I ordered a PCM from them in June. They ran my card through a third-party vendor who then charged it again without my knowledge for a processing fee. Then a week later after several contact attempts, they advised me that the PCM was no good. After nearly a month of lying to me about returning my money, arguing and denying then becoming unreachable I had to start a chargeback procedure with my credit card company.
Never received the part that I ordered and paid for. Now they are unresponsive to calls and messages. Do not be mislead by the name; they have not shown themselves to be reliable in my experience with them. Beware.
