Absolutely, the best customer service I ever have.It looked a little shaky outside.However, as soon as he saw me, he walked in persistently thoroughly.I was in dire need of help.He went over and beyond.I will come from canton, georgia for sure on out all the way to this one.Just because jordan was excellent

Staff are lazy and unprofessional. I arrived at 07:30AM and they told me that the store was not open yet. On the website it states that this location is opened by 07:30AM. The staff members are lazy.

I bought a part from this store , they recommended a Machanic that works outside of their store to do the work, the Machanic didn’t do a good job on top of that I had a warranty on the part they gave me trouble to swapp it out I had to pay for another part didn’t get to use my warranty

Will never shop here again. Spent almost $200 throughout the day working on an issue. Had one last store run and was in my way, so I called. I just needed one bottle of transmission fluid so that my wife can get to work in the morning. Employee told me that they close at 7:55 so he wouldn’t help me. Funny thing is, all the signs and website say 8:00….? I guess the employee I spoke too runs his own schedule? Never heard of closing a corporate store, practically in a customers face, that spent a lot of money there that day and just needed some help. Never again. I went down the street and advanced auto took great care of me! Go there instead, highly recommend.

Called today 11/13/25 @ 6:20pm. I spoke with Evan briefly & he was so nice. He let me know they were busy & he was helping a customer & someone would be with me in two minutes. Shortly after Tre took over the call & was very helpful & nice as well!! Evan & Tre I just want to thank you both for your customer service skills today!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I've needed to stop at auto zone once or twice, but of course the one on Cascade I would never stop there. They allow crowds of men and teenagers to hang out there daily. Customers pretty much have to walk thru them. Who ever owns that business needs to clean that parking lot up with strays hanging out all day long. It's unprofessional and an incident waiting to happen if it hasn't already. Someone high up needs to get involved. That Auto Zone is the only one that allows that type of environment on the property where customers stop, it actually stop people from patronizing other businesses on that strip because of Auto Zone environment.

Whoever answered the phone today (07/31/25) at 12:36PM is RUDE. I tried to call and see if they had O2 sensors in stock so I don’t make a blank trip to the store and he was completely dismissive and put me on hold before I could finish speaking. If you don’t like your job PLEASE find a different occupation. There are people who have real things to handle and we don’t deserve bs from a GRUMPY, NEGATIVE associate. Please make better decisions when hiring. THANKS.

I left frustrated, disappointed, and out an extra $250 because of their terrible service. I usually have a high tolerance for bad customer service, but this went over the edge. I bought an alternator here with my mechanic, and it failed after just one month. When we called, they said we could return it. At the store, the cashier had a noticeably bad attitude (even the customer before us commented on it as they walked out). She was rude to my mechanic, arguing over terminology, and refused to call the commercial account person we needed. Instead, she kept saying someone else should help us without actually helping. When we finally got another employee involved, they couldn’t find the transaction because it wasn’t properly recorded. As a result, they would not replace the part even though they could clearly tell it had been sold at their store. I ended up going to O’Reilly, where I got a higher-quality part with a better warranty for a much lower price.

So I bought an alternator from this AutoZone and had a mechanic install it. After the install, my car was still acting up, so the mechanic ran some tests and found out the alternator was actually bad. To be sure, I took it to another AutoZone, and they confirmed it was defective too.
Now I’ve already paid for the labor to put the part on, and I have to pay again to get it replaced. Beware of this autozone.Jun 30, 2025 -
I was getting screws for my plate, and my plate holder got rusty so the screws I tried first didn’t fit in. The manager Jamal here was super helpful and helped me refund the screws first and found the perfect solution for me. I didn’t have a wrench so he lent me one and helped with the plate installment. Great, friendly manager and super helpful store.

I went to this location in Zone Four across from the BP gas station to inquire about a battery for my vehicle once I pulled up it was car lot full of people just standing around smoking and drinking like it was the Fourth of July in 1999. I couldn’t believe my eyes and it’s sad that the management allows it. Something has to be done. There were also U-Haul trucks taking up parking and also people working on multiple vehicles on the lot. I really want to address this issue before I get the council involve or APD. Auto Zone do better please.

Please avoid this location if you are a woman of Islamic faith that dresses modestly or person that dresses in any way that might be deemed similar to that of a transient person. I was accused of "looking like I came to steal." I can only believe this assumption was made due to my way of dressing. I wear a hijab and shirts and jackets that cover most of my legs. Please, for your own safety and your loved ones, do not visit this location or suggest it. There were 6 workers present that allowed this to take place and refused to allow me to make a purchase. I was charged with shoplifting, despite only attempting to approach the register to make the purchases. The workers had people assault me. I was jumped by 5 to 6 individuals outside of the store as a result of the workers' incompetence. I waited for the police and I was charged with shoplifting and taken to Wright St jail. I beg you to choose another location for your needs. The entire evening staff needs to be fired if not the entire staff. They obviously do not follow any protocol. I've worked retail over 20 years and never heard of someone "looking like they came to steal." as justification for having someone empty their bag and remove their jacket and when nothing is found they are still handled like a criminal.

