  HORRIBLE SERVICE: I purchased a car part through eBay which the part came from next gear auto inc. April 2024 and when the car part failed in my car, the manufacturer refused to refund me my money. The manufacturer only wanted to give me $50 of the total cost paid of $169.95 that I paid for the car part . In addition the customer service representative with next gear auto parts inc. was not polite at all. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Lucy (the representative) said the supervisor would be gone for one week. So when I asked to speak to someone outside of the supervisor, Lucy said there was no one for me to speak to at all. I even emailed the company and no one responded to my email. That’s bad customer service, along with a bad response time from the day I submitted my complaint. July 2024

  Dear fellow online consumer, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER PARTS OR DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND WILL NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING, then they will add your credit card as a recurring charge even if you change your credit card info they will still withdraw money from you. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED.

  These people have taken two payments from me and have been ignoring my calls and my emails, I had to use someone else’s phone in order to speak to someone who said they would call me back but hasn’t done so. I have reported them to the better business bureau and have also reached out to the Georgia Secretary of State regarding this matter as well. This whole thing is absurd, everything is a scam nowadays.

  This company is the worst company I ever delt with , they took my money and never sent me my item , iv been calling and asking for a refund and all I'm getting is the runaround It's amazing how these people sleep knowing that they steal money from people .   This Company is a Scam!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!! The address that they are using belongs to a company called True Space, which is a Virtual Company. Welyard is not listed in True Spaces' directory. The business is listed with the Secretary of State. Welyard has stolen the Business Name and business EIN number from a Tiera Jenkins. They are taking money from consumers. True Space has gotten notice in regards to these scammers. Also, whoever these scammers are, they are using fake email addresses posting fake" Positive Reviews" on Google.. ** 10 minutes after I wrote this review the company called me, wanting to give me a tracking number, after 2 weeks. They told me that my order would ship in 3-5 business days and I am just now receiving a call because they saw my review. I asked for my money back. They tried to talk me out of it. They are very well trained and are good at what they do, in regards to scamming someone out of their money. People work hard for their money. I am going to let the Lord deal with them. THE ONLY WAY TO WIN WITH A SCAMMER IS "NOT TO PLAY." It only makes your blood pressure rise when you know the truth**

  Great customer service. My brother who is an airline mechanic recommended this company. When my car broke down the service company wanted to charge me$900 for a new ac compressor for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. My van is a one year only model not able to find because was manufactured from November 2006 to January 2007. WEL AUTO PARTS found one in a nearby suburb close to where I live. We were unable to find one. They are a Locator company and literally found the needle in the haystack. There was a little mix up where we picked at pick up. But it was resolved immediately and it was just a paperwork mixed up that they fixed. Thanks Welyard the compressor is great and saved me$800. Highly recommend the company definitely going to call again if I need another part for my hard to find car parts. Thanks for saving me alot of money and great customer service.
