I felt they really care and were interested to help me. It was a shame I had to pay for what happened to me, but the great news these folks were very speedy with the service they provided me, even in the middle of the storm that Tuesday night.
I had a load to shift.on me after someone slammed on brakes in from of me. The guy came out and we took everything off the trailer .rebanded and reloaded the trailer. Once my company company got the invoice . It's was $7500 PLUS THE INVOICE SAID THAT I WAS TOWED. WHEN I WAS PARKED AT THE PETRO. THAT THEY PUT SOME OF THE LOAD ONTO ONE OF THEIR TRUCKS AND FOLLOWED ME TO DELIVER MY LOAD. WELL NONE OF THAT HAPPENED AT ALL. EXCEPT REBANDING AND RELOADING MY TRAILER. ALL THE OTHER STUFF NEVER HAPPENED. HOW DO YOU GET A $7500 BILL FOR 6 HOURS OF WORK ? THATS OVER $1000 A HOUR.
It was about 8:30pm and my car battery went dead. I was calling businesses who do jump starts and this company was the only one who answered the phone. It only took about 30mins for them to get to me and my car was started and I was leaving in less than 5. Big thanks to James for coming through and getting the job done quickly.
I paid through cash app but they accept cash and Zelle as well. They tell you how much it’ll cost beforehand (some places don’t). I paid $85.
This was the best tow truck experience I’ve ever had. He was communicative on his timing and how far away he was. He got here quickly and was so kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
ATL Roadside saw my car pulled over on the side of the highway in 95 degree temp and stopped to offer to help, a lifesaver as I'd already been waiting for a HERO truck and Id scheduled a tow that would have taken at least another hour plus. James was amazing! He had a much needed, professional and quick response time! Price was agreed upon at time of scheduling the tow service. Does not take credit cards, but cash and cash sending services accepted (cash app, Zelle, etc). All around a great experience despite the car trouble.
My boyfriend hit a curb and bent his rim. I called 3 different tow trucks, none answered . We called ATL Roadside, he literally pulled up in 1 minute. Yes, 1 minute. He’s forever my go to for all my future towing needs ! Not to mention he’s professional & efficient!! Thank youuuuuuuu
The WORST service I have ever received. Called at 6pm to get my car towed to a dealership an hour from the current location. James said he did me a “favor” by grabbing my keys from the current location, which was actually in place the deposit. I was told 24 miles was $225 with a “discount”. He then said I would get updates by text with pictures when my car was getting picked up and towed. I waited 2 hours before I called him to get an update and he said my car wasn’t a priority so the tow was going to take longer. HOURS GO BY. I keep calling and it’s the same thing that he should grab it soon. It’s 11:47pm when my car gets picked up, and even though I gave him the location, he texted me at 12:36am ALMOST 1AM asking for the drop-off address. Obviously I’m asleep like most people so at 5am the NEXT DAY I am able to give him the address. My car doesn’t get to the destination until 9am. Then he still tries to tell me it’s $225. Like you’re insane. He literally says he won’t release my car until I pay because this is a “waste of his time”. I would NEVER recommend this place and anyone who says they’re good and reliable is lying to you. Do NOT work with these psychopaths. I am livid.
Update: He said there were pictures and updates, but I had to call multiple times to get them and it took nearly 8 hours and OVERNIGHT to get my car towed. He was extremely rude and was trying to ask me personal questions like “why are you taking it to a closed dealer” “why are you busting my chops right now” just unprofessional all together. Then he says the car was delivered to greg who didn’t show up until 9am, when I instructed them to park the car and put the keys in the drop-box provided. So the fact that it wasn’t “received” until he got there was a lie. They simply didn’t show up until 9am because they didn’t want to do the job asked of them. They also state it was hand delivered. EVERY tow i’ve dealt with has used a drop-box or given the keys to someone, saying it’s “hand-delivered” is not a thing. Then when I said I would dispute any charges he made, he TEXTED my number saying after saying “thanks for the google review” on the phone. In the text he says “i have all the proof I need thank you tho” as if I did something wrong? Like sir, YOU took over 8 hours to get a job done for a car that was one hour from the destination. I had to block his number. James is the most unprofessional, un-qualified, and arrogant person. He says he “witnessed” it himself, but he’s the person responding to the reviews. It’s so untrustworthy.
