Quite literally the worst experience I’ve had since having my car. A few days ago my car battery died. I need to get it to the repair place to replace the battery. So I searched google for an Atlanta Tow company. All Metro came up. For context I paid $125 for a 4 mile, 10 minute tow. Firstly, Tyler the owner or boss is who I placed the call with and was supposed to service my car however he did not come initially. He sent a friend who has a tow company to do the job. I did not find that out until later on. When the “friend” came to my apartment complex he did not have the right size truck to even get to my disabled car. He stated the “boss” that sent him to me did not tell him I was in a parking garage. I go on to tell the guy well that’s okay I don’t need the service if you can’t get to the dead car. The “boss” calls me back and says oh I’ll come and bring your car down and then he can tow you to the repair shop. Okay fine. The “boss” comes and hooks my car up to the back of his truck and brings the car down. Gets stuck at the entrance gate. He now has to neutral my dead car down a ramp with oncoming cars. Thank god no accidents. The “friend” Ray has a wife/GF sitting in the passenger seat who was very nasty and rude. She told me to stand out in the freezing rain and cold until Ray finished hooking my car up on the back. What!?!? Ok. Whatever. He tows my car to the repair shop and leaves. This happened yesterday around 7PM. Got the new battery, drove it home, parked it. I come out to my car this evening around 6PM and my right passenger tire is completely busted, rim on touching the ground. I did not have any issues with my tires beforehand. I’m quite sure when the “friend” Ray hooked my car up he put the clamp and/or rope on too tight. When I saw it hooked up, I even said to myself that looks really tight. However I’m no car person. I reached out to the “boss” as soon as I saw my flat tire this evening, he states he would have to charge me $75 to come put a spare on. Excuse me!? This whole ordeal has been unprofessional and unpleasant, the least he could have done was to offer to come fix a problem that occurred likely due to him sending this random person to service my car. I hate to even have to leave such a review because I do believe that he does good work by the other 5 star reviews had it been done by him and not the other guy.
This was truly a mobile service was to me within 20 minutes. Tire was off within eight minutes. Great customer service. I definitely will call them again.
Thought my son needed a jump hours away. He was extremely helpful and found the real issue. My son was able to make it home safely and gave me an ease of mind as a mother hours away. I highly recommend!!
I called for tire service they were reasonable priced and a good ETA. They came took tire off and went and repaired it and came back this was all done in less than 30 minutes. I’d say they saved me from a divorce lol.

Life saver!! I had 2 blown tires after hitting a huge pot hole @ 4 am. After feeling helpless I called at 8am, this place came to my rescue @ 9am. As a lady by herself at the time of need it was very convenient for this company to be able to come to me with 2 new tires plus putting on my original rim.

This was one of the best services I have received in a very long time. Was heading home from work & had a tire blow out. I had just pulled over, not even a minute, when Tyler from All Metro pulled over to assist. Being stranded on the side of 285 in ATL traffic is never where you want to be. I didn’t have a spare so Tyler removed my tire, went & bought me a new one, came back & put it on. I swear this entire process took less than an hour & I was back on the road heading home. They did the job we asked them to do. The receptionist was nice, but the mechanic they sent was unfortunately not. However, we got the service completed, it was a reasonable price, & fairly quick, so that was a good response to have during an emergency.
Great service, call them on Sunday morning and within 40 minutes they were on the seine. Did a great job of replacing my tires within a reasonable time. If ever in need give them a call.
The tire change was done within minutes and the driver recommended some 24 hour tire places nearby. Waited 40ish minutes and he called to communicate and let me know when he was close. Some roadsides take hours especially later at night. He was nice and did awesome, thanks for the help!

The price was better all the other ones I tried. He was very courteous and polite. I know i will use his services again and i highly recommend them.
Absolutely awesome service. Tyler was at my vehicle within an hour of me calling. He called me with different battery price options allowing me to choose. The install took maybe 15 minutes at most. And the price was even better than going into a mechanic shop which is surprising because they came to me. I will be using them from now on
