We greatly appreciate Gibbs Heavy Duty towing for the service that we received from them here at W2 Logistics in Ellenwood, GA. We had a Driver break down on Christmas Eve in the middle of the night with a loaded trailer, and when we called, Eric immediately answered and within the hour he had our truck back at our yard. He went above and beyond to ensure that the truck and trailer would not be in the way of our driveway or blocking the other truck and trailers also. I can’t thank Gibbs Towing & Recovery enough, especially Eric! My tire completely shredded on the highway, and before I could even call for help, Eric stopped out of the kindness of his heart to change it. He didn’t ask for a ridiculous amount of money because was going out his way like some would do all he asked for was a Google review. I wasn’t stranded for more than 20 minutes, and he even left me with some great advice on keeping my front tires in good shape. So kind and helpful—truly a lifesaver! Extremely grateful for the help. Needed to transload a load to a new trailer. These guys showed up on christmas eve and got the job done. They where an awesome group of guys!! Would highly recommend them to everyone.
This guy is amazing we were headed back to GA from New Orleans we stopped at Buc-ee’s luckly after asking multiple people for help he was able to help without any tools and on his off day can’t thank him enough please call him for any towing services !

Stay away from this scam artist. Listed as Automotive but is a commercial vehicle towing company as well. They go by Gibbs Towing and recovery. Called them for tow service and Picked up my semi and damaged the whole front bumper and denied the damages. STAY AWAY!!!! Worst service ever!!!!
