When my starter motor blew out earlier this week, I called Pete at Northside Towing, who promptly answered my call and offered me a very fair price for the tow. We immediately arranged an appointment and pickup time, and the next day, he showed up on time, and offered an exceptionally professional towing service. Awesome owner/operator and a very personable and kind man. Would definitely call him again should my car break down or require a tow move. Excellent work!
Called 4/10/25 spoke to Peter and let him know my situation of having a flat tire and needing to get my car towed from Ford to Discount tire since I already have a free tire there. After consulting with Peter we determined it would be a cheaper option to pick up the tire and have ford install for $25 than getting it towed to dt. Overall I liked the patience Peter had with me today listening to my situation and not pressuring me into getting a tow. It’s this quality that I look for in a company and that speaks volumes of the service they provide.
Company was very helpful. However I was suggested to use zelle to complete transaction to then face issues with the app itself. The card reader is an additional $25 to use. I would have much rather that than stress about the app. Thanks for service.
I really appreciated the great communication. He was fast and my car was in an awkward spot, but he is really great at paying attention to detail. He took it to the autoshop for me to get it repaired. Thank you so much again for your help!
Peter was a lifesaver. I had a tire blowout in a tight spot on the freeway, Peter answered my call quickly, got all the details, and had arrived and picked the car up before insurance even had time to call back. APD, insurance, and the ATL hero unit all failed me, Peter came in clutch. Thanks again!
Amazing experience! I never thought i would say that about towing. He was great. He called me and kept me updated on when he be at my location. Very professional, very quick. Great receipt for reimbursements. While I hope to never need a tow truck again, if I do I know who I will call.
I don’t post reviews often, not even for poor service. However, the services provided by Northside Towing today (specifically Peter) warrants my time and gratitude to express appreciation and post my endorsement of this service provider. Upon placing my call the phone was answered in two rings, within less than 4 min my information was taken, firm (and reasonable) price was given and the tow unit arrived in less than 20 min from placing call. Peter showed up with a pleasant, kind and professional disposition. The tow unit was clean and well maintained, and the tow service was complete without incident. A solid 5 stars on this service provider!
I had a wonderful experience with Northside Towing this week. I needed to tow my car from my home to a mechanic, and the owner was so friendly, professional, and efficient. The price was also affordable and cheaper than other companies I looked at. I really enjoyed my experience and will be using Northside Towing in the future!
From what I have seen and experienced, there is no real reason to go for anyone else. Peter is a knowledgeable, professional, and kind person and an extremely valuable asset. There was no miscommunication and everything was quite easy. Not to mention his pricing is very fair. He even gave me a ride to the automotive shop. Would recommend for anyone who unfortunately needs a tow truck. I will personally be recommending him to anyone I know if they need assistance.

I was stuck in the middle of the road at an intersection with a dead truck. Called to get it towed but he was able to get it started. After it was running, he offered to hang in the area for a bit in case it died again. wow!

I highly recommend Northside Towing LLC and Peter. We initially contacted Northside Towing LLC to inquire if they provide individual hauling services. Yes, they do! We needed to have a vehicle hauled to the repair shop. Peter requested all of the necessary information and confirmed receipt of the information and the date we needed the vehicle hauled. The night before he confirmed and verified if we still needed the service. The morning of, he confirmed the time he would arrive and kept us updated. He picked up the vehicle and delivered it to the repair shop. Once at the repair shop he made sure the vehicle was "checked in" and delivered the keys. He sent a text with a picture of the vehicle in the assigned parking spot with a copy of the business card of the person he had spoken with at the repair shop. He also called to let us know the vehicle had been delivered and "checked in". His pricing is fair and the payment process is easy and convenient. Thank you, Northside Towing LLC and Peter!
Peter explained how he would get my car on his flatbed and take care of the dealership check-in. Did not charge until job was done. 30 minute response. Good Job.
Peter was great. he was on the site within 15 minutes, super helpful, and was even able to save me a trip to the auto shop by pointing out the issue wasn’t electrical, it was fuel related (my gas sensor was off, so i though i had fuel when in reality i didn’t).
he towed me to the gas station to see if it worked, and it did!
10/10 would recommend.
I needed my car towed to the shop at the last minute and they wasted NO TIME! The service was amazing and the best part is they are genuine! Peter was GREAT! He has exceptional communication skills. Once I confirmed the pickup for my car he was sure to let me know his ETA and even gave me a call when he realized he’s be a few minutes behind. He knew exactly where to take my car and made sure to call me as soon as he dropped it off. He gave me the name of the agent— spelling and all. He knew everything I needed before I could even ask. I highly recommend using Northside Tow!
Great customer service! I was extreamly happy! And the guy that towed me was so professional and took his time to make sure my car was properly raised onto his tow truck since my cadi can only usually be pulled frontward up a flat bed he had to pull it backwards but did extra things to make sure my car never scraped the ground.. You can tell they care about the customers and their property..overall a GREAT experience! The driver even had great conversation! Made my bad day turn into a good one despite the circumstances!

The transmission went out in my SUV on the Downtown connector. Peter was responsive, timely and professional. His pricing is very reasonable. Most importantly, he is a really nice guy! I cannot say enough good things about his service.
Would definitely recommend Northside Towing! They answered within the first couple rings, we're super friendly, and even told me to check if the used tire place I was going to knew a guy with a tow so they could do it for a cheaper price. The used tire place did not know a tow guy so I called him back and got the process started. He was super easy to reach and he was prompt with updates on his ETA. I had a flat tire and he towed it to used tire place. He was really easy to talk to and very professional!
A+ Service. The owner arrived with his truck shortly after I spoke with him on the phone. He was friendly, professional, concerned, and pretty straightforward. His rate was very reasonable and his attitude was great. Extremely efficient. His experience in the field really shows and you can tell he takes pride in his company. This is the kind of business I'll call again in a heartbeat when something goes wrong with my car. He even dropped me off by my home even though his shift was over. I was very happy with the service of Peter! He was very helpful and friendly. He did an amazing job helping me move a car that I got out of a storage unit. He even went as far as checking the car out and making sure everything worked. I will definitely be using them again! Peter simply made the experience for me. :)
I had a fantastic experience with Northside. He picked up my car an hour before close in a high traffic area with a big smile on his face. He towed my car to my mechanic (who was also closed) and even texted me pics of my car parked in the correct area. I highly recommend their service and will continue to use and recommend.
Chris came to pick up a car I needed moved, and he was prompt, courteous, patient (we had to wait for a locksmith because the shop had locked the keys in my car). Chris did great work, and was very professional and kind.
The price was reasonable for the distance and the flatbed I rented.
I would use Northside again for any of my towing needs.
