Absolutely wasted my time. Sitting here in a parking lot for the third time today. Was supposed to meet after one p.m. it's now almost ten o'clock. Was supposed to meet at multiple different times and or call. I'm the one who has to call. Always a different story. "I'll be there around seven", "I'll zelle you the money", "I'll be there at 9:17 my GPS says", "hey sorry I'm going to zelle you right now". Do not use this company, not sure who they sub out to but this is an absolute joke.

The person I talked to was very polite, yesterday I tried using a different service and ended up waiting for 8 hours only for them to not even show up. However, this company is fantastic! He spoke clearly over the phone and the driver got here in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this company for anyone trying to get rid of a car!
