . I would recommend everyone to call J&J SRT towing and see for your self.

Johnny has terrible customer service. He did not greet me upon arriving to tow my vehicle. He just immediately started strapping the car in. He was asked to drop the vehicle at my home & instructed by my wife to park it by our mailbox. He dropped the car off nearly 20 feet away & left the hazard lights blinking. When I called him to come back, he told me that he was already on the interstate and couldn’t turn around. After expressing my concerns about the location of the car, he told me that it was raining too hard to come back. I would not recommend this company. Lack of professionalism nor customer care.
He also has a nasty attitude in his responses for anyone to see.

I was very impressed with J&J SRT Towing. We were stranded with a blown-out tire on the freeway, and Johnny came to our rescue very quickly, and transported the car and us to the shop we trust for repairs. I highly recommend J&J SRT Towing.
My vehicle broke down by the airport and it only took Johnny 15 minutes to get there. He was very professional and highly efficient when hooking up and dropping the vehicle off. I would definitely recommend his company if you are looking for efficiency and great customer service.

These guys went above and beyond to help me out when my battery died in the airport parking lot after I landed! Autozone was trying to charge them more money than usual for the battery we needed so they took the time out of their day to go to a second location to purchase the battery, which saved me a lot of money. I so appreciate the speediness, professionalism, and kindness they showed to me during a stressful moment. Highly recommend!
This morning my car cut off during transit! I was able to pull it to the shoulder but not as far away from the highway I would have liked to. I was stressing out and needed a tow quickly. HERO was also called out because of the position of the car they needed to assist. But J&J SRT came out there and hooked my car up.. although it looked easy for him.. it was but he risked his life because of how close my car was to the highway. There were about 6 18 wheeler trucks that he was literally close to by at least two inches just to get the car hooked up or to get in and out his truck. The HERO driver didn't help nor spot him. So believe me when I say he really risked his life!!!!!
He dropped my son off and I with my car and he also jumped it and my car turned right back on. When I called J&J SRT the very first thing he asked me was "are you all safe?" That spoke volumes because it wasn't about the money, it was about the safety and reliability he could provide us! He got there quickly and words can't express the gratitude we have. Thanks again !!! The absolute best towing service that I have EVER received!! I called the business and received service not even 20 minutes after I called. My car was in a very difficult position but J&J’s had no issues retrieving my car. 10/10 service. I will most definitely give them a call if i ever need their assistance again!
