I called they gave me a quote. So I ordered the tow. They never showed up so I called back. They then proceeded to raise the price argue with me about the price they quoted me and hung up on me. All in the middle of the night while I’m stranded.
Shut this business down. I truly think tow companies get a thrill out of making everyone’s lives as miserable as theirs. If everybody reviews are saying the same exact thing it’s clearly an issue. Unprofessional staff, they make rules as they go, and do everything in their power to keep your vehicle.
My daughter was visiting a friend at her student campus apartment downtown Atlanta and her car was towed by this company. No sign a pass is needed for visitors on site and not told by the resident. Went to pick her car and this tow company stated they're not releasing cars to owner and that an appointment is needed. Not posted on their site that an appointment is needed. They're intentionally holding people cars and not releasing to charge more and to add additional storage fees to customers. They're making up policies and procedures as they go and this is not fair practice. Easy way for them to make money and rob these students blind by having these asinine practices.
They towed my vehicle from my own parking space and held my car hostage until the next business day delaying an important out of state trip. On top of that, although they tow 24 hrs a day their office is only open from 10a-6p. Their game is to try and make it hard for you to retrieve your car so that they can charge additional storage fees. Also, they harp about "procedures" but at the same time suspiciously only take cash. Smells like a front for illegality.
Charged $195 to get my car back after towing from family dollar parking without any warning.
How do you steal someone's car and expect them to pay you to get it back. Shameful. And GA law is even more disgraceful. Y'all gonna mess with the wrong person one day.
They make it rather difficult to recover your vehicle if your from out of town by not accepting credit cards or debit cards. No efs or data com either. You have a contract with a TRUCK STOP and don't have viable options for the drivers or trucking companies to recover the equipment efficiently. Cash and certified checks only is so archaic. It's 2022 and that clearly indicates that this companies business practices keeps them from advancing into the new age. On a more positive note...DON'T LEAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT!LOL
I was stranded on 285 in a dangerous location. Triple A did not show for 5 hours, so I called these guys. They showed up within the hour. The driver Derrick was super professional and friendly. He even gave me a bottle of water. They saved the day.
I wish zero stars was optional. They towed my rental car while was in Atlanta for the weekend. We left the car for a few minutes come back and it’s gone. The car belongs to enterprise. So they will not let me get it. Enterprise set up a tow, the guy went to get the car and they would not let him in the gate. And then they lied and told me that he never tried to get the car. Well, what do they think he came there for? He came to get the car and they refused to give it to him. . They are giving me the runaround saying enterprise needs to provide all this special paperwork that they don’t even have themselves. They are trying to milk keeping enterprises car for as long as they can and hope that enterprise doesn’t come back and get it so they can sell it. Meanwhile these daily fees are racking up and I have to pay all of them when it’s all said and done. Absolutely a con. And trust me these illegal activities will catch up. I need to find out what exactly abandoning a car according to Georgia’s rules is. Places like this need to be taught a lesson.
I called because someone took my assigned parking spot after leaving a note and giving them 8 hours to move. I kept checking to see if it was gone for an hour and a half to 2 and a half hours and it was still there. I checked later to move my car to my parking spot but they took my car but still made me pay $195!
This place is a rip off, they're in rip off business with the club Spice House on Panola. They have the Spice House employees to sit out & call to report cars parked in the shopping plaza @ closing hours & call Hitech to tow your car. Hitech tow our car & want allow you to pick your car up till next day & then charges 200$ to get your car. And they only target customers thats leaving the cigar bar. Watch out,they're total rip off.
Sketchy and rude. They don't want you to know their name and ask how you got their number. Then when you explain how you don't want to do business with them, they will harass you.
This line of work is dangerous and potentially life threatening but the services these professionals perform are a necessary evil. Been there, done that in Chicago in the 90s. Hats off to these gentlemen for their professionalism.
This business is ran by a Con man named Derrick. He stole the business name and model from my father as well as purchased trucks and other equipment under our name. He has been able to con everyone he has came around and stole many business from unsuspecting owners who trust him. It's a shame he is able to stay in business. DO NOT TRUST BY ANY MEANS.
