A trustworthy towing service for my old car. They used the correct tools and were careful with them from the time they picked them up until they dropped them down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service. Dispatch told me the truck would arrive in 30 minutes and I could leave my car. 2.5 hours later the truck driver informs me he is in route and will be there in an hour. (3 hours late). By the time he arrives the police have already towed my car from the side of the road using another service. This company never provided me any service, and yet the company refused to refund any portion of payments, even after the office told me it would only be a $60 cancelation fee. This company preys on individuals in unfortunate situations, lies to them, then refuses to refund money when the company's own ineptitude is the reason the refund is necessary. $250 to be lied to, disregarded, and told no refunds under any circumstances, even when its their fault in the first place! Again, do not under any circumstance use this company.
