I called needing a jump start and never got an eta which wasn’t a problem but while I was waiting I was able to have somebody give me a jump start before this company made it out. So I texted to cancel and let the them know somebody was already doing it. And they went off on me over text being extremely rude and racist. Making comments about going back to Mexico. I have never seen a company so unprofessional and again racist. I was shocked that companies like this are still getting business
I unfortunately would give 0 stars if I could. Very hospitable and straight to the point but no service rendered. I was able to speak with someone who took my tire measurements, recorded my location, and offered a quote. After letting me know he was on his way I didn’t receive any communication. I am left stranded on the side of the road and would have to go with another service provider. Very unprofessional!!
UPDATE: In response to the company, notice how they’re not speaking on their lack of communication and professionalism. Only market rates for a tire price they agreed on. A price was set, I countered, and they accepted. I thought I would pay $150 for a 245/45/20 tire because that is what was discussed during the initial consultation call. As stated, I was also told that they were “on their way” after receiving the location. This was a lie and they became unresponsive. I was then contacted by another technician who as you can see from the screenshot was unprepared. I think the main problem was that instead of agreeing to the stated price and claiming to be in route they should have declined my business. Instead, they responded to my review quicker than my request for an eta. Also, I had to block their “business” line because they continued to text me after seeing my negative review, please see below. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL almost like an invasion of privacy. Either way my tire was promptly fixed by a more reputable and reliant company. Again 0 stars never again! A review from your reality.
Top tier service! Not only was the service good, Larry was super patient with me. Prior to reaching out, I had a horrible experience with another company. I contacted Larry & I was pretty worked up & upset when I did because of my previous interaction. Before even talking business or money, he sympathized with me bc I was noticeably upset. One thing I value more than good service is good character! His roadside tech, Tyrone, stayed in constant communication. Timing was good! The work is efficient & more importantly than anything, I believe they truly value their customers and the hard earned dollars we spend with them. Thank you Larry & Tyrone again for simply being kind & turning my day around! I pray God continues to bless your business as you guys were a blessing to me! Very kind and professional. I was stranded on I-75 with a flat tire and extremely stressed and crying my eyes out. He reassured me, communicated clearly, and was prepared to arrive VERY quickly! A HERO truck drove by and ended up helping me first, but I truly appreciated the care and responsiveness!
EDIT: After an amazing first experience with Larry, I decided to reach out to him again when I needed another tire replacement. As always, he was very prompt with his response and said he’d have someone out very quickly. He quoted me the price (very fair) and I agreed to it and said I would pay as soon as the service was completed, the same as the last time. Then he sent a message that he required 50% deposit up front which I was ok with but I called to confirm the new policy and to ask him another question. I never got to ask my question because he hung up on me. I assure you that my tone was unthreatening, just a simple clarification that their policy had changed. The text thread that ensued after the call was disturbing, to say the least (see screenshots attached), which is why I’ve changed my review from 5 stars to 1. I’ve actually recommended his services to many people, but based on the gross level of unprofessionalism, sadly, I no longer can. Very disappointing.

I feel awful not knowing the name of the gentleman who came downtown to help us out earlier today, but he was fantastic. Clearly passionate about his work and his customer. Considering we were stuck downtown with a bad tire, no spare, and only other option was getting a tow, this service was worth every penny and had us on our way in less than 2 hours with a quality, used Pirelli tire installed. Highly recommend!
I called to get my tire plugged. The person who answered kept pushing for a full tire replacement for $185 but also mentioned that a plug would cost $65. I made it clear that I only wanted the plug, and he said a technician would call me with an ETA. An hour passed — no call. I tried calling back three times and even left two voicemails, but no one responded. That’s just bad business. If you don’t want to take on a client, just say so. Communication goes a long way. I unnecessarily lost an hour out of my morning, then had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for a tow. BAD BUSINESS.
The guy I talked to miscommunicated with me and when I decided not to use his services, he called me slow, manipulative, and a liar! Very wild to be attacked like this on top of the hard day I was having with my car troubles. So glad I didn’t spend a dime with him.
I can honestly say Roadside Atlanta is the best Car Assistance Service I’ve ever used. Yesterday I caught a flat on the highway heading to an important event in Midtown & I kid you not, my tire was replaced in less than 30 min - including the time it took them to get to me while I was Downtown. This was my second time using their services & it was well worth it. Hit them up when in need! Their the best.