If you're ever traveling, in an area you've never been, and want to stop somewhere to relax before finishing the last 4 hour's of your commute and have an extra $100 you just really need to waste then these are your guys! It's honestly impossible to imagine how society would continue to function without their incredible service. They don't care about veterans or military personnel, just getting a sweet $100 a clip for all the unsuspecting visitors who parked 5' away from the "legal" spots. They all deserve medals of honor from the highest office possible.
Hi-Tec was great. Came straight out in 20 min!. It didnt even take the guy 5 minutes to get the car hooked up. If your'e in Atlanta, USE HI-TEC TOWING...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
This has got to be the worst towing company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. And towing companies aren’t known for great service so that is saying a lot. 1 star is far too generous.
I know that sometimes you don’t have a choice of which company you have to deal with ( if impounded ) but if you at all have a choice, I am begging you to stay away. Look literally ANY other direction.
Workers have no idea what’s going on, lot is a dump, fence falling apart (reported for not meeting 6’ min requirement already) and they have absolutely no accountability for any error on part of the company and even less problem with gouging you for every cent they can squeeze.
I mean this whole heartedly, I hope they go out of business and never receive another customer.

Clerk was rude and disrespectful, disregarded me when speaking, even when we walked in the building you could here her talking but no one waited on us for at least 10 minutes. Not to mention making up price amounts not veered on their little posters taped to the wall .
If it was possible to give zero stars that’s what this business deserves. The employees are rude and disrespectful. The driver stole my car and offered to release it if I paid $100. When I went to go get the cash, he drove off and the impound fee went up to $195. This was after a red car (who was working with the tow company) blocked my friend’s car as we attempted to stop the tow truck. I was told my vehicle will be held hostage until the next business day. Just another ploy to steal more money from people. I was left without my house keys, personal items and a car full of groceries because that individual was greedy for money and inconsiderate. The signage in this particular apartment complex was not only hidden but very small and hard to read when I did find the information to try and locate my vehicle. If you are in need of a tow company save your time and energy and look elsewhere.
Easily accessible! If your car gets towed after their business hours but you need to retrieve items from your vehicle there’s no need to worry. Their lot is located off veterans memorial on a sketchy not very well lit side street. The gate they have up is completely open at all times of the day and at night you can literally walk straight through the gate. Once in the gate you will go to the right where you will see there office building where there is just one customer service rep (no security) and a car blocking the impounded cars. So of course it would be kind of tough to get your car out but you can definitely walk straight back there to access your vehicle. No one will notice. So when you call and they say no one is on the lot to allow you to access your vehicle you are basically free to access it yourself. On the flip side this is not the best neighborhood so it’s kind of like a free for all for burglars so I would suggest getting your car out ASAP. Everything else is pretty straight forward $195 to get the car out and $25/day added after

Very disrespectful I would never call these people again. The driver was very nice, helpful, and understanding. The person who is consider the dispatcher Named cliff tried to charge me 87 for a tire change when the driver told me 55. That man is a crooked old bitter man who doesn’t need to answer no damn Phone
I waited 5 hours for them to come out and still had to pay full price ridiculous. Then for them to just put my vehicle any kinda way in the parking lot so unprofessional. I will never use them again ever!!!!!
Very unprofessional driver who decided to not allow me to pay him to unhook my car since it was still on the premises. Not realizing I parked on the wrong side of visitors parking in my sister's complex. Instead the tow truck driver jumped in his truck, speed off, ran the four way stop sign and drove recklessly in the rain just to keep me from getting my car and making more money off me. I've been in the same parking spot since Friday visiting my sister who stays here and now I'm stuck here not able to get home to my kids who are in Tennessee expecting there mother to return home. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and money hungry. Could have easily made more money if he would have just allowed me to pay him while on the premises. Now instead I have to wait until tomorrow to come down to there facility to get my car back. Definitely reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau!
We flipped our bobcat and Hitech towing came out within 2 hours and the guy had it turned back over in 30 minutes. He was very nice and stayed calm despite a potentially stressful situation. I believe his name was Jonathan and he was great!! He also had a sticker on his struck that said Wakanda Forever !!! which was AWESOME!!
J.C was professional he called me when he picked up the car and when he was arriving to my destination andand parked it where I desired for it to be parked. Thank you and I love the marvel characters on the trucks.
