We recently used this tow service in the evening when U-Haul was already closed. We called multiple tow companies, this company came within 35 minutes, others had a minimum of 1 and half hours. They have multiple options depending on vehicle. Also, the driver was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was confident that my luxury vehicle was handled with care. Overall, I highly recommend using this company if you want them to come fast but you will pay a premium.

So I called Calvary based on their proximity and reviews and they DID NOT disappoint. They arrived in less than an hour and texted me letting me know when it got to the mechanic!

Shane was phenomenal! My car began swerving and became unsafe to drive at night on I-75 above ATL in the Marietta/Smyrna area while it was pouring down rain/thunderstorms. I was given an estimate for his arrival time and he was there in 30 minutes as promised! He was very professional and communicative, got me to a safe spot and transported me and my car 40+ miles home and for a better price than my own insurance (StateFarm). 10/10, will absolutely be calling him again if I ever need a tow!
I contacted the company at 12pm and my car wasn't picked up until 6pm. When the ignorant driver finally did drop off my car I simply asked for a picture of the front of my car and he proceeded to say “can you just send the money” very rude. I definitely wouldn't recommend.
We had the misfortune to break down at a major intersection DOWNTOWN ATLANTA!!!! We called Cavalry and left a message. Soon a driver zeroed in on our location and picked us up in less than 15 minutes. Off we went to the dealership.

I have dealt with a number of tow services but never any that were as warm and personable as this one. First of all, Shane (our tow operator) was super personable. He quoted us a tow price but upon arrival, he inspected our car and found the problem to be a minor electrical issue. He got our car started and sent us on our way at a fraction of the quoted price. This is the first time that I have had that type of service from a towing service.
Shane also called us to check to make sure we had made it home safely. I don’t expect this from ANYONE, so I have to give him high praise for this. My wife and I are extremely pleased and have locked in Calvary Towing as our tow operator of choice for any future issues.

I had the most exceptional experience with Calvary Tow Truck, hands down the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Shane, the owner, went above and beyond to help me in a situation you wouldn’t expect from a tow truck company. My car had a busted tire, and while I planned to tow it to a tire shop, we discovered they didn’t have my tire size. Shane, being the true professional and kindhearted person he is, didn’t stop there. He drove me around in his tow truck, car in tow, to several tire shops until we found the right one to get my car back on the road.

GREAT company and service! Shane exceeded my expectations by far. The customer service was amazing but I was not prepared for the depth of knowledge he had on vehicles, he assisted in identifying an issue with my car that my private mechanic missed. Usually tow truck companies are one trick ponies and are all about the money. With Calvary, it’s the complete opposite, I’ll def be using this company again.
This is a great tow company! My kids and grandchild were stuck in a bad area and it was getting dark. The customer service was excellent! There was Fast arrival. He was professional the entire time and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be using this tow service again.
