Was affordable and very fast got me off the road and my vehicle to my desired mechanic shop was very happy with the tow truck driver Dan he made sure that we were safe and off the road
Stranded on 400 SB with a blown tire, two grumpy kids, and a long day behind us—perfect combo, right? Enter Dan, a true roadside hero. I Googled the closest tow service, saw Hook Towing, called, and boom—Dan answered. He listened, told me it would be 20–30 minutes, then called back 15 minutes later to say he was almost there. And sure enough, he showed up in under 20 and single‑handedly saved my sanity. Sure, timing and location were on our side, but Dan was great—thorough, thoughtful, calm, and incredibly helpful. He helped me figure out where to take the car and waited a few extra minutes until my husband arrived. *Note, Charles at North Fulton Auto Center already called back and is fixing my car.* I cannot recommend Hook Towing—and Dan—enough!

I highly recommend Hook Towing and Transport! Dan really helped me out. I had called a couple other tow companies before I found Hook Towing. One of them said it was going to be an hour and a half , the other said over two hours. When I called Hook , Dan was there within thirty minutes. I drive a big f350 Ford with 22.5 tires. I was worried it might be to big to tow but Dan hooked right up to it and we were on our way within minutes. Not to mention that this was almost 9 pm at night and on a busy interstate . Thanks Dan !!! You are my go to guy if I ever need a tow again! A++++

Dan is extremely nice! He came out and towed my vehicle after my "supposed" roadside service refused to send trucks out because of the ice. Most places I called before him were also not towing yesterday or their price was way higher. I highly recommend using him!!

My wife’s minivan got stuck in a ditch due to the winter storm and ice on the roads. These guys helped me to get the minivan out safely and fast. I appreciate the extra care to let me know no damage was visible underside of the car due to the minor crash that caused the car to slide off of the road.

Called randomly on a Wednesday after a radiator leak they came to get me within an hour and even gave me a lift. Very clean and professional. Everything they said they would do they did it was quick easy and affordable. Hard to get all 3 of those nowadays

My passenger rear dually tires popped on my work box truck. Hook towing, did a great job of coming out and getting it loaded and unloaded without messing up the back step rail. Great communication and respectful customer service. If I ever need a tow again this is who I will be using.

Muscles showed up when he said he would. Quick response and went out out of his way to disconnect the trailer hitch so it didn’t hit the ground. My truck had tools and personal items in it and he didn’t touch anything. Honest great American. We appreciate you and will be calling you in the future.
