I told her i couldn’t remember but i checked out with her. She smiled and said 9/10 times i got your back she took my phone downloaded the app and my receipt was right there. she is so sweet and patient thanks again Ryan

The title is, "The closest salvage yard to Georgia Tech" they also have some really good classics there to buy outright. Last time I was there, I saw a 1974 Datsun 240Z, the entire car, and it had a very straight body, with all the parts there.
Visited this yard for the first time last week and had an excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the yard was huge with lots of inventory and well organized, and the prices are very good. I met Matt, the manager and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I'll be making this yard my first stop when I'm looking for parts in the future. Highly recommend!

To be honest I wish I can give a half a star cuz I want to rate a two and a half the only issue I seem to have with this junkyard located in Montgomery Alabama specifically is that it opens too late I'm on early bird so I like to get up early and get my parts so by the time lunch time come around I can clock out and go home I'm a mobile mechanic here in Montgomery and I do admit they have a great selection when it comes to parts for various of different cars but opening at 9:00 and half the time 9:15 to me is unacceptable especially for a big business like this only issue I have other than that cool with it
I was struggling with my alternator issues I had 2 well both went bad I tried rebuilding one and when tested was still no good was have to haul around 3 car batteries and keep them charged cause I didn't have 300 just laying around for a new alternator and I got quoted 150 to have one rebuilt then stumbled across this gem and I got a like new alternator that works extremely well for under 50 bucks and it comes with a 69 day warranty I'll be back tomorrow to get a power steering pump and some other must have parts that I have needed for a long while now thanks EZ PULL AND PAY y'all are awesome
once you get your parts you have a surprise hidden fees, some 60 day warranty fees for each items you get, if you use a credit card there is another fee for that too, on top of that the online fee and the fee at the register is different, so expect that, there is a $3 or $3.50 to enter the yard, oh there is a $5 wheelbarrow too if you need to use it. It seems like it’s fees after fees, I’m not sure if I want to go back. We see. Other than that it’s like any other junk yard.

Not a review here just some website suggestions, the website needs a more user friendly setup and functionality so that users can have a better overall experience. I'm computer savvy and it still took me a minute to find parts pricing. The site needs better search options and also a suggestion box instead of someone having to write a suggestion in the review section. "FYI . of is spelled with 1 single F not 2 in your boasting of a community off DIYers "
But all in all I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with staff and other customers at Columbus EZ Pull N Pay. But not so much with the website and it's options.
One of the best yards I been too very great customer service the three lady’s up front are wonderful and amazing alwys very helpful and Alwys makes sure your satisfied best yard out of all
I think that you should be able use your store credit at any location. Engines should not be the flip of a coin. I think you should sell an engine unless you know it work.
Went to pull a part in Atlanta a fielder rd and Shauna was excellent as a customer service rep, she answer all my question and offer great advice in regards to parts and cars in the yard..

Had great experience best customer service last Sunday first time going into this yard been to others from Nashville to Chattanooga and this was the best so far hopefully nothing changes will be my new go to first place

Would not recommend going there. Bought an intake for a 2007 Ford Explorer. Website said $36 ended up being $49 they charged for the bolts built into the intake, then charged me for a warranty for the bolts. I asked them about it and they said they could issue me a store credit. Very poor customer service. I know im just a customer, but if they treat every customer this way they will soon not have any customers left
These lady are the best you can’t find help and service like this anymore the absolute awesome and I am talking about Samantha and alexis they are amazing
Shauna did a GREAT job familiarizing me with the process. Yard has the best view in GA, pretty cool view of the city. Best of all the cars had the parts I needed and the prices were fair. The other staff memebers were helpful also. They seem to work well together. Reference June 23 2025 9am
I have a2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 and I needed a lower door hinge. They did have one The price was really cheap $9.38 which I think is very cheap considering a new one for that truck is almost $200 The staff and people running the store are very friendly and very nice they showed me right where the vehicles were got the part and less than 20 minutes off and came home put the new one on the truck I am very pleased to know that they are there and we'll be doing more business with them thank you so much
