My experience was excellent. The service writer was thorough and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job of keeping me in the loop on the repairs. In addition to normal maintenance they diagnosed and solve a very subtle transmission issue.
I came to this shop to get a quick alignment on my truck and they kept telling me it was almost done and I waited for 4 hours only for me to leave when I was tired of waiting and then my alignment was worse than when I brought it in.
Best service in town. Have taken my truck to several locations and kept having to go back to find the problem. Took it to Christian Brothers and they found the problem right away. Very professional and would recommend.
We highly recommend Christian Brothers on Jones Bridge Road. They have been taking care of our vehicles for years, and they are honest, knowledgeable, provide honest/competitive estimates and do great work! They go the extra mile and we are always extremely pleased with their service.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers. I got in an accident and they were able to squeeze me in and found a leak in my radiator that would’ve caused a lot of problems down the road. Not only are they knowledgeable mechanics, they are good people and gave advice on dealing with the insurance company. I will definitely be returning for my needed repairs. My Granddaughter recently required help with resolving a problem related to an unusual noise she noticed when applying her brakes. I selected Christian Brothers Auto as the shop qualified to help her diagnose the issue and complete repairs. Our thanks to everyone involved who diagnosed the issue as a rear brake failure and completed the repairs required in a timely manner at a fair price. Very pleased with the services provided and the communication provided related to the process.
Highly recommend; friendly interactions, clear estimate and invoicing through electronic means worked well. Reassured us that the car's transmission was fine. Provided needed preventive maintenance on an older but lightly used car. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Overall experience was much better than at a local dealership.
I’ve normally had good service here, which is why today really surprised me. When I was sitting and waiting, the employee said, “Are you ready to go or are you going to sit here all day?” For one, I was just waiting for my car; most people in customer service know that a “your car is ready” would suffice. Then I was asked if I’d ever seen a car report before, as if I wouldn’t understand it. The whole interaction felt condescending. I’m honestly disappointed because I used to like this place, but after today, I don’t feel comfortable coming back.
I can’t say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive. They’ve serviced everything from my 1996 Ford Ranger to my 2020 Ford Explorer, and they do a phenomenal job. Caring staff, super knowledgeable, and you can tell it’s a Family owned business because they pay attention to detail and quality.
Another park is a very clean and nice waiting room, along with being a one minute walk over to Peach Coffee which is a great place to wait while they are servicing your car.
I had to call near the end of the 2nd day of my car being in the shop to find out my repair was already completed. Also, the tech who called with the diagnosis (Tony) had issues with his phone so that the connection was unusable. No effort was made to call me on another line. I had to call the main # to get a proper estimate. It is like the staff cannot be bothered to make certain I had knowledgable info. The above as well as my previous experience where the tech didn't bother to re-install my dashboard panels leaves an impression that CBA phones in the work, has little care for detail, and could care less of the impression their work leaves a customer.
It is likely I will take my business elsewhere in the future due to repeated problems that management has zero desire to fix. I am also very vocal about this and will convey my experiences (note plural - experienceS) so that others will be aware of the type of service provided at CBA.
Had an extremely pleasant experience here. Was not expecting video of my vehicle from a diagnostics exam that right there sold my business with these guys I will be returning for further services.
I brought my vehicle here for a belt tension replacement and they did exactly what they said and even inspected my vehicle and gave me suggestions on other items found.
Neil at the front was awesome. Will recommend to anyone I know.
Will go there again. Great customer service and value for the money spent. They don’t try to scam you. They give you feedback like if they were doing it for their family not someone they’re trying to make money off of. Your money goes along her way. They are prices cover more work than other places quoted for the same repairs.
I visited this location after making an appointment the previous day. After entering and informing the guy that was at the desk why I was there. He looked around on his Computer and replied "are you sure you made an appointment" after confirming that I did the day before, he kept on about not seeing me in the system. When I produce the text that was sent, he smugly informed me that there is another Alpharetta location and that's where I had an appointment.
Over all this person was more interested in proving that I did not make the correct appointment than he was inquiring about how he could help. I suppose that's what happens when you're busy and forget what made you so.

My advice: don't overtrust a shop.
The shop won my trust over the past few years with solid repair works.
Price is more than 30% higher than another mechanic shop I go, but they offer a courtesy check. The courtesy check is to inspect status of major parts of the car when it is brought in for a repair work and remind the owner for potential repairs. This service made me feel the higher price could be justified for a peace of mind.
After the trust was built, I brought my car to this shop for key maintenance work. A full transmission fluid flash was done on the last day of 2024 at 57900 mileage. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up my car.
Surprisingly, the same car had a brake failure due to “front brake pads are metal on metal with brake rotors” in middle of April 2025 at 61360 mileage. The shop charged me over $1200 for replacing two damaged rotors and one brake pad.
Lessons learned, don’t overtrust a shop.

Got a phone call from the general manager. He said a record showed that the "courtesy check" was declined for the transmission flush visit, so it was not performed.
Looks like some communication glitch occurred back then, instead of service reliability.
If I could give more stars I would! These guys are amazing! They're soo nice, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They put in a new transmission for me and they did such a great job! I'm bringing my car here for everything from now on!
Do NOT go here if you want to get parts replaced. I have a code reader to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle and I had purchased the part I was 100% sure was the problem (alternator). I came to Christian Brothers in hopes they would fix my car like they did previously, but that was on the contrary. Shortly after getting my car back, my engine light came on and 4 completely different codes came up. I ended up going to another shop to a total of $1300 in repairs for issues completey different from what I had initially. Christian Brothers, I don't know what the hell you you were doing, but it seems it was anything but what was asked from your clientele.
I am thankful for Christian Brothers Automotive. They have also been honest and professional with me. One time, I got an estimate for a fix that was more than $2000.00 by several other mechanics (including my dealership). However, Christian Brothers Automotive estimated the repair around $500.00. Afterwards, fixing my car, they reduced the price even further because they realized during the repair that the actual repair was not as much as they estimated. This time around, I brought my Ford Focus because the cover underneath the car was hanging loose. They found out that the flap was missing 4 bolts and they installed the bolts free of cost. Thankful for their honesty and kindness. I would 100% recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.
This rating is over due. Should have left this rating about 8 months ago. Anyways my engine was smoking. And I was able to drop my car off at the alpharetta location. They said my coolant liquid leaked …if I remember properly. But my point being they fixed the problem quickly and did not overcharge me. The place is clean, nice looking, the people were friendly and the business seemed to be a place of honest safe business.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them to provide fair pricing or thorough service. I was charged $1,727 for diagnostics, six spark plugs, and six ignition coils, which I believe is completely overpriced. To make matters worse, they noticed rainwater in the spark plug that initiated my visit but failed to mention that the plastic trough above it was cracked—a critical detail I had to figure out and fix on my own. It’s clear they prioritize sales over genuinely assisting their customers.
Loved their communication with providing photos and videos of the cars issue however they were fairly expensive in my opinion. $3,000 for heater and radiator hose repair. Labor $1,800. I left the vehicle on premises for a long while as a I was told it was not in their way while I attempted to come up with the funds however I was told Johns Creek was coming to tow vehicles so I had to have the car towed to my home. Radiator cover was also left in garage and not placed on vehicle after the car was there for at least three weeks. I know how to find a way to get the cover without transportation at the time. It's not easy to just Theo the piece in a Uber. Lol Planned on getting additional quotes. But overall customer service was decent..
