Got my car towed for $100. John was very sweet and was at my car within 40 minutes. Ive got my car towed before and it was way more expensive at other places in atlanta.
Mr. John was very nice and was able to get my Tahoe home safely and at a much better price than price than some of the others I called. I would definitely recommend Mr John.
I was driving to go to the lds temple in north Atlanta driving on 285W when my Prius warning and engine light came on. I had put it off checking on it for a couple days. Then my car switched into neutral. I tried to switch it back into drive but it kept going to neutral. So I HAD to get to the right shoulder quick. I used the Auto Owners app to call for a tow. Within 35 mins John was there. He towed me 30 miles back to Peachtree City. We had a good talk, he respected me. Because my house was around the corner from the mechanic shop he also dropped me off. Very grateful. I tipped him $40. Thank you John.

This man literally saved my life. I got scammed in Atlanta by a mechanic (Never go to JV Auto LLC or Supreme Collision Center) I had to have my car towed from Georgia to Florida not only did he agree to tow my car at a very affordable price he transported me as well saving me money on my travel back to Florida
When I tell you my man is fast and always ready... I towed the same car with this company twice and both times I received a quick, friendly, and amazing service. Less than 30 minutes. Also, the price was considerably less than the other companies I looked in to.
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the man who showed up to tow my vehicle yesterday, which had broken down, was an absolute tyrant. The way he spoke to me was abhorrent; he was cussing at me, called me terrible names, treated me like I was an idiot and less than, made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe. I ended up telling him just to leave and called another wrecker company. There were several witnesses, it was in a very public area, and he made a whole scene and caused a disruption in front of a local business. I was depending on this person towing my vehicle, to also give me a ride to the shop it was being taken to, and I would NEVER have gotten into that wrecker with him, who knows what would have happened. He also blamed me for no one telling me that they only take cash on the spot, which of course I didn't have on me, which angered him even more. Maybe he's not the only wrecker person, and he never gave me his name, but please beware.
Called John and not only did he give me a very fair price, he gave me a ride to go pick up my car since he was close to my house. Very courteous and professional. The whole thing took less than an hour. Highly recommended and would definitely use his services again.
DO NOT COME HERE HE IS VERY IMPATIENT, called me slow for not knowing where to park my car at a body shop I never been before will rush you and act irritated, even said I did not give him the full amount when he counted it right in my face and gave me change I will never be back . I am very pleased with my experience using John's. After calling another company for a quote, John provided me with a price for about 1/3 of the other company. He showed up when he said and was quite friendly. He had no troubles with the service and would highly recommend it to anybody with car issues.
My car hydroplaned I called and asked if he could do it and how long would it take and how much would he charge he came out within 20 minutes got my car home safely and charge a very good rate recommend services
What courteous/ great customer service! UNLIKE other tow truck drivers he picked up the phone EVERY TIME! He was QUICK to the scene and QUICK to get the job done! It was a pleasure to have his help in my time of need. I would definitely think to call him again if i needed to!
Called these guys and Rico showed up to my car in about 20 minutes! He was a really nice guy and didn't try to sugarcoat anything. Make sure you have cash so it's cheaper for everyone. It was $80 for a 4 mile trip.
If you are in the city or in the surrounding neighborhoods call John. He runs a straight up great service. He had THE best price out of the 5 towing services I called. He told me he'd be at my house in 30 minutes and was. He is very respectful and was patient while dealing with parking at my auto shop and waiting on payment. He got a tip frim me which is something I have never done for a towing service.
Mr. John was extremely polite and did not take long to come get my car from my university parking deck. He made me feel very comfortable and really lightened the situation. I did not feel like a burden at all.

After having several bad experiences with trying to get a tow company to come out, I called Johns Towing and from the start he was professional. He gave me an estimate time of arrival, when he realized it was going to take a little longer he called ahead of time and informed me. Rates beat out his competition by more $25 dollars. Older truck but who cares when you have impeccable service. Johns is now on speed dial if I ever need him again. Thanks!
