Best experience - 10/10 recommend. My new Volvo's electrical system went out on me and Volvo roadside assistance dispatched my request. Eric called me immediately and met me within 15 minutes! He was friendly, professional, and excellent. (Honestly was more helpful and honest with me than Volvo was, to be honest) I've saved his info in my phone and if I myself (or anyone I know) needs a tow - Show Me State is definitely the first I will call.
Lincoln has free towing -24 hours later no one would come get our Aviator from Lincoln's preferred towing companies. I canceled using Lincoln's Free service and googled tow truck companies and found this company with excellent reviews. (Six Lincoln referred tow truck companies never came and all canceled on us.)
I called Corey, he was professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he was going to do. They picked up the car precisely at the ETA time, delivered it to the service manager at the dealership. Plus Corey followed up with me to let me know it was done. There are a lot of lousy tow truck companies, however this one stands head and shoulders above all the rest.
The driver was extremely professional and an all around really nice guy. I would recommend to anyone & everyone. I'm saving the number in case I need them again while traveling through Atlanta.

Had a car that needed to be towed out of a particularly narrow area in the rear of my home. Mr. C is an expert with his truck, and retrieved it no problem. More importantly he is on time and offers clear communication. Would definitely recommend as a roadside assistance provider in the Atlanta area.

After getting turned down from other towing company or them simply not answering, Georgia State Towing answered on the first ring and gave me a good price right then. Went against what he normally do just to come help me and was very quick in coming. Beyond thankful for Georgia State Towing, Corey to be exact.
10/10 definitely would recommend if you need a quick and responsive tow company! I had my car being shipped out from California to Georgia and the car had died on the shipping truck which led to a dead car and wouldn’t unlock. I was able to call this company while still in California, and they were able to unlock the car and help take my car off the truck. Showed up to the scene very fast and got the job done quickly. Would use again if needed to
Honestly, I can’t believe this company I had order them 3:00am in the morning. They said they would arrive at 7:17am. I tried my hardest to stay up after the fact I receive no sleep from waiting… The Driver didn’t even try to attempt to come to my door nor knock on the window nothing. Just a phone call and text after being left w the description of the Vehicle, so you telling me if I Uber home and didn’t answer the phone after I left them the location and description of my vehicle that you guys won’t pick up my car that my insurance told you to pick up, I set up, and I know you guys pulled up looked at the vehicle seeing two individuals in it.Then the tow guy is going to tell me I need to wait another 3 hours, because I failed to answer the phone or text and that’s the protocols. If that is your guys protocols then what’s the point of even trying to make money that’s horrible business and is why I’m leaving you guys 1 star review…
Mr. Campbell is a life saver. I locked my keys in the car while at work. He came quick and was able to get in without damaging the door seal..and the bonus was he didn't charge me a outrageous price.
Horrible customer service. They was supposed to pick my car up. They lied and stated they had arrived so I couldn’t cancel the order. Then when I messaged them they would never tell me an eta of when they would arrive instead kept asking questions that they already have the answers to. I wouldn’t recommend
Top notch! We needed a tow for my husbands car which is not fun, but the overall coordination of this made it great! The tow arrived at the time he said and quickly (and I mean quickly) got the car to the repair shop. Timely and professional. I suggest you lock his number in your phone now in case you need a tow.
I found this company just by doing a google search. Hands down THE best service. Communication was perfect Corey was extremely professional and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future towing needs.
On multiple occasions, I've used Georgia State Towing. Once for my wife's car, and another for my own. Every time, Mr. Campbell is prompt, professional, and fair on the pricing. No gouging, and it doesn't take all day. Highly recommended.

I have to say that this has to be one of the most professional car towing services I have experienced. Not only is the owner professional and respectful, but a gentleman as well. He went the extra mile when my car broke down to take me to the car shop as well wait til they finished. The performance is too true. Definitely appreciate the service

First off my wife car stopped with three kids in the back seat it was HOT. I was at lease two hours awayaway to help so I called I this company. Dude picked up the phone and was really professional came to my wife quickly and helped get the car towed and made sure my family was str8 offered water. Even called and gave me and update.
