Omar, in the office, couldn’t have been more helpful and promised to pick up my car in 45 minutes from the minute I called! WOW WHAT GREAT SERVICE! Then Ilyasa, who came to pick the car up with a flatbed already loaded with a van, easily able to attach my junk car to the back and drag it (rolling on 2 wheels) back to his location. Whole process took 90 minutes!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE, very professional and fast! And pay you in cash! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Called them, got a quote, agreed to it, and arranged next day pickup. Jack the tow truck guy texted me the same night to schedule a pickup time. I called to get a quote on my 2013 Chevy Cruze that I no longer need or want since I have a new car. The guy on the phone asked if I had the title, then immediately ask “what’s wrong it?” Lol. Okay. I thought the way it was asked was a bit off putting, but fine. I informed him it “jerks” a bit and I have a new car anyway. He said $300. Asked no other questions, just said $300. Lol. I said “Thank you for your time” and that was the end of that conversation. Sir, please find someone else to play with. I advise you all to shop around instead of getting low balled. I found a buyer for shortly after $1,010.

I would like to thank Mr. Johnny for being professional and polite. His spirit was very calming for my transition. I was the only owner of my car which was named over 20 years ago Ghost. I recently moved to Atlanta & had an issue with my car that wouldn’t start anymore, for months I had no idea what to do with my car. When I called to request a quote yesterday, no one picked up. Butttt that's okay because I used the contact form on their website instead. I got a response the same day! So if anyone's having troubles contacting them, try their website instead. The owner, Omar, gave me a good quote and he stayed true to it when the mechanic spoke to him over the phone after inspecting my car. He even told me they would be able to tow my car the next day (which is today) I requested for them to come at 9AM. Someone called yesterday night asking if it could be pushed back till later. I didn't mind but ironically the day of someone canceled their appointment. I received a call from the mechanic, TJ, at 8:32AM asking if he could come earlier. He came here a little after 9AM. I was thrilled :-) the whole process took about half an hour. Minus the time it took him to get my car off a hill type sloping parking spot, which I applaud him for accomplishing! (I attached a photo for reference) The mechanic was friendly and patient. He even unscrewed my license plate for me. Everyone I've spoke with throughout this process has been helpful and professional. I was a little nervous but they do good business. Just make sure you have your title. They will come tow your car for free. And you get to walk away with cash in your hand.

Great experience with Extreme Cash. I called at 11, car was towed and cash in hand by 3. They offered/paid $120 more than another service that had me on the phone for 30 minutes. My driver only spoke Spanish, but that didn’t stop him from being professional, courteous, and efficient. 100% recommend.

I had a wrecked car I was looking to sale and called this service for a quote. After sending pictures and talking with Omar we decided on a quote over the phone. The next day we had a time set to have the car picked up from a tow yard. Marcus gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out and he was quick to help me locate the car in the lot. The total we decided on was slightly less than quoted but with good reason once they check out the car in person. That being said Marcus was of huge help and the transaction was simple and quick!! Mark arrived in a timely fashion. The process in general is another way to get over on the customer. Yes, they say the quote is contingent on a physical inspection, but you give them pictures & details beforehand only for them to low ball you once they arrive. Also, they might see a female & think this will very easy $$$.

Art was very laid back and had great customer service. He was very efficient and timely. The driver did show up about an hour outside of our appointment window and it would’ve been nice to have a heads up about the change in time.
