Ali was incredible! I had an emergency where I needed my car towed and his arrival time was faster than any other company estimated, and he was right on time. He was very friendly when he arrived and took care of getting my car hooked up asap. Payment with him was extremely fair compared to every other company I called and asked for a quote and then sending him the money was as easy as tapping my phone on his. I had accidentally sent him to a different address than the auto shop I had been in contact with and he had no issue towing it a few more miles to the correct shop for a small fee. Upon arriving at the correct auto shop he sent a picture of my car being dropped off and called to notify me. If I ever need a tow service again Ali is my man!
Ali is awesome. My car unexpectedly broke down in traffic at a busy intersection and he quickly rescued me from the unfortunate situation. Great customer service, and he's fast and affordable. I can't recommend enough.

I was in an accident on a Saturday night on Lavista Road, and Ali came to me very quickly (he said 25 minutes but it was more like 15), was extremely kind and caring and reasonably priced. He helped me figure out where best to take the car. Saved his number just in case I ever need him again- he should be your first phone call if you ever need towing.

Really Great Guy, I believe his name was Ali, sorry if spelled incorrect. Got to point A to B quick, getting the car on the tow truck was great but getting it off I was sad that he scraped it alittle bit but other than that, GREAT SERVICE 👍🏾. Alittle bit pricey but not bad at all.

Best towing service I have ever used. The guy gave me the cheapest price from get go, was on time, answered my calls and texted me with every step. I asked for receipt for my insurance the next day, he even dropped off one at my place within an hour...wow!!! All in all professional, competent with common sense. Highly recommended!
I had waited 4 hours for another tow truck company that kept stringing me along. I called City Towing, he told me he could be there in half an hour and he was! He only charged me 70% of what the other company was gonna charge me. This company is fast, honest, competent, and professional. I hope I never have car trouble again but if I do, I'm calling City Towing first
Ali is very personal and professional. My experiences with towing typically aren’t positive, but Ali was exceptional in areas that mattered; punctuality, mannerisms, and teaching. I like to continue doing business with those who treat me well, but I’m hoping to not have to have my car towed again 😂 if I do, however, Ali will be the man. Highly recommend!
Thank You Mazhar K. My friend two front tires blew out in ATL and Mazhar came to our rescue. It was midnight and we didn’t have no where to leave the car. He towed the car to like 3 different locations until we was able to find a tire shop. His price was good and his customer service was great. Keep up the great work.
With all the storms/accidents going back on, no toe trucks seemed to be available. I was getting frustrated, until we called Ali. He was very understanding and accommodating. He came out in a storm when no one would. he was efficient and very careful with my son’s car. I’m glad we chose him and will in future.
