My son moved to Atlanta for college in august and his car broke down two days later. This guy was able to set up a time to get the key and tow it to the closest shop. The next day I was told that it needed to go to a dealership and he handled everything hassle free. I would definitely recommend Westside Atlanta Towing.

Fast and easy service. The dispatcher came on time and accommodated me on pricing. My car was on 4 flats and I needed the dispatcher to park the car in a spot, he took his time and did just that!!! Which he didnt have to do. Thank you!!
I called this towing company needing a tow, but instead he ask me what was wrong with my car and to send pics, I did just that and he gave me a recommendation for a mobile mechanic instead! Both the towing and the mechanic was REALLY affordable!! Now instead of me paying for a towing AND paying a shop, the mechanic is literally coming to me the next day early in the AM. I know nothing about cars and I felt he put me in the right hands that I can trust! He really took a chip of my shoulder!! I really appreciate this company!!

Helped me when I broke down at the McDonald’s. Customer service was great. Fast and friendly. They gave me a great price when others were giving me astronomical quotes and responded in under an hr. Never had such quick service. Would definitely recommend!
I called for a jump-start and was told they would check with drivers and call me back if no one was available. I left a voicemail, but they never followed up or returned my call. I had to call another company. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through.
Hands down THE BEST towing service in Atlanta!! Terry went above and beyond to help me out when no other towing service was able to. I was stranded for over 6 hours trying to find a tow service willing to help get my car out of a parking garage and Terry was very understanding of my concern and came to the rescue. I will only be contacting Westside Atlanta Towing from here on out. Both AAA and my auto insurance roadside assistance could not help me and only made me wait hours with false hopes.

I can’t thank this tow truck service enough! I was having a hard time finding anyone to help today and EVERY company I called was quoting me outrageous prices and wait times of 1.5 to 2 hours. and i was only 0.8 miles from home… Then I found this company, and they were a lifesaver! They showed up in just 30 minutes which was very quick and charged me a very fair price for a short 0.8-mile tow.
They were honest, professional, and trustworthy, which really stood out during this stressful situation. This business provided excellent service for my daughter when her car needed to be towed. The other businesses that she contacted were more expensive and could not tow her care in a timely manner. I would use this service again because of their professional attitude toward meeting the needs of their customers.
Terry was nice with quick service. He was cheaper than my insurances roadside assistance and provided faster service. He was able to hitch my car up in a few minutes and made a pleasant experience out of getting my car towed. I would highly recommend for quality and reliable service

Basically my car broke down on the way to work in downtown Atlanta, I left it at a restaurant parking lot somewhere in Hapeville & I still headed to work, leaving the car as is. I called the service around 4pm and they agreed they'll come to my job at some time to pick up the keys & access the car. Instead the tow came around the same time I got off work in the evening around 8pm & we went to go pick up my car (saved me cash on getting an Uber all over the place, I was stressed about how'd I get around). We got to my car and the tower checked & jumped my car just to be sure I indeed needed the tow, which I could appreciate for going above & beyond to save me some more time & money. Then since the car would not start properly we took the car over to my apartment. I'm so pleased with all the care I received, especially at such a late cold night.
Costs was between $175 -200. Also they do take all sorts of payments including Cashapp & Zelle, I'm unsure if they do print invoices or POs, so you can make a claim with insurance, but for me it all worked out as needed
AMAZING service! I can’t say enough about the service. I waited for Allstate for 3 hrs and no one showed up! Called Westside Atlanta Towing and they came in 14 minutes took me back to my area safely!
They were very professional, prompt, and easy to work with! They were able to pick up my car in less than 30 minutes during rush hour traffic and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend!!