During my recent visit to AutoZone, I encountered an unsettling experience with employees who displayed clear racial bias. Rather than providing assistance, they seemed dismissive and unprofessional, speaking to me in a condescending manner that made me feel unwelcome. Despite my attempts to ask for help in finding the correct part for my vehicle, their attitudes reflected a lack of respect and basic courtesy. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting, and it left me feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected.

Been a regular for well over 8 years, and the quality in staff has severely declined since Allison's crew left save for maybe 2 individuals. I've seen the loud ones up front (you probably know who they are) go so far as to harass and scrutinize patrons over the most unprofessional issues (like sexuality and appearance). Its disappointing to see the downfall of this place.

0 stars. I went to this location to purchase items. I was accused of looking like I came to the store to shoplift by the representatives. I emptied my entire bag after being blocked from leaving the store revealing no stolen items. I opened my jacket upon request, exposing my bare chest as it was supposed to be a quick in and out. There were no items found there either. I strongly suggest avoiding this location at all costs. The staff are unbelievably unprofessional and accusatory in the wildest way imaginable. Despite video evidence showing that I stole nothing, autozone representatives are still allowing shoplifting charges to be pressed against me. I was jailed for several days because I waited for the police. Please, avoid this location by any means. My local store has representatives that are kind and helpful. This store is a one of one and deplorable.

An employee at your Cascade Rd store went above and beyond to help me this afternoon about 3:00 when I needed a new battery for my key fob. I won't say what she did, but I was so appreciative. She didn't know it, but I was under stress because of a personal situation at the time. You have gained a customer.

Bad costumer service. Have lifetime warranty on a part. They told me go back were I bought it from. And they had the part in-store. Had to go another Auto Zone to get the same part. The manager was no help what so ever. Don't go there, worst experience ever

I came here for a new blinker bulb and some zip ties, and the service was fast, helpful, and super friendly. The all-women staff helped me feel like I was in the right place. Now I’m less intimidated to fix up my car and will definitely be back.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at AutoZone that left me questioning how management allows such an environment to persist. Upon arriving to purchase some oil, I was immediately struck by the distasteful scene unfolding outside the store. Groups of people were lounging in lawn chairs not only near the entrance but also scattered across the lawn and parking lot. The unmistakable and overpowering smell of marijuana reeked throughout the area, adding to the discomfort.
It was incredibly intimidating to step out of my car with individuals openly selling drugs and hanging around the premises. This kind of turmoil makes it nearly impossible to patronize the business comfortably. I felt unsafe and unwelcome, and it is baffling that AutoZone's management tolerates such disorder. Ensuring a safe and professional environment should be a priority for any business, and this location failed spectacularly. I hope steps are taken to rectify this situation, as it is currently not a place I would recommend or return to.May 29, 2024 -
Alex was so helpful! He has incredible customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about the issues with my car battery. He recommended a product that helped significantly and has my old Camry sounding as quiet as an electric vehicle! Extremely grateful - such a wonderful team at this location. Highly recommend! This is my second time here and each time the team has gone above and beyond.

Worst and most unacceptable experience here. Being spoken down to and swindled out of extra money. we purchased a battery that was $200+ there at the store and the employee that was to help us was extremely frustrated that he had to do his job switching it out. Spoke as though we had no idea what was going on, proceeded to talk us through how to change one as if we were too stupid to understand. Our battery was dead. We are in Atlanta from out of town, so this was our only option to fix our situation. This took an hour to get a battery. I understand if a store is busy, but there’s absolutely more than one worker, and this was mostly because a lot of people hang out at this location. one of the workers that helped the young kid switching out the battery was named Kevin. To top it all off once they were about to take our old battery they said they don’t normally change out batteries, mentioned tipping and waited there for a tip. The other person I was with gave them money before I knew what was happening. It’s unacceptable to ask a customer in any type of job for a tip, and it was not a note worthy action or above and beyond.

Admittedly the parking lot can look a bit sketchy with all the small businesses operating from their parking lot but the staff is friendly and everyone is always happy to help. In todays case, I was able to get my issue diagnosed for free and it turned out to be a battery that’s under warrantee. In and out in less than thirty minutes with zero out of pocket. Bring cash to tip!

Great customer service! I needed my headlight changed and already had the bulb. I was pleasantly surprised on how helpful the staff was to install the bulb for me (even though I didn't buy anything from the store). Thank you Chris for taking the time to help me and for treating me so well. I'll definitely be back!