They came out and got me right. I had an appointment right after and they were very mindful of that. I made it on time and they even left my tires all shiny !
When I say I am so thankful for Larry and Briana I mean just that I was stuck on the freeway for 12 hours and they were the only ones to come out and help me get my tire changed they are a big blessing to people who needs it I’m going to forever be grateful and thankful for the service they did
Called the TOW man because he was a referral he played on the phone with me. Tried to charge me 250 negotiated it down to 160 for one tire said he will be here in 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes for him, called three times he blocked me after calling. he then continues to tell me that he makes a lot of money. He made $1500 in revenue yesterday but still did not come and change my tire and did not answer any of my calls so I’m stranded on the side of the road trying to go get my child and he’s not coming.
I called this service to get helped late at night around 11:30pm. My uncle ended up calling me telling me that he could take it off my tire that was locked because he had the key. So I called back , said thank you and canceled with this company. When my uncle arrived I told him I didn’t want to just put a spare tire on, I wanted a new tire aswell. So he said call back and ask them do they have tires I did and their response was “ We ain’t really with the hide and go seek shit tonight, Tell your uncle to go get it” I was so confused… just because I called back and ask a question.. when I realized I didn’t want to ride back to my home state with a spare.

Larry was amazing! Caught a flat tire from a pothole driving to work in Midtown. Larry Responded to my call and got out to my job to assess the situation. He went to the tire shop, purchased my new tire, and had it on my car for my to pull off twenty minutes before it was time for me to get off work for the day. I highly recommend Larry with Hurt.
Larry is amazing! I called him at 1 AM on a Sat morning from the fourth floor of the international park-and-ride garage with a dead battery. He got to me within 30 minutes, and had me on my way within 10 minutes! He communicated with me the entire way. The best service! Thank you!
I had a great experience with the H.U.R.T team today. We traveled here to Atlanta for a competitive cheer competition and I noticed there was a nail in my tire. After researching online I came across the highway emergency response team. After a brief phone call i was able to obtain their service.My technician Richie arrived promptly. He removed the nail and plugged the tire very quickly and professionally. I was back on the road within 30 minutes.They were very accomadating and I would recommend them to anyone having vehicle trouble.
Larry did an amazing job. Late Tuesday night, I hit a huge pothole that destroyed two of my tires. After taking an Uber to work, I called Larry the next morning. He arrived at my car within an hour and was able to replace both tires at a reasonable cost. This saved me the hassle of having my car towed or waiting for repairs at a shop. Larry finished just in time for my lunch break, so I was able to pick up my car and get back to work without missing a beat. Larry is, without a doubt, the best mobile tire service in Atlanta.
I had a great experience with highway urgency response team today. My son was returning from a trip at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson, went to his car at the north daily parking lot and realized his battery was dead. He was blocked in with parked cars on all sides. His car could not be moved in neutral. I was 45 minutes away in Alpharetta and did not know how to help him. I called the highway urgency response team and they sent somebody out in 15 minutes with extended cables to give him a jump start. Cost was $95 which I gladly paid. Would definitely recommend. Great customer service and response time.
Larry is great! This company doesn't know what they have with him. Larry is truly interested in helping you out. I was not a customer of their service and still Larry gave me great advice. He understood my situation and considered what my best interest was, price-wise, time-wise, and what just made sense. To be honest, from just speaking with Larry, I trust him and recommend his advice -- it was logical and informative. He went out of his way to speak with me, extensively, about my situation, and devoted time to research different options for me. scammed me!! worked on my tire and it was back flat the next day .. called and never responded . then when i did get in touch wanted more money and tire still never got fixed.
Larry saved us! I was towing a horse trailer on a hot day and had a blow out with a horse on board in the worst possible place on a busy highway. I used google maps to find this company and they came quickly. It was incredibly dangerous for him with no good shoulder and heavy traffic going by within feet of us at high rates of speed. I was soooo scared for him. I did my best to get the traffic to see us by waving my arms but it was a terrible situation. We literally hugged when it was done because we were both so relieved to be safe. Nicest guy ever. Once I got the trailer back to show venue, Larry arranged for me to get 4 new tires installed on site as I had no trust in the tires I was using. He truly saved the day and I will forever be in his debt for saving us and risking his life to get us to safety.
This guy is the truth! In a few hrs...came to the location, in a busy market...parking lot. Jacked her up, took the shredded tires for replacement, had them back on and even shined up before I could clock out! Highly recommend!
