Muscles showed up when he said he would. Quick response and went out out of his way to disconnect the trailer hitch so it didn’t hit the ground. My truck had tools and personal items in it and he didn’t touch anything. Honest great American. We appreciate you and will be calling you in the future.
I’ve had bad luck with my cars over the past two weeks.
Two weeks ago my car had a flat, waited for a tow from some other wrecker service (through BMW roadside) and waited 7 hours while their dispatch lied for hours and said a flatbed was on its way.
Today I needed a tow for my kids car, contacted Audi roadside and they dispatched hook. Dan called within minutes, gave me an estimate on when he’d be there and updated me on his way.
I’m keeping hooks number in my phone going forward. I highly recommend.
Just had to have my car towed to the dealership. Dan was very responsive and got my car where it needed to be. He then checked it in at the dealership before he left. He was great to work with, reasonable in pricing and I would recommend him if you ever need a tow!
I really want to share my experience because Dan is amazing!! Unfortunately my son was in a car accident and his vehicle needed to be towed. I remembered a friend of mine sharing a story of a great experience with a wrecker service. I immediately called my friend and she sent me Dan’s contact info. I called Dan and he was able to do some magic and get the vehicle to the dealership within an hour. Later we realized that dealership was not a good fit- I called Dan back. Once again, he was able to move things around and relocate the vehicle the very next day! Dan went WAY above and beyond to make a very frustrating event, manageable. He was sensitive to our situation and a calming voice of encouragement in our emotional state. I have permanently stored his information in my phone as my “go-to”. Life is full of unexpected situations, but I’m glad to have him on speed dial if needed. Thank you SO much Dan!!

Dan at Hook took excellent care of my vehicle! I was in quite the pickle on the side of the road and Dan made the whole thing a breeze. He was incredibly responsive to all of my many questions. He was prompt on both pickup, and delivery. And he verified all of my drop off options before moving my vehicle. The price was reasonable as well! Dan was absolutely there for me tonight. My car decided it didn’t want to work anymore today. I called multiple towing companies and 2 of them recommended Hook Towing & Transport. He was quick to get my car off the side of the road and even called to let me know he needed to remove items from my console to reach the release to put it in neutral. He stayed in constant communication with me so I felt confident my car arrived at my mechanic’s shop. His customer service was phenomenal!

Dan was fantastic and took good care of my car. Dan answered the initial call quickly, and his price was very fair. My job was a double tow to an inspection station and back home. The car did drive but did not have tags. Right off the bat, Dan stated he would not charge a 2nd hookup fee which saved money. The other companies I called all quoted 2 hookup fee's with considerable higher charges. Dan was very accommodating, great communication, showed up when he said he would, he's easy to work with, and has a very kind heart. I would highly recommend calling Dan for any of your towing needs! Dan was great, he showed up within 30 minutes of me calling asking for a tow to a local shop. When he gets there to do the tow he asks what’s going on with the vehicle and takes a look himself. Dan ended up figuring out the issue and getting the car running! I highly recommend giving him a call if you’re in a jiffy situation with your vehicle. Above and beyond customer service!

Have a business where we need our vehicles. Only because we travel far, we will keep AAA for absolute emergencies, otherwise the unknown! Wait time, (last time was over 12hrs where we did not want to leave a vehicle) and communication it is not worth it.

What a great experience! Dan showed up on time and had my truck carefully loaded up on his very nice flatbed in a few short minutes. By the time I arrived at the dealership Dan had already off loaded my truck and placed in a spot away from other vehicles. I paid what I believed to be a very reasonable price and he thanked me and went on his way. What added to the experience is Dan's follow up to see if my truck was fixed and what was actually wrong with it. Great customer service and I will definitely use Dan again should I need this type of service in the future.

I do not normally leave reviews but feel compelled to in this case. Dan was super fantastic!!!! I had an overheating car battery that was not safe to drive. Dan fit me in to his busy schedule on the way to another job and gave me a tow to the dealership. He was quick, very courteous, and professional. All around a nice guy as well! I VERY HIGHLY recommend!!!!
