I normally DO NOT write reviews. You aren't likely to see feedback from me on any other site. That said, I've disposed of material at this site for the last 10 years. Over the last 1-2 years the site has improved significantly insofar as it is much much cleaner and better organized despite the fact I see fewer workers.
Luis' professional pride and exceptional leadership has achieve remarkable results.
Luis' management style creates a very difficult challenge for an organization because he proves it is possible to do more with less; yet, like so many organizations, it leads senior management to pat themselves on the back and believe they can do even more with less which i
too often leafs to a tremendously unhealthy work environment. (Admittedly this may not apply to this organization, but it applies to most that I've experienced in my lifetime.)
In summary, I'm very grateful for the chages I've experienced over the past year or so. Luis and his team execute at an exceptionally high level on a daily basis.
We have been here before and all the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The process is simple and straightforward. The location is great and the facility is kept as debris free as possible.
We would absolutely recommend this recycling center.
Tried ABC recycling first for a bathroom I'm remodeling and that place was a zoo it took about an hour to drop of a cast iron bathtub. For my second load. I came to Fulton Metals and my God what a difference. The guys are friendly and very helpful, the process is quick and easy. I was in and out in 10 min. It takes an extra 10 min to get to Fulton vS ABC but it's WELL worth it. And I got way more money from Fulton than ABC.
I went there to drop off a metal chandelier. Wish your website stated that this site is only for Roswell residents and it lists an Alpharetta address. It was a wasted trip because I live in Alpharetta.
Easy to find, easy to use; simple streamlined system. Fair prices by current market. If you have a heap of junk and excess metals absolutely nobody wants? They want it. Luis and his staff are clear and super-helpful. 10/10 will use again.
It's waste of time and gas. I bet I would have made more money if I sold in internet. Anyway, I took my old car parts for recycle and I was hoping I can make some money but after the guy gave me the receipt I was shocked $6.00 for 100 lb metal. This location was a joke.
Pleasant Experience. I didn't want to throw Copper pipes that I replaced, so took em to Fulton Metals Recycling. In less than 10 minutes I was done and out. I was paid a good price for the copper pipes.
This is by far the friendliest, fastest, and higher paying recycle facilities in NE Georgia. Luis is the head of the operation, he's kind, courteous, and gets you in and out in a snap.
ONE thing that I would say could be improved upon? Sweep and Magnet roll the lot and any areas where vehicles travel ( I always pick up a nail or a screw in at least one of my tires....) Still best place around! Thanks FM Recycling!!
This was an amazing experience. I just brought a few metal items and went on the journey to find out how this process works. It was so easy and fun. I'm cleaning out my house and yard. I have so many items that I didn't think I could get money for. Now I'm rid of clutter and made money. Thanks Luis.
Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. Luis helped me unload and no one was irritated that I had no clue what to do. Ladies, don't be hesitant, they will assist. Turn you old cords. Computers, bikes, batteries, and scrap metal into $$$
I love how they let me frisbee my scrap metal parts up onto the scrap heap with a satisfying crash. I love being able to roll off a big refrigerator or stove off my truck and hearing it smash the ground. Then at the end they write you a check. Love this place.
Nice friendly person at the reception. They require photo ID Drivers License and the car tag to process your recycle. It was quick in and out and I got paid.
everyone was nice and helpful but i weighed my metals before i went here and they weighed 84 pounds. i show up to this place and they weighed all of it as 45 pounds. i understand that y’all have to make a profit somehow but you can’t lowball me almost 40 pounds! good pricing, just give me the full value for it.
I just left there they were very helpful explaining to me what I needed to do to get my metal clean in to get more value for it being that I am a plumber and I recycle a lot this will be very helpful thanks guys! Just dropped off a truck load of water heaters and i was in and out in 15 min. There is no better facility for recycling anywhere!
Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Edward provided excellent customer service. It was straightforward; they weighed the scrap metal I had and provided me a check. Would definitely return in the future if I have more scrap metal

I just cannot abide being ripped off. 5 Fully scrapped kitchen stoves: no glass nor plastic, pure steel: $0.06 a pound! $30 total!
I got $30 per scrapped out refrigerator as SA Recycling!

First time here... If you don't know what to do when you arrive, stop at the window and ask. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why there are reviews complaining on here. Plus, you get to watch a big claw destroy stuff while you wait.
First time visitor, brought in old computers and small electronics that had been taking up space in the basement. Great staff, helpful, friendly, and efficient. From their website I wasn't sure if they were geared to large companies, but I certainly didn't feel out of place bringing in household items. Highly recommended, declutter your house, keep stuff out of the landfill, conserve natural resources, and even get a little cash for your efforts.
I work in a body shop and recycle our aluminum wheels occasionally. For some reason this last time I was completely ripped off. I got less for 7 wheels than I got for 3 and a radiator a cpl weeks before. None were cast aluminum. No change in rates. Thought they were fair but I guess that only depends on who you get at the window. I won't be back. Too many other recycling places.
I come here fairly often. It is generally a quick and easy experience. I have been shorted, in my opinion, a few times... Calling certain coppers less grades than what they are. Even so, I keep going back because the guys are easy to work with and is still money in my pocket.
Major problems. Quoted one price on the phone, they lowered it by about 25% when I dropped off the scrap metal the same day. Too much trouble to reload so I just took their check and left.
3 weeks later, their check BOUNCES! As if it wasn't bad enough already.
Look guys, the price of metal has gone down since last year, that's how it goes; prices go up and down. But trying to make up for it with cheating people? That's terrible!
And now, in the news, their place burned down....hmmm...won't cast blame because I don't know but would not be surprised if it was an inside job. I hope it will be investigated thoroughly!
