He answered promptly and the wait time was very short. Unfortunately it took a little more effort based on the position of my car. Staying at an Airbnb, which he knew during our conversation. The driveway was narrow and on a hill. He wanted to leave my car in the driveway that is utilized for other renters. When I told him I couldn't leave my car there he said the service was only to reposition the car $150, I gave him a tip anyway $20. He decided he would move the car across the street, maybe 50 ft. After he did that he tells me it would be an additional $50. What surprised me was a statement he made about the area-"not a good neighborhood". This was on Cascade Rd. My initial review HE submitted before the service was completed, I guess he didn't realize it could change the post.

This tow truck was very professional and arrived in great timing. My tire popped on the freeway on Highway 75 close to Buford Highway exit from a random object and I waited 2 1/2 hours with a patrol officer for BMW roadside assistance. It’s raining and I had to use the bathroom so I decided to call Towman Tow Truck Assistance after finding them on Google. I kid you not the tow truck arrived within 30 minutes. I’m very grateful for this company after the night I had.
They were SO fast! We were stuck with double flats at the Valero right off of the I-20 exit on Moreland, where traffic is always a NIGHTMARE, and they still arrived within 30 minutes! Price was comparable to other tow services in the area, but other services were estimating up to 2 hours before they could arrive. Highly recommend this service!!!
