I am a weekend mechanic, and there is not much I haven't done. The biggest issue nowadays is finding quality parts at a decent price. The service was spot on and the parts arrived faster than I expected. The parts were OEM+ quality and much less than a dealer. 5 stars all around
I ordered a wired harness for my volvo. They had a picture online so I thought it was in stock at there store. They told me they had to order it in. I placed the order Dec 24 . I had called them on Dec 26 they said they would have it in the afternoon and would ship UPS. Dec 28 Saturday I called them and the owner was arrogant. I was also having issues with my tv and called them by mistake. So the owner hangs up on me . I called back 2 more times cause I figured I find out information on my part. The owner hangs up on me again. I decided to call on my home phone and he says “Oh you just woke up” . Would not tell me when my part was coming in or answer any questions.he wanted to know why I called on a weekend we are closed .Well why answer the phone even. How they have 4.7 stars beats me makes no sense.
Melvin and Bill were a pleasure to work with. Voluparts had an exhaust part for my 87 740 that was very hard to find. Reasonable prices and very fast shipping and handling. Thank you, fellas!
Called this place to see if they had parts available for my vehicle. A very rude man answered the phone, told me it was too late in the day (5:26pm) to order parts, without asking me what my vehicle was, asked me if I had a Volvo, I told him no. Not sure why that would matter. He said “good luck finding the parts, then proceeded to yell at me saying that I needed parts pictures and OME numbers, which I did…and I told him that. After that he told me to have a hot weekend and hung up the phone. I didn’t realize that it was a Volvo only place, so he could have just told me that instead of being rude!
Highly recommend. Great service and knowledge. 1/3rd of the way thru a 2000 mile trip from Florida to Canada and William swapped out a malfunctioning fuel pressure sensor on the spot. Thanks Voluparts!
Extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and in person Recently have gotten in to Volvos and were very helpful with getting/ having the parts I need for a good price they were also very knowledgeable on my car and gave great advice and pointers. Makes me happy to own a Volvo will definitely be back
Bought a ton of stuff from them, and have aksed these guys soo many technical questions before, everytime they helped me. I see the other reviews saying the owner is rude so ill remind you, this isn't a corporate chain store with customer service representatives, this is a family owned warehouse in an old industrial district in Atlanta and has been for decades. They do what they do *extremely* well. This isn't autozone lol it's significantly better.
Very rude!! Would not recommend this place. I wanted a driver side back tail light assembly but I never got it! The guy told me it was 99 dollars plus tax and I told him that’s fine, but then when I looked at my bank account he charged me 319.36. When I called back, to tell the guy about it, he told me I needed to find it. How am I suppose to find it, if I never got it? I wouldn’t recommend this place, they are just rude, and don’t help you at all!!
The staff here (especially Melvin) is fantastic and knowledgeable about the Volvo 240, and have always sent me requested parts in good timing. Highly recommend if you are maintaining or restoring a classic Volvo!
my shift assembly broke on my 98 S90. I called all the local dealers in NC and no one had one. I was also informed that Volvo stopped making them all together. I searched all the local salvage yards and all the internet resources I could think of. By chance I cam across Voluparts website. When I checked the website for the part it said new was not in stock but to call for used. I called up and luckily they had a very good used assembly in stock. They sent it UPS to me within 2 days. I now have part to put in and will have my S90 back up and running in no time. Thank you Voluparts! I saw plenty of other items I will be coming back for very soon!
I do not know what I would do without VoluParts. I have a 1972 model 142 and I have had a 245 and a S70 in the past. Every time I need something Volvo related they either have it or know how I can get it. They even helped me when I lived in Chapel Hill by shipping me a gas tank up there. One of the few auto parts stores that truly knows what they are doing. No fuss, no hassle, just the parts I need and the knowledge to go with them. As a Volvo owner I feel blessed to know about these folks.
Thank God for Voluparts. I have tried all of the Volvo parts suppliers in the U.S. and no one comes close to VP. for available new and used parts. Melvin is a gem of a man and always goes out of his way to help locate hard to find parts and no one compares on overall customer service. They are without a doubt the best in the country and will always look forward to talking with Melvin and depending on him for everything Volvo.

Voluparts is my first stop when parts shopping for my '04 S60 with 80K miles.. Prices are very competitive but for me customer service is where Voluparts really stands out above the rest. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Edison on more than one occasion. Whether it be just advice or steering me in the right direction trying to locate parts, I've always gained more knowledge of my P2 Volvo doing business with Voluparts.
Great advice and follow-up! They suggested a part that was a better fit and that saved me money. They also remembered that I needed advice on which fixative to use, and attached a photo-copied page in the shipment so I could get exactly the right product. Outstanding service.

This place is awesome. The people here are awesome as well. I recently needed a seat for an 07 s60 and they had a bunch to to choose from. I was nervous about doing it myself and William offered to pull my car around back and help me. I picked up a few other things while I was there but I cant get over how customer forward and friendly the folks that work here are. Thanks again William, you are my hero!
These guys are awesome! I just bought my daughter her first car - a used Volvo XC60, and it was in showroom condition, with the exception of a missing side mirror turn signal lens. The dealership that I purchased it from said it would be expensive to fix with parts and labor, and since it was a used car, it was being sold as-is, so I Googled Volvo parts, and found the Voluparts website, and didn't even realize they were so close to us. The part was less than $30, and when I asked how much it would be to install it, they quoted me $5.00 for a five minute job. Then, I sent my daughter alone, so that she could learn how to be responsible for her own car, and they didn't even charge her to install it, and made the process super easy for a 16 year old new driver. I will be returning to them again, and we highly recommend them.
