I was given the run around over and over again & left hanging for a situation that was told would be taken care of even if it happened after hours... I was very understanding of the excuses and was hopeful But they left us hanging and never responded nor showed up & I don't know why... I just find that very Unprofessional & if u choose to use them I hope u have better luck !
I contacted this company for junk car removal and was given a quote by the owner, which I agreed to follow up on a week later. He confirmed the original quote at that time. However, when the tow driver arrived, the owner unexpectedly tried to renegotiate a lower price. I was put on speakerphone and offered two different (lower) prices than what we had originally agreed on. After some back and forth, he finally honored the original quote.
Unfortunately, the experience was further soured when the tow driver cracked my brand-new driveway during the removal process.
Overall, while the car was eventually picked up for the agreed price, the last-minute haggling and the damage to my property were disappointing—hence the 3-star rating.

Thank you for your response. I’ve double-checked, and I’m confident this is the correct company I’ve been in contact with regarding the junk car removal.
It’s possible the file may have been misplaced, under my full name or there was a mix-up in the system. I initially reached out on 7/8/2025.

Now 1 Star: Photo proof of driveway damage ignored. No concern, no follow-up — just poor customer service.

No response received from the owner. The service fell below expectations — if a zero-star rating were available, it would be more accurate.
Due to the damages, the condition of the driveway continues to deteriorate.
The driver Felipe was Awesome.
Unfortunately the price I agree with Omar originally wasn’t the same when the driver arrived to pick up the car. Even though I sent the same pictures as the driver. This is why I am not able to give this company or experience 5 stars. But Felipe gets 10-stars!!!

I recently moved to Atlanta & had an issue with my car that wouldn’t start anymore, for months I had no idea what to do with my car. One day I decided to browse online for places that would tow my car without any issues & lucked up on this business. My car was on a low tire, the battery had died from sitting too long, & I misplaced my title, the company still made it easy for me to get rid of it. I was not even interested in getting money out of it, I just wanted the car gone, they still paid me for it! The people that work here were absolutely kind & patient, they gave me instant answers, no run arounds, & were very professional & efficient! I’m so happy I found them just upset I didn’t find them sooner!

When I called to request a quote yesterday, no one picked up. Butttt that's okay because I used the contact form on their website instead. I got a response the same day! So if anyone's having troubles contacting them, try their website instead. The owner, Omar, gave me a good quote and he stayed true to it when the mechanic spoke to him over the phone after inspecting my car. He even told me they would be able to tow my car the next day (which is today)
I requested for them to come at 9AM. Someone called yesterday night asking if it could be pushed back till later. I didn't mind but ironically the day of someone canceled their appointment. I received a call from the mechanic, TJ, at 8:32AM asking if he could come earlier. He came here a little after 9AM. I was thrilled :-) the whole process took about half an hour. Minus the time it took him to get my car off a hill type sloping parking spot, which I applaud him for accomplishing! (I attached a photo for reference) The mechanic was friendly and patient. He even unscrewed my license plate for me. Everyone I've spoke with throughout this process has been helpful and professional.
I was a little nervous but they do good business. Just make sure you have your title. They will come tow your car for free. And you get to walk away with cash in your hand.
