Went here during a rainy day and found this and When I sent the pictures to a woman that I talked to that said she was one of the owners and even tried to call her and when I tried to get a employee to go turn off the fuel pump one of the owners told me not to tell his employees to do anything about this
If the staff could be any more rude I'd say my car parts were coming out their check! Tried to charge for every single part of a 1 piece module smh 1 star is too much... plus two different prices from your staff on the same items. Talking about I don't make the prices if you want to buy them on eBay, go ahead...great help, thank you.
Customer service is not up to par. You guys have a full staff of people working with only one person who is forklift certified. Totally ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for at least 45 minutes waiting. Walked into the the building 2x for service and I’m still waiting. If you want to continue getting good reviews, I suggest that you certify all of your employees to do everything for professional development and customer satisfaction.
