I had a very disappointing experience with this towing company. We were given a price for a towing service, but once they arrived at the machine, they suddenly raised the rate. They told us that if we didn’t pay the new amount, they would tow our machine anyway. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
We expected honesty and transparency, but instead got pressure and threats. I do not recommend this company —choose a more reliable and trustworthy service.
Broke down in the afternoon, these guys got back to me fast, gave me a straight quote, and didn’t waste time. Even better — they sent me to a shop that actually fixed my truck. That’s how it should be. Much appreciated!
Went above and beyond. I was really stuck in a bind and they were able to help me out quickly. Really appreciate the honesty and communication. With a lot of other predatory companies out there im glad I found the one that could get things done effectively without taking advantage of their customers. Wow! I had trouble with my 26' Box truck won't start. This company was first one in the list, I call them and the quote they offered me was very good, my dispatcher said "Call him now!" I did not have to call for second one for quote. The driver, John Tate(sorry, I didn't ask his name if not this is his name...) was kind, gentle, and skillful, fast and without hesitating hooked the truck and towed to the location I asked fast and safe! Well, I don't want to see or call him again because of the same reason, but needed I will, definitely! I strongly recommend this towing company!
John was very helpful. I wasn't on the side of the interstate very long before he showed up. He went above and beyond to the point he was trying to see if another tire shop might have a tire if the one I went to didn't. I would recommend this company any time.
I Wish I had a Photo of TJ towing my truck I have an 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 and My Thoughts of when He pulled up I wasn’t sure he was capable of lifting my truck but he fool me lol TJ is a Cool person to talk to and work with. I would look forward calling these guys and making them my number one Tow Truck service to call amazing service amazing.
April 1 2025 I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 TJ comes in for The save took my Truck to a shop. I never seen no one pick up my big truck so fast and get it off to the shop so quickly like TJ he’s an amazing Honest worker. Thanks to all The staff. I would look forward calling u guys again and I would make u all my main service
Such a quick turn around time! Not waiting for hours at a time. JT was such a delight and nice definitely will be calling again (hopefully not soon tho).
I called this company and requested a heavy wrecker, I told them my truck weighs 20k pounds and they brought out this little flimsy wrecker. Had to wait another hour and a half to get another company to bring the wrecker I requested. Not professional and doesn't take the customers time into consideration, not to mention they were charging 150 dollars over everyone else.
I called for a tow to get my car towed to my new home.. which went cool until 2 days later we find out they towed our car at 3am they were the only people to know where my car was… so I called the police the detective confirmed they called title max who they work with on the side and towed my car… I paid them to tow my car and they took my car and I had to pay title max I’d never get them to tow my car again
I'm a disabled vet in a wheelchair I'll never get them to tow my car again I got into a car accident so I couldn't make a few payments and my car was down. After I paid them to tow my car they report it to my finance company and towed its away for them got my car back and when I called to ask why they laughed at me. Police showed me my car on highway cam I thought it was stolen
JT was awesome. He patiently waited while I paid for my car diagnostic services over the phone then towed my car to my location so I could stay put. Saved me a bunch of time. Rates are reasonable, no hidden fees. I will use again and would recommend them.
Friendly & Honest Service. I worked with JT who was communicating with me and actually honest about his eta as opposed to other towing companies I've worked with. JT was great and easy to work with and would highly recommend him.

The best towing service in the Atlanta area ! my transmission gave out the morning after Thanksgiving they came within minutes of calling . Towed my car to the shop for me . super friendly and the price is lowest in the area. Amazing customer service! Thanks guys
JT the 4th was very helpful towing my car for me. He called me to check see where i was at, and let me know his ETA and to look out for him. I will keep the phone number just in case i need to be towed again, or anyone else does.