Great service at a very affordable price! They towed me from GA400 to BMW of South Atlanta! They were able to get to me in under an hour in rush hour traffic, and had a lower rate than everyone else in the area. Will definitely recommend this tow company.
THE BEST TOW COMPANY. Came out and helped me and my boyfriend with a flat tire we were stranded for 2 hrs and called this tow company and they here in 2 minutes that’s what it felt like and they changed my tire to my doughnut in no time in and out. One of the best service's.
Guy named James Estupinan came out after waiting an hour wasnt even the guy requested had a good Samaritan helping and gave us a shakedown for money for a service he didnt provide. Threatened to call the police when he provided no service.
These guys are great - above and beyond the call of duty! All of the lug nuts on our flat tire were rusty and hard as heck to remove. Once they saw that was the case, rather than just recommend towing to a service station, they worked super hard, got the old tire off nicely, the spare on securely, and we were back on the road in less than a half hour. Impressively hard work and a really positive, helpful attitude throughout. Made a miserable situation so much better than we could ever have expected. I would absolutely call them again.
Beyond impressive. These guys pulled me and my Silverado out of a dangerous spot on 75 and absolutely turned what should’ve been an awful experience into a safe and professional vehicle recovery. They didn’t treat me like an inconvenience nor did they try to overcharge while in a bad situation. Which is rare in a tow company. Absolutely nothing negative to say about these boys. Keep it up. As far as I’m concerned, you’ve set the bar.
Horrible customer service, they left my car parked diagonally in the driveway. It made it impossible for any of the cars to even leave the driveway, when I called to have them fix the parking johnathan was extremely rude, hung up on me on one occasion, and even began arguing/ yelling. It wasn’t until I asked for his name to report him when he calmed down.
My 19 year old son’s car broke down in Atlanta on a Friday night at around 8 pm. I had to get the car to Woodstock and was very concerned it would take hours to get a tow truck. It took James about 20 minutes to get us from the time I hung up with him. That was very surprising. He took the car to Woodstock and even texted me a pic when he was done. Thanks James. You made that situation easier.
James was incredible!!! After I had THREE tow truck drivers cancel on me, I started researching tow services in the Atlanta area. I found Atlanta Roadside Services and thank God I did. James was amazing, took my car and I straight to my local mechanic, was fast and efficient, and overall just very kind. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! They’re the BEST!
James was great. I popped a tire during rush hour on 400, on the left side of the road. It took a while to get to me (understandibly) but we was fast, efficient, and helpful once he got there. He also asked the important questions so he knew he didn't need to bring the tow truck. Not gonna lie, I was very confused to see a BMW stop to help me change my tire Thanks, again for your help!
After waiting for over 4 hours for another tow company to arrive my insurance company reached out to ATL Roadside Service. The driver James Estupinan arrive in a timely fashion, was very professional and made sure the tow service I paid for was completed. Amazing service. I needed an emergency tow in the middle of the night and he was there in 30 minutes. I had an extreme case and he was able to transport and drop my car off where it needed to be for a very reasonable price. James saves the day

The 5 star reviews are all COMPLETELY accurate. This guy/company is the best! Wasn’t near my car that broke down on the highway and he went and picked it up and towed it to the repair shop. All without ever meeting face to face. And the price was GREAT!!! So glad I stumbled upon them on Google… will definitely be calling them any time I need a tow!
Incredible and fast service! One guy told me two hours, but James was at my location in 10 minutes. FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE OTHER GUY! He knows Atlanta like you wouldn’t believe. I didn’t know where I was but he knew where I was based on the description on my surroundings. Personable too! If you need towing services—call him.
