Yandy is a lifesaver and I highly recommend this place! I needed to get my car out of the towing lot within 2 hours before the place closed so I wouldn’t incur another $125 fee. He answered immediately, got straight to the point of what I needed to do and provide, dropped what he was doing to meet me in time, gave me the cash, helped me get my license plate off, and let me take my time to say goodbye to my car. Amazing service! I had scheduled a pick up two days prior with another company. They were unreliable and wouldn't give me an arrival time or estimate after agreeing to a morning pick up. Tower wldnt even reply to my calls or texts until hours later. I was pressed for time and contacted Poly. The tower arrived amazingly fast. They arrived in less than 30 minutes after I called them. This company is very honest and gives their best they pay what is quoted even though it didn’t have something it was supposed to initially but they still honored their valuations at that point I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who values honesty and morals.
