This guy is amazing. I wish we would have taken a video or photos. Words can not express how awesome it was to see this tow in person. We had a small uhaul stuck deep down in mud behind an apartment. In soft clay dirt. There was also a truck that got stuck. While trying to attempt to hook up to the uhaul to pull it out. The truck driver called their own tow truck. The truck got hooked up first by another company. Shanard hooked up the uhaul after them. He pulled that sucker out in no time. While the other company struggled just to pull the truck from its spot. Eventually snapping something halting his tow. Not only did Shanard pull us out quickly and was very professional. He quickly with no hesitation, offered his competitor a piece he needed to complete his tow. He is truly a stand up guy and his prices are fair. I highly recommend him. Ladies he is also nice to look at. A fine tall drink of water. I did not get a chance to check his finger, but still a nice piece of art to look at non the less.

On April 12th my alternator died & wheel locked in the middle of 675 a little after 9pm. USW came to my rescue via roadside assistance in less than an hour. The gentleman was professional, kind & courteous. But his integrity as the owner was superb because he gave his business card to my friend who waited with me so she knew who I was with. We also had a wonderful conversation on the almost 40 mile ride to my house. So I highly recommend USW towing company to everyone & would contact them again with no hesitation if needed in the future!

Right when I called he answered and was able to give me a ACCURATE wait time that was only 15 minutes- compared to the other companies I called saying hours. Made sure my car was taken care of when uplifting on the back of his truck. Cheap price, and help me find a good mechanic as well. On a day when Georgia was expecting snow, I was able to reach out to US Towing and get my car home before the flurries. Today, I had the pleasure of utilizing the services of USW Towing LLC. I was impressed during my initial contact with the company's owner who was very polite and helpful in providing invaluable advice and graciously answering my questions. Terrell, the tow truck driver, arrived when he said he would and went straight to work getting the car hitched up and ready to go. I was also impressed that he didn't rush the drive but patiently maneuvered the roads to arrive safely at the destination. I had an excellent experience with this towing company! I was initially told it would take about an hour for a tow truck to reach me, but Terrell called and said he’d be there in 20 minutes. Very professional. Highly rated. Loved the customer service and the easy payment methods they offer. ETA on arrival was very transparent. This company was dispatched through my insurance company, my driver informed me all the way til the end of delivery that my car made it to it destination. My driver also followed up with a phone call to make sure it was at correct destination. Normally, I would stand and watch my vehicle be loaded and the entire process. I didn’t feel any need as I trusted my driver, spirit was very humbling. He was very carful loading my classic onto flatbed. I appreciate good service and I am glad to see good hardworking companies like this in business. Will use outside my insurance company and will recommend. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. The Level of professionalism Mr. Shanard exemplified is unmatched. He came to tow my car on the highway during rush hour traffic in the morning. I was a nervous wreck. He literally calmed me down while proficiently attaching my car to the tow. Not only did he tow my vehicle he also made me feel comfortable in his presence. I could write a book on how great this service is. Book with them always !!! Best service!!! Fast yet efficient!! Respectful and understanding. What more can you really ask for.

My car cut off out the blue.. this was a last minute tow and when I called Mr. Weems he was so professional and helpful. The reviews sent me his way and he did not disappoint. He gave great customer service, he gave me the time he would meet me at my car and he was there. I even got a ride back home with the car and some insight on what could be the problem.
