On January 10, 2024, was given a quote by Mr. Simmons for the amount of $1300.00 for a tow from Atlanta to Ridge Spring, SC. Within an hour Mr Simmons son called and claimed that it was 14 more miles then was originally quoted miles. He wanted to charge an extra $200.00 for the 14 miles. Insane! Needless to say we didn't use them, and found someone with a better reputation.Manns Heavy Duty Towing went above and beyond, and had the best prices.
I used this service this morning, and they came within 30 minutes. The communication was excellent and he estimated time/payment were all 100 percent accurate. I highly recommend for those who need quick service. I worked with Julius who was very kind and informative. After dealing with horrible towing companies, this particular company was exceptional. I've dealt with plenty of tow services throughout the years, but Simmons has by far been the best experience I've had. Amidst a already bad day Julius stayed pleasant, kept assuring me that he'd take care of everything and went well above what I would think a towing service would do.
