When you need to have your car towed it's never a particularly good day, but if it has to happen then I'm glad I got a chance to deal with K&K (and particularly Zach) Towing. Zach was kind, helpful and made sure my vehicle was safely delivered back to my house. Hopefully it's a long time before I call another tow truck, but K&K would be who I call. Thanks again, Zach. Zach helped me get my car towed to a mechanic and I was able to get my car promptly fixed. Honest and Helpful. Zach showed up ahead of schedule and was polite from the start. I didn’t have the towing hook for my car and he gave me good advice since he was afraid he might damage my car towing from the undercarriage. If i ever need a service in the area they earned my business.

I can not give this company enough stars. We got our U-Haul stuck in the mud due to all the rain over the last week. Our driver Austin arrived in 15 minutes after we requested service. He was very professional and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend… definitely will use again! Oh did I mention he pulled us out in the rain !
Top operation. I used K&K twice in twice in the past week and they have been incredibly professional. The lady who answered the phone is very pleasant and also gets right to the point and provides upfront info. K&K responded promptly to a tow request. They arrived in half the quoted time. Ron took care of everything and delivered the car to the mechanic. It’s the second time I’ve used their service. Response is much quicker than Allstate roadside assistance. Would recommend.
Ron went way above and beyond to help me not only get my car towed incredibly fast, but also by going out of his way to get the key from me so I didn't have to walk back to where my car was.
He even called me again after drop off to ensure I knew what was going on with an odd situation at the tire shop I had my car towed to. He was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire way as well! Highly highly recommend!! And it was all done at a great price too!

So quick and easy, called and they said it would be about 30 minutes and sure enough they came in 30 minutes. My dad and I were stuck in a ditch for about 8 hours waiting for the truck our insurance company was sending us when we realized we should just call one of our own. 10/10 reccomend k&k
My car was towed here after a wreck on Marketplace. When I came to clean out my car the gentleman working was great! Very professional and accommodating!
A LOT OF DAMAGE to my yard from K&K Towing and deceptive practices. The driver pulled a car that slid onto the slick bank off my driveway approximately 11 feet. After Ron pulled the car back onto the concrete he said "you spoke to a new dispatcher that doesn't understand pricing so the $125.00 she quoted you isn't correct the price is actually $250.00". He DOUBLED the price once the job was done. I wasn't happy about the false bait and hook style of their business, but I was stuck with his decision.
Next he backed down my driveway and went way off into the yard and caused all of the damage in the pictures below. His "dispatcher Jodi" called me 5 minutes after the damage and said that they would take care of the damage. The next day I reached back out to Jodi and she sent me a text that she was trying to figure it out and would get back to me shortly. I waited several hours and offered the neighborhood yard guy to fix it and she said that "I should turn it into my home owners insurance because they were not going to pay for it". I then got a call from the driver Ron, and he said "don't reach out to my GIRLFRIEND Jodi again... she told you that WE are not going to pay for the damage and if I called either of them again that I would be sorry"!!
These guys are amazing!I would recommend them to anyone!No It was not what I expected!! Wouldn't watch again! Sadly.They didn't lift my truck up and lift it over therefore it bent one of my rims! Very expensive!!!! The guy working with them suggested it! That didn't happen. You were nice! But nice doesn't take care of my transportation! Plus cost!
Unfortunately one of Georgia’s lovely roadways took a bite out of my new tires today.
After using my app to request roadside service, I thought all was ok. After 3 calls to my insurance provider and the tow company, I began looking around on Google and Yelp. After 3 hours of waiting and my morning ruined, it was time to call someone else.
I called K & K. A very pleasant woman answered the phone, I described my situation and she told me that she could have someone to me in 30 minutes!! This was a no brainer. She asked the basic information and we got off the phone.
17 minutes later, yes 17, D.J. arrived, had my vehicle loaded up and ready to go! In less than 30 minutes, I was very pleased with their service! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow service!

I called K&K after waiting on AAA to find someone for 5 hours. The woman who answered the phone told me they didn't have anyone available, but she didn't leave it at that. She went the extra mile and not only recommended another company, but called the owner to see if he could help me out. She passed along my number and her recommendation was terrific. I will never forget her kindness, helpfulness, and selflessness! I will remember this company should the need ever arise again when I'm in their territory.
K & K towing saved my life this morning. He was to my car in 10 minutes and was extremely fair on prices. $60 to hook up and only +$4/mile. The whole tow only costed me $74. Other places were quoting me near $200 for the exact same ride. Super thankful for this honest and friendly business! HIGHLY recommend! :) Also, I learned this is a father/son business built on honest work and fair prices, Support local business! :) thank y’all again!

K&K Towing and Recovery’s team of two, showed up VERY fast, had my car on the flat bed and then gave me and my car THE most pleasant ride to my mechanic’s shop all in the matter of about 45 min! Cody and his assistant towed my car few months ago and I will use again. My battery was dead and they had a portable quick charger; which I was very grateful. I also really really appreciate how neither gent used a condescending tone when answering my many questions, which I'm sure were simple to them. Please keep up the excellent customer service!
Great service! I've never had to have a car towed before, so I was a little nervous about calling just any towing company... After reading up on K&K towing I made the call and was very pleased with the overall experience. The tow truck arrived within 30 minutes and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend if you find yourself in a pinch.
What a great experience!! My car was in a very difficult position in a deep ditch. These guys showed up in about 15 minutes and immediately got to work. They took extreme care to protect my car and took their time getting it out. Such professionalism! If you ever find yourself in the awkward position of needing a tow, don’t hesitate to call them!
Called K&K in the a.m. to see if they could transfer my '89 Mustang from my parents house to my house. About 1/2 mile drive. Cody came with co worker (sorry i did not get his name) as planned at 1:30 pm. Moved car with ease. Both Cody and his co work were very nice and efficient. These guys are great. After waiting over 4 hours for my insurance company's automated tow dispatch, and two cancelations, I called K&K to see if they could come help me out expecting to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed by insurance. 30 minutes later my car was on their truck, and they had arranged payment directly with my insurance company so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Great company to deal with.
The driver, Cody, arrived early than anticipated. Cody was professional and friendly and he worked very quickly. The service was also reasonably priced. I had a terrible experience with a different towing company last year and paid three times then what I paid for K & K today. It sucks to need to get towed, but having someone who knows what he is doing and who arrives within the timeframe he gives makes it suck a little less. I've put their number in my phone and will call them first in the future.
Honest and reliable! Having a car towed is never a good experience. But with K&K Towing they took alot of the pain out of it. Courteous and knowledgeable and quick to arrive. After trying to deal with AAA and our own car insurance company for hours, we called K & K Towing. Our car needed to be towed 20 miles. AAA kept us waiting for over 4 hours and I was on hold with our insurance company for over 15 minutes. Aggravating, to say the least. My husband called K & K Towing and the phone was answered by a very pleasant woman who helped us immediately. Shawna requested the necessary information quickly and efficiently. The tow truck was at our house in 40 minutes. The driver, Bradley, was courteous and also very efficient. This is the towing company to call for fast and prompt service. Kudos to K & K Towing!
