Worse experience ever!!! Their business should be shut down. The guy that answers the phone is the worse.
Waited from 11am until 5pm for a tow. ETA was 1:40pm. Tire shop had to wait for them.. terrible terrible experience.
They only take cash no card... They have no problem towing you but can not answer the phone to your request if someone is in your parking spot after hours
These people are the worse never deal with these people they are very unprofessional it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone they lie about what time they will arrive do not give them any of your business this is by far the worse towing company I have ever dealt with
HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. Broke down, called my road side service that my insurance provides. They gave me an eta of 90 min. Never received a call from the driver after calling him over 20 times. They decided just to cancel with out notice! Left me on side of road.
IF YOU WANT TO LIVE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They almost killed me when one of there techs came out and didn’t replace my hood after the fact of jumping my car!! My hood flew up on the highway shortly after and they won’t take fault !!! They are horribly unprofessional the dispatcher laughed at me after my accident, they allowed to the tech to call me and harass me, and the manager is highly inconsiderate!! Just find someone else if you love your car, life, and sanity !!
Did not show up for roadside assistance scheduled through All state. Does not answer calls or text messages. Left me stranded on the interstate for 3 hours.
Absolute worst tow company I’ve ever worked with, called them at 12 and my car wasn’t picked up and delivered until 7pm. The guy even went to pick up the wrong vehicle and had the audacity to get angry with me. I almost had a free car because of you guys. Tome management sucks, lack of professionalism and extremely rude customer service. Don’t waste your money.
Nester the Driver was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and towing. I'll be using this company again. Way 2 go to the guys at protow
Driver dropped vehicle to wrong location, 2 miles away after exchanging text messages confirming correct address and business name . Then wanted $80 to move it to correct location . Allstate should remove them from their vendor list
I had arranged for them to meet me at my stalled vehicle which took me an hour to get to, but just down the street from their shop. I confirmed the appointment twice because I didn't want to have what happened, happen...They never showed. They never even answered their phone. I still have no idea why they didn't show up nor do I care, if I could give less then a one star I would. DON'T use them

Didn’t even answer the phone for Allstate or myself and tried multiple Numbers. I thoroughly appreciate this excellent service while I am stranded waiting on your horrible excuse of a company to show up 2 hours after the initial eta and we are totally blind on when or if you’ll ever get here.
Some “homeboy/woman” who started a tow service. Works from a cellphone. No office. No dispatch. Sends calls to voicemail. Wouldn’t recommend. My insurance provider couldn’t even get an answer or return call back about service that was already ordered to me. Hopefully they will take this person off the list.
Completely worthless and unprofessional , did not communicate effectively. Kept pushing back the estimated time of arrival, never received a call from the driver like they said they would. Kept calling and calling and calling and they would literally ignore every attempt I made at contacting them. Then after all of that they had the audacity to cancel the towing. Pos rude and unprofessional
Very frustrating 2nd time used who ever answer's the phone is so rude! Driver is unpunctual called the location asked for the driver to give me a call never received a call after waiting 3hrs for a tow. Horrible experience horrible service all around!!! When someone cant even return a call to updated ETA I understand traffic and running behind so unprofessional would deffinetly not use again!!!
very nice and courteous driver. Took a little while for arrival, but good overall experience. The driver, Mr. Martin gave us an excellent experience. Because of him, I would recommend this company.
After calling for a tow I received a text saying they would be here in 90 minutes. After 3 hours he arrived.
He left with my car at noon and no one knew where my car was until 11:00 the next morning...Was suppose to take it to a specific automotive shop to fix brakes and instead took it to a body shop......???
Did not return my phone call when automotive shop called to say car never arrived...Then let all calls go to voicemail...Knowing I did not know where my car was.... the next morning the Body shop called to tell me they had my car and what should they do with it...That is how I FOUND MY CAR..........Need I say more?
