On October 9,2025 my husband needed some tow assistance to get in out of the ditch on an inclined dirt road.He called United Towing. They came out in a timely matter but that was just the beginning of my problems. The tow truck driver attached his chains to my husband’s tire rod on his semi. He told my husband to turn his wheel and he could not. So,the driver attached his chains to another part of the truck. Which so happened to be the tire rod. When he got home he noticed his front driver tire was damaged. We just purchased this tire 3 weeks ago. When we went to the tire shop to get tire replaced. He was informed that the tire rod was bent and this is what caused the damage to tire. He called this company to inform them of what he was told. He spoke to a woman and explained to her what he was just told by the tire technician. She advised us that she would get with the owner. I sent this company an email with pictures. I asked them how we could make this right. Well,it’s been over a week with no response. No phone call,no email or anything concerning this matter. I will be reporting this company to the BBB(Better Business Bureau). Because this is bad business and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They damage your lively hood and take no responsibility for what they did. I have been down for a week making no income to support my family. The old saying goes. If your tires ain’t turning you ain’t earning. I had to get my truck fixed out of my own pocket. An expense we CANNOT afford. My wife is sickly and recently had her leg amputated so I am the ONLY bread maker. This damage came at the wrong time. Between the towing fee,replaced tire rod and labor plus a new tire. I spent over $2000.00. Money I did NOT have since I am just getting back to work after 2 months of staying home with my wife. Good luck with your business!!!!
Yesterday my car broke down in the middle of Jones Bridge Rd & I greatly appreciate being referring to United Towing! The office staff of United Towing were kind & understanding & helped me stay calm. Adam arrived in a timely fashion (in his nice, clean, & smooth running truck!), & within minutes he delivered me & my car to CBA. Today the car needed to be towed for warranty work &, once again, the office staff at United Towing were efficient, kind, & made sure to be contact me so I could with my car while it towed. Adam arrived right on time. An awesome driver with mad skills, I was very impressed with how he manuevered through the Rick Case lot! Well done United Towing!
Fred was absolutely amazing! The company got a tow out so quick after I call to have my car brought to the mechanics shop after (what I assume) the alternator died and car was just stuck at an Autozone parking lot. We lucked out cause Fred happened to already he close and made it 15 minutes after I called.
He was incredible, very friendly, and worked real hard to get us all hooked up and hauled over. Pricing was VERY affordable, I was very shocked when we told me the total was as low as it winded up being compared to other quotes I got as I was calling around.

I was very impressed with the professionalism , speed, affordability and customer service of United Towing. Getting stalled on the road is stressful enough but they came quick, and provided excellent service.
I messed up backing down a freshly graded, very treacherous driveway on my property and got stuck within inches of a tree. My truck was downhill on a steep grade and surrounded by my fence in a heavily wooded area as well, so there was very little room to operate. I called Michael and about an hour later a driver came out (who's name I didn't catch), but he was a dang wizard with his tow truck. I thought for sure I'd be paying for major body work but he pulled me out without a scratch. Extremely grateful to Michael and the other gentleman for the quick, courteous, and expert service!

Called this place and a girl name Jessica answered the phone and she very rude and doesn’t care to help you or not. I have heard very bad talk about this place and the people they hire. Called K and K and got super friendly service. Do better and hire people who actually know how to operate and are kind to the customers as in that is what keeps your company going!
I called this towing company to use for the second time today, after previously using them once before. Each time I called I was greeted very unprofessionally by Jessica, who typically answers the phone. She has no sense or urgency, or professionalism when providing help to customers. After speaking with management, I was able to receive proper customer service and help and assistance. I will not refer to this company in the future, do to treatment given by Jessica!
After 2 DAYS of run around with AAA I called united. The were on time and took care of business. Michael was very nice, he really knew what he was doing!. The whole experience was great.
Updated on 2/24/25. Had to use United Towing again for a different car. The team took care of me incredibly quickly. Tommy was a great guy and got my son's car out of a tight downtown garage. This is a good company to work with.

Called today bc I was stuck in snow due to my boss not closing. So I called to get a tow and the lady who answered was very rude. I told her I needed a tow and she told me “I’m not sure how long it’ll be, you should have stayed home” like??It wasn’t my fault I didn’t want to lose my job. Anyways horrible customer service she made me feel like it was my fault I’m in a dangerous situation, and sounded annoyed that someone called her.
Needed my car towed to the mechanic. Called and the driver was here in minutes, Tommy was the driver. He was professional, pleasant and just a good guy. Gone in about 5 minutes. Received a call within 30 minutes car had been delivered. Thanks for a job well done !

My car broke down and all of the towing companies I called didn’t have availability to come help me, so I had to call the non-emergency police line for help. The Alpharetta Police Department sent United Towing out. Tommy was the tow truck driver, and he went above and beyond to help me.
I don’t live anywhere close to where my car broke down, so I wasn’t familiar with any repair shops to tow my car to. Tommy did his best to recommend places and was very transparent. He has wonderful manners, and I truly have never met a more kind and helpful human.
What Tommy didn’t know was that I was previously crying from the stress of blocking traffic and having a car that quit on me. He made the situation so much better, and helped put a smile on my face. Thank you so much, Tommy!!!

I don’t normally do this and am the opposite of a Karen but this needs it. Your driver sucks, got cut off by your driver so bad had I not slammed on breaks would have tore my front end off. Called united after another tow service never showed up after 4 hours of waiting. United came within 30 mins of me calling and were the absolute nicest people to my dad and I, and were speedy and efficient. Even helped get it in our tiny driveway. Thank you so much for saving the day! Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need!
Around 8:30 Pm, my husband lost left turning ability in the the power steering of his Jeep Wrangler. I called United after calling multiple companies. I’ve resorted calling them because I have AAA and they never called back or followed up. My previous experience with AAA has been spotty So I was prepared to do the Google search. United answered the phone within 1 ring, the lady quickly collected the information from me and gave me an estimate. In addition, they were able to tell me the availability of a driver. (Immediately available) And committed that he would meet me in about 30 minutes. Earl, the driver showed up on time, worked very efficiently and professionally, and followed us home to deliver our Jeep to our driveway. All in from when he arrived at the location where we were which was about 13 miles from our home, loaded the vehicle, unloaded the vehicle and processed the transaction with the office that he had to call was all done within one hour. He was able to get the vehicle on the flatbed within 5 mins. He unloaded it and parked it in our driveway less than five minutes. The price was reasonable compared to others. The estimate was the exact amount that she quoted. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
Adam was great and helped me take my broken Honda Element to my repair shop. From the phone call requesting service to pick it was less than 25 minutes. I would highly suggest using them in the future.
Very impressed with United Towing, all the way around! One of our cars was stuck in park inside the garage and getting it pulled out of the garage was tricky due to the angles and the tightness of the space. The driver they sent, Tommy, was fantastic! He definitely put me at ease by how careful he was, and he communicated with me the entire time explaining each step. He's clearly an expert at what he is doing.
The dispatch team is also great, they were professional, friendly and helpful. Great communication from their entire team.
I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Listen, they got to me in 15 mins, Range Rover Evoque completely locked up, can’t put in neutral at all. How Terry got it off of the rollback was YouTube worthy for sure. Crazy! My boy Aaron @United Towing is a real great guy and provided great service. Aaron got the car started from a dead battery and on the tow truck in under 15 mins.
