I’ve called 3 tire shops that posted 24 hrs. This was the only one that was actually open and happy to service us! Thanks for such great customer service !!!
I am very unhappy about today service. I got here at 7:05am for them to finish my car 7:46am. I had to ask what’s taking so long just for another guy to tell me, he went to the warehouse to get my tires. I went to check out my tires the man was worried more about the money versus his service that he distinguished towards me.
My Daughter got a flat taking me to catch a bus at 4am. She made this call , A flat bed picked us up took us to West End Tires by 5am we were riding again. these fellas were curtious,fixed our flat had us on the road. Just don't find places to do things like tires at that time of am. I give them 5 ⭐s ,two thumbs up
Poor Service, Damaged Rim, No Accountability – Will Be Taking to Small Claims Court
I had a cracked rim while traveling back to Tennessee from Florida and contacted King Roadside Rim Repair, which is contracted through Porsche. During the repair, the technician damaged my rim further.
After realizing the damage, I reached out to Porsche to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the worker refused to take responsibility, and despite multiple attempts and back-and-forth communication, Porsche failed to fix or resolve the problem in a timely manner.
This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted this service to repair a vehicle safely and instead was left with more damage and no accountability. Because of their negligence and refusal to make things right, I will be pursuing reimbursement through Small Claims Court.

Some of the nicest, most courteous gentleman I've ever done business with. They fixed my bent rim and replaced my broken tire, but didn't break my wallet. I'm so grateful because we all know these things tend to happen at the worst possible time. If I have need for rim repair or used tire in the future I will most certainly be back.
I called to check if they had my tire size, and the guy said yeah. I asked the price – $50 each. So I said I'd be there the next day. I went, they put the tires on, and then the bill was $130! I told him I'd been told $50 each and gave him a hundred bucks. He just said "okay".
Sold me a bad tire and refused to replace it. Lost my valve stem cap and treated me like I was bothering them when I went back to get another one. I wouldn’t trust them to replace the tire on my bike. Horrible customer service horrible product. 0 stars
I got a flat in downtown ATL with my three kids in the car. I drove to them because they were the closets place. Upon arrival they were very kind, very friendly and helped me get a tire back on quickly. It may not have been my first choice just looking around given the location but honestly if I needed them again I would go back. They didn’t hustle me or try to over charge me and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to them for their service.
The worse tire place I have ever had to deal with. They constantly were being careless with changing my 2 tires. I needed two tires and they gave me 2 different tires. Why? To force me to come back and ask for more service. They ruined my alignment not even allowing my car to drive over 50mph. The owner is not certified mechanics I’ll tell you that! They ruined one of my rims by literally melting away the H Honda logo center of the rim. Owner claimed I brought my car with a messed up rim. So disrespectful and stressful. Had to force them to put two of the same tires on my car then go to my usual place to fix my alignment. They do not care about your safety either because putting two different tires on one side of the car is just against mechanic integrity. DO NOT GO HERE
I’ve used West End Tires several times as I drive for Lyft and Uber. They have always treated me with respect and have me in and out promptly. I am very Thankful they are open 24 hours…. I highly recommend grabbing a plate at the Jamaican restaurant on the corner “Caribbean Delight” while you wait. Excellent Food!! Great People!!!
Came in today on a donut after a blow out and within an hour I got a new used tire for 40 dollars can’t thank this business and its staff enough!!! Such a blessing thank you Charles!!! I will definitely be singing the praises of West End to everyone I know thank you
Terrible experience… called in advance to see if they had 2 all-terrain off road tires for my jeep. I was told they had 2 in stock in my size. After both tires were put on my car… which took an hour by the way ..between waiting and install… I noticed my right tire was a highway tire. After trying to explain that this was suppose to be an all-terrain tire, I was told “oh we don’t have another matching one” Why wouldn’t you tell me that? Not only did you lie and say you had 2, but you tried to finesse me and put the highway one on as if I wouldn’t notice. I drove all the way over here for nothing. I got them to put my old tires back on and got a refund.
My entire visit was an hour and a half, complete waste of time, unbelievable.
They are slow, unorganized, and they show preferential treatment, skipping those who were there waiting, for those they know. This guy Reggie is unprofessional and he picks and chooses whom he'll serve no matter who is there first. And to top it all off, there is only one way in and one way out and this in and out way is so narrow that all the cars wait in line have to back out to let the ones who are finished back out. A terrible experience and I'll never go there again!!!!
Charles did fast work. I was in and out within 10-12 minutes if it was even THAT long. Although he only put 32 psi in my tire which left my low tire pressure light on, so I had to stop at the gas station up the street and put more air in my tire. Which brought my total out-of-pocket expense to $24. All in all not too bad.
I sat here for an hour and a half. I was told the tire I wanted was available. It was not. They had to go get my tire are telling me 5 more minutes multiple times. The 5 minute increments clearly added up. Then they put my tire on. After parking an individual behind me proceeding to change their tires first. I was the first person to get there before the rush and the last to leave after. Price? Amazing. Work? Absolutely. Quality of tire? 10/10. Customer service? Trash. I would recommend them for a quick cheap fix but make sure you go or call first. And know if you are there for a long period of time because of their miscommunication you won’t be compensated and they’ll send you on your way having taken up your time and left you with an attitude. They are also 24hrs as well. My recommendation, make this your last option.
Had to work late and noticed my low tire pressure light came on and the temperature is very low. Although close to closing the kind gentlemen still put air in my tires. Thank you sooo much being that im away from home and was trying to get back on a 2 hour drive. Being a lady this late i felt safe.
The gentlemen who worked with me was quick, fair, and saved my butt when my rental car had a slow leak from a nail. He could've easily sold me a new tire and made more money, but instead he just patched it up and we were on our way. Quick and total fair prices. He saved me over $300 and a huge headache. Open on Sundays too which was a life saver.
This no frills shop saved my butt when I arrived from waaay out of town with a slow leaking tire. Other shops were closed. I pulled in and waited my turn and was on my way and good to go with a plugged tire. Very reasonably priced.
Location can be hard to navigate since the sole entrance is a narrow alley, but they will help direct traffic so you can get out.
I've been going to this tire place for 2 years because i thought they provided great service & quality used tires. But i was 100% wrong. They have stripped every bolt on every tire i have. Now everytime my tire goes flat randomly nobody can get the tire off not triple a or the hero truck. So i have to get my car towed every time then they try to make me pay for them to come out & remove the tire even though they're the reason no one can get it off, if you care about you safety on the road & knowing your car is a good hands when you getting anything serviced this is not the place.
