These people were a god send. I got my car stuck in a ditch by my drive way. Very little room for a tow truck to pull up and do work. They answered and arrived quick. The driver was a genius with the way he was able to move that truck around in such a small space. He pulled my car out with NO damage. It was genuinely impressive to witness such mastery. It made a horrible night end on a good note. I appreciate yall fr.
When I called they answered right away and were able to take care of me immediately. Within 30 minutes they had a truck dispatched and kept in constant communication during the process. Professional patient and respectful. Will definitely be using their services in the future! Thank you!

I had been waiting for 5 hours for a tow truck from another company that never showed up. Then, out of nowhere, a man named Alex appeared with a towing truck. I asked if he could help me, and without hesitation, he said yes. Truly, an angel sent from above

Called for a tow in Buckhead, Publix parking lot. Needed a 16 mile tow. First company quoted a ridiculous price. MDB had a quick response and follow up. Showed up in a new truck and got me to the repair shop. I started to walk home from the shop and he insisted on giving me a ride without even asking where I lived. It was much appreciated because the walk would have taken me an hour. I would have gotten caught in a very bad storm. I would highly recommend this company! Very professional and prices very fair.
This company started off good with me but unfortunately the driver who I believe is the owner accidentally scratched the paint on the top of my car coming into a parking garage. I was told that he would fix the issue and he was sorry. But 4 months later and I have been going back and forth with them trying to be compensated or just going through their insurance , until I just stopped reaching out. I will be taking legal action against them. So please beware and be careful because he knew he scratched it when he did it but he said nothing and I noticed it was scratched right after he left. I’m sure he did that on purpose so he didn’t have to give me the insurance information. Very low morale company.

Every bit of their 5 star rating deserves to be there! My engine blew a head gasket while in ATL shopping. 3 hours from home on a Saturday evening right before 5pm I had almost no choices. I got onto google to figure out if any company’s would even tow that far and MDB did the best job ever! Amazing communication from the jump. Very fair price for the major mileage haul! I wasn’t going to be with my car for them to pick up or drop off, and they did so much wonder communication! Told me where to leave my key so it wasn’t in sight, sent pictures when it was loaded, kept me informed during the travel on ETA, waited patiently for payment without rush or aggression (I ran into an issue with my card and bank) .The patience and care was honestly unexpected. Also, getting to my home is extremely difficult, so I had to give them written directions . Without any issue they got to my place, put my car exactly where my asked, took pictures of my home my car and different details I left of my porch so that they could confirm it was in fact at my home! Absolutely would recommend this company!
If I could give 10 stars I would give 20. Amazing and Exceptional service! Very fast and efficient! I called 4 different companies prior to Mdb and waited for 5 hours and was highly disappointed. Mdb really saved the day and relieved a headache. Saving number and will use and recommend for any and every service.
Alex was great! I was stranded waiting 90 minutes for my Geico sponsored tow and called MDB Towing. Alex was prompt and arrived in 15 minutes. He was very professional and helpful. If needed, I'll definitely call him again and refer to friends.
Talk about customer service. His other drivers were on calls so my guy gets in the flatbed himself and saves the day at 11pm at night. If I ever need a tow in Atlanta again they are my first call!
During the worse time and location to breakdown I randomly called for towing and was blessed to get Sirius Towing. Ace truly showed empathy and dropped everything to assist me out of a major intersection and into a repair shop. His welling to help save me approximately 400 from the city of Atlanta.
