I had a fantastic experience today they actually had an earlier appointment which is good for me because I like to take a nap in the afternoon lol and they were so nice and so wonderful and so fast I had a very good experience with them I recommend them highly to anyone looking for help and they also come to storage units which is what they did for me was a storage unit And most of the places I called Don go to storage units for some reason I don’t know what that is but they just don’t but they came to a storage unit for me and help me move a washer and dryer to my other storage unit and they were such wonderful gentleman and we had a very good experience And I just wanted to say thank you very much !!! Such wonderful wonderful people!!!

After a big disappointment with another local company, working with Stand Up Guys was a breath of fresh air. The two service people, Tyler and Cory, were absolutely fantastic — they exceeded our expectations. Both were professional, personable, and got the job done quickly positive attitude. The company was also in constant communication with me the entire morning, including updates from Tyler and Cory while they were on their way. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I have used a different company in the past...they were too busy told me two weeks out. Stand Up Guys Junk Removal got back with me immediately and setup a time that day or next and they were here promptly with excellent communication...the krewe of Austin and Bobby got here on time and were very efficient. The price we negotiated was fair and they were in and gone quickly and loaded their truck to consolidate and save me money. Overall excellent service. Thank you Austin and Bobby, I am sure we will see each other again soon.

Just bought a home and the previous owners left a few things behind. Jeffrey was on time, courteous, gave me an update on where they were before coming out to my home. Plus when they arrived they were fast, and careful not to tap walls or scrap floors. My estimate was lower than expected… and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Highly suggest using this junk removal service, they won't “stand you up”! Ladies...and gents, it saves you the hassle of doing it yourself all for a very reasonable cost.
These guys were great! Rico called and asked if they could come before the scheduled time because they’d finished up a prior job early. Ronaldo and Vincent were absolutely AMAZING!!! Ronaldo called before and gave us an ETA and arrived on time. They introduced themselves and explained to us how everything worked. We agreed and they started working immediately! Ronaldo and Vincent NEVER said "NO" to any of our requests and were very pleasant and understanding. Always laughing, smiling, and cracking jokes. We were in awe with the strength of these two gentlemen. I would recommend to ALL of my friends and anyone who is looking for a junk removal company.

Had a heavy recliner couch I needed to get rid of. The two gentlemen arrived on time and made quick work of the job. Saved me plenty of time and effort had I tried to remove it on my own. Well worth the price, I'd use them again in the future.
The guys were on time and FAST! They cleared a truck load of yard debris, branches and a small tree and cleaned up! 2nd time working with these guys and service is top notch! They were respectful and took measures to safely remove items from inside the house- avoiding any possible damage. They also made sure my cat was away from any doors that led outside before opening; one guy even greeted my cat! Highly recommend and will use them EVERY time! Rolando, Ryan and Will are VERY professional. They called me shortly after my appointment window start time to let me know their estimated ETA and that they were encountering heavy traffic. They arrived smiling, cheerful and eager to help. Even though the item for removal was larger than expected, they quickly developed a plan and had it out of here in such a short period of time, it was like they did this all the time. Great company! Very easy to schedule online pickup & very reasonable pricing. Tristen and the other gentleman who visited to remove the refrigerator were very professional and polite. I also appreciate that they work safely too. They both had on steel toe shoes. They had a big job moving a heavy refrigerator on a hot day. They didn’t complain at all (even when they had to remove a door of the fridge to get it to fit through the door). They were a great team working together despite the stops because of how heavy the fridge was (& it had to go up a hill!). I highly recommend using them. If you can, request Tristen for the crew lead.
Justin and Ricky were great! They called to let me know they were en route, were extremely courteous, and quoted a great price to take away some truly ugly furniture. Highly recommended and will be calling them in the future.
They did a great job! On time and even reduced the price when they arrived than what I was quoted on the phone. They even removed an 800 lb. Safe! Very nice guys! I would definitley use them again!
