These guys took very good care of me. I was traveling to New Mexico and my car started to misfire. I called them up and ask how many coils they had in stock for my car. They had 2 and said they would have 2 more on the way. I showed up at the store 45 minutes later. They scanned my vehicle and I had misfire on cylinder 1 and 3. These wonderful gentlemen let me borrow the tools and there parking lot. I changed out 2 of the 4 coils in 35 minutes and was back on the road. Great service from a great group of guys. GOD BLESS
Destry was very helpful to me today! went absolutely above and beyond and not only helped me exchange the headlights i bought for the ones i needed but installed them even though it took a bit longer than i think he was anticipating. great service, great job!
Very positive experience. Destry helped me with testing my battery, selecting, and installing a replacement, all in about 15 minutes. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient! It seemed like the store was also extremely tidy.
Great customer service and experience. Destry helped me with a bad battery. Not only did he help me pick out a new durable battery for my car, he also made sure that everything was good to go before I left. Even received my refund for my old battery instantly.
I went to this location today for a gas cap for my car Destry was very helpful he offer to come outside and replace my gas cap with no problem customer service and kindness is everything thank you!!

I called for parts around 5:04pm. The young lady said if I order before 2pm. I get it the same day. I pulled up at the store at 5:50 pm and there was a sign on the door stating the close at 6pm. The website states 8pm. Even if the store closes at 6pm. Its 5:50pm and they are close. This is ridiculous especially since I had to battle the traffic to get there.
Pulled up during “working hours” with no one there and the store fully setup like it’s open but locked, thank god the one on MLK was able to do what i needed.
O'Reilly's they gave me the right parts they come out there and look at it to make sure that everything is right I don't have to bring the car back because I love shopping at O'Reilly's other than any other auto parts store the customer service is very good at O'Reilly's on Ralph David
Pretty good location and customer service. Unfortunately, I had to return a purchase today due to it being the wrong part and they were already closed. The closing time is listed as 8pm. Why are they closed before the posted time?
Nice customer service..clean and properly arranged parts on the shelf. Certainly be patronizing the place except if they don't have what I want. Free parking too and prime location.
I was here on business from Nashville and my car would not start these Guys got me back in business with the quickness thanks. Charged me 100 bucks to install and didn`t secure the battery with the bracket
Employees told me they no longer diagnose check engine lights for customers because it requisites them to go inside a customers car. Drove to the next closest location and they did not hesitate to diagnose the check engine light.
I try hard not to give a bad review but this O Reilly Store must have missed the lesson on common courtesy . I grew up in a country and era where common courtesy is just a must . These three employees could have given a hot dam about a customer. The manager started talking about a customer as soon as he got off the phone and there were customers in the store . The biggest chap is at least say THANK YOU when someone spends their hard earned money . A simple THANK YOU . OReilly it’s time for positive reinforcement TRAINING . It’s no telling how many customers you loose from negative interactions like I just experienced
Great place was able to find my Xmas gift for someone I had ordered for a friend a while back which was not the right item.
But yesterday we found the right one and the last one.

Such incredibly slow employees. Will make customers stand and wait for service...even though there's 2-3 employees roaming around. I will gladly take my business across town to the MLK location where they know how important customer service is.
Poor customer service and unprofessional environment. Store looks more like a prison inside with all the locked cases on each isle and employees are difficult to find for questions or assistance obtaining items...
I think I'll probably have to drive out of my way to shop here. Walked in no long lines. Store had exactly every thing I needed. I was in a mechanical jam and needed special bolt extractor bits. Amazingly this store had the exact kind and all sizes. So I bout all the sizes and then bought all of the other kind. Intended on only spending 5 bucks for the one bit. Ended up spending 80 dollars.teasin being is because if a store is smart enough to stock stuff and it's in my face. I'm going to get everything there. Since they had plenty of stock in the other extractors I got them too to save me from being in a jam again. Once I got my stuff gentleman at the counter had me out the store in 3 minutes. I loved it. Whoever runs this store is doing it right. Unfortunately in the world we live in this is probably the store O'Reilley corporation will shut down for under acheiving.
I had to call back several times, they kept putting me on hold. He was rude at first because he said they were sooo busy. Then he came right it, did my diagnoses & ordered my part. The end was better than the beginning : )
Friendly and helpful staff knows what they are talking about. If they don't have what you want they will locate it for you. Store is kept tidy and you feel welcome when you enter. Calling in you can expierience hold time but it is simply because they are giving their full attention to providing service to customers within the store and it's certain you will be helped to the best of their ability every time. I'm thankful to have landed at this location when I had car trouble, when in atlanta I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Great customer service from Shakierra. Didn't get my call when my part came in but I did get my part two days later after I called them myself. Even with that I had a great experience talking with a associate concerning my part and picking it up. Thank you
Very helpful staff helped me find what I needed. A sale had me pick up something I didn't have in my shopping list. They have a lot of free tools to help you get the job done. Great shop. Should have found it earlier. Highly recommended!
