Ronnie, is quick, kind, and professional. When all the other tow trucks canceled on me and didn’t show up, he came to the rescue. He gave me a ride to the tire place and his truck was nice and clean. I will refer him to my friends and use him the next time, but hopefully I won’t need a tow any time soon!

I was heading downtown when I heard a scraping underneath my car which is rarely a good thing. When I pulled over on the closest exit, I found my engine splash guard was dragging under my car and I had no way to safely get under there. I had no clue if any towing company would be able to just come to me and secure it so I could be on my way, but I called anyway. After seeing a couple reviews for TSA Towing, I knew where my first call should be.
It was a Friday afternoon around 5pm when I called, and he was there within 30 minutes! He was happy to take a look under the car, and he determined he could use zip ties to secure the splash guard for me. It took about 20 minutes and he had me on my way again. I was THRILLED! He could easily have said no, can’t help and towed me somewhere which would have been so very inconvenient but he opted to help where he could. I was truly grateful for his expertise and willingness to help me, especially on a hot afternoon.
I have saved his contact information in case I ever need a towing company in the area again. What started out as a bad experience (with my car needing repair) ended being a great experience because of his willingness to help and how quickly he got me on my way for a very reasonable price. Chain snapped on my motorcycle and Ronnie’s was the only one willing to tow it after I got canceled on by some other drives. He arrived quick and got my bike back safe.

Today was not such a good day for me but after calling TSA towing I felt more at ease because when the tow truck guy showed up in under 30 minutes and didn’t knock me over with holiday extra fees. I was having a heck of a time getting anyone to come pick up my truck off the side of a major highway because they couldn't find a physical address (even though I had many landmarks and the location relative to 2 different exits). Called TSA and they took care of me very quickly and did a great job communicating and keeping me in the loop
The TSA towing service provided the most efficient and the fastest towing service. I had another towing company scheduled at 11 a.m., but did not come or called me for an update.
However, TSA towing driver was clear with instructions and gave me accurate timeline on when he would arrive at my location. An amazing driver, knows Atlanta area well, and I would totally recommend this towing service to everyone.
I called three companies before calling TSA. They either didn’t return my call, quoted me a really high amount of money or didn’t have room for two passengers. Ronnie from TSA quoted me a lower amount, arrived in 15 mins and had room for my sister and I to ride along. He was very friendly and we felt safe. He even gave money to a homeless man while we waited on a red light. I would call Ronnie again if I needed a tow.
I called TSA towing after my car stopped working on Roswell Road. I have only had a few towing experiences in my life, and all of them took over an hour sometimes two to arrive. TSA towing got to me in less than 15 minutes! He was knowledgable, efficient and most of all kind and funny. I would recommend TSA to anyone! I am definitely keeping their card in my car for any future needs.
I had two tires blow out just as the sun started to set in Atlanta. Progressive told me it was going to be another 3 hours before anyone could come get the vehicle but these guys came in 30 minutes. They were quick, efficient, super friendly, and well priced. Honestly I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
Great service! Haviv knew what he was doing and took great care of my car. He knew all the tricks on a German-made vehicle to get it on his flat bed without any problems and dropped it at the shop..then sent me pics. Highly recommend TSA if you are in need of a tow.
