Thea the manager on duty was amazing! I was having a really tough day and she made it so much better being kind and helpful! I will use this location for all my future car needs!
I would like to add Xavier was amazing also. He stood out in the cold and rain and installed my battery. He was very patient and helpful! 10/10 service for both of them!
There was a lady at the counter, terrible, I said good night, and she didn’t answer, when I went to pay, never asked me for my phone number, when I told her about my phone number, with the finger she pointed the card reader to insert it my phone number, she never said a word and at the end put the plastic bag on the table contemptuously, bad really bad service.
Thea was a tremendous help behomf comprehension. I arrived to this auto zone fin tears because a sticker was on my windshield and I was unable to remove it. I dropped ve for over 45 minutes and kept receiving No’s and that nobody would be able to help. Thankfully Thea stepped in like a superhero and assisted me in removing this antagonizing sticker. She is a 1000,0000/10
Andre, the manager at AutoZone, was absolutely amazing. He changed my car battery key quickly and was super nice the entire time. Very professional, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Andre!

Antwan was the best. Needed an auxiliary battery for my 2013 MB GLK, and he walk me through the process. Replace my battery, and he was very knowledgeable, and helpful!
Darius and the rest of the guys working the other night were amazing and versatile helpful. They greeted me upon entry and recommended products. Darius was especially helpful changing my battery and Isaiah was helpful assisting with my core charge. Very appreciative these guys were able to help me.
Let’s talk about how this location is a hidden gem and I hope it continues to stay as clean and neat as it is. The moment I walked in the gentleman were amazing! They greeted me, very knowledgeable, quick, made sure I understood and they answered all of my questions. Darius took his time, he brought my battery out to me, very kind and sweet. Isaiah and Quentez both were great, very knowledgeable, didn’t rush me or anything! Definitely love to see these BLACK MEN in our community

I went to AutoZone today and had such a good experience. The guy Quentez who helped me was super nice and patient. He really took his time finding the right brakes for my car and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I really appreciated how helpful and genuine he was. Definitely great customer service!
Quentez is the absolute best auto zone worker in the world. he saved my car when it was down and i honestly can’t express into words how thankful i am for him. THANK YOU QUENTEZ. i highly recommend him. he goes above and beyond!
