Warranty practices are not what is written. Owner will not return your money when you have a bad purchase. You lose money on install and he will play games with you.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. GO TO LKQ OR WEAVER OR FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE. THIS GUY IS A SHAM AND PLAYES GAMES WITH YOU!
Sold me a bad engine and keeps dodging me. Do better and stop scamming and honor your warranty. I brought this to your attention under 30 days. This is fraudulent business practices which is not only civil but criminal.
Disgraceful warranty practices. This company advertises a 30-day warranty on their receipts and a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, but it’s meaningless. They sold me a defective part, and I contacted them well within the warranty window. Despite providing the necessary information, they refused to cover the part or take responsibility. Standing behind your products is basic customer service, and they failed completely. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for auto parts.
Can say this is the first junk yard I went to that had no employees that were rude I will definitely recommend great service and staff keep up the great work
I Wouldn't buy a soda out the vending machine scared it would take my money too... Recently Bought a transmission here and what's crazy about it is, I was skeptical and wasn't going to buy it but took a chance on it and the damn thing wasn't no good, these crooks want me to pay somebody to take it out for a refund, keep in mind I just paid somebody to put it in now I have to waste money to have it took out, these ppl are crooks , I'm glad there on that dirt road cause I wouldn't want to pass this place driving by thats how bad you should avoid this place
I purchased two transmissions from the sales, rep Puppy dog and they both had bad solenoid codes and didn't shift properly. Ronnie's transmission shop informed me that they sold me two bad transmissions.
I just want to say THANK YOU, I’m a girl who thinks she knows everything but can fix nothing, I’m so proud of myself because I purchased a sun visor for my 2014 precious convertible VW Beetle without a part number just matching up pics and I was able to replace my old with just a views online videos. Thanks again for easy ordering for people like me.
Terrible customer service, they don’t tell you about additional fees they clearly knew about before quoting you the wrong prices, Have no interest in fixing or helping you fix any issues caused by them they only want to take your money. I would not recommend doing business to bad you can’t give negative stars
Bad outfit to do business with my son is having to file a complaint with the Georgia department of labor as they've denied 2 weeks compensation due to his lost wallet with his social security card inside. HR person was rude and accused me of threatening her. The only so called threat was reporting them to Labor tregarding his unpaid compensation. My son and I will be going to Georgia office next week. These people sell you damaged parts and tell you that they work and then they tell you that a representative has to come to see if it is damaged and they themselves don't know what they are selling you. I don't recommend them.
Terrible customer service was clearly racial. When I entered no one spoke to me when I greeted them and then I when I asked for a front bumper for my 06 Corolla I came for the man behind the counter with the glasses went on his computer and told me southern auto in Ellenwood had them I called them right after and they said they were sold out. I will be sure to let everyone I know not to come to this establishment.
Purchased a engine from them,and installed it.started up and was knocking,and low oil pressure.shut the engine off called them and explained what was going on with it.they sent 3 people out to look at engine over a 2 week period.they all said the engine was no good.when I called back they said I need a starter and call them back when I can make it spin over.these are the worst people to deal with.they need to be of a business than scamming people out of their money
Greg Givens is one of the very few honest people left in the industry. I called to inquire about an exterior part and told Greg I wad driving over an hour to pick up the part. He cared enough about how far I had to drive and went took pictures of the dor and texted them to me. I got a a good door at a fair price. I would recommend Givens to anyone.
I have replaced a lot of transmissions and engines in the past. Some of them in the same vehicle trying to find one that worked properly. They assured me the one they gave me worked right. And they were right. They pulled the transmission out of the vehicle it was in before I ever got there. Loaded it for me. When I came back with the core they unloaded it for me. All while having great attitudes and knowledge. Great group of guys from the front desk to the yard. Would highly recommend.
The service was timely, respectable, nice calendars for 2020. If you need use auto parts, price reasonable better than you pick or take off your own and charge is as much or more than Quality take parts off you in a hurry. I recommend it someone trying save money. I drove from Stone Mountain and I am satisfied.
I've purchased several parts here & the entire staff is outstanding. "PUPPY-DOG" is the primary guy, while Clint's 2nd! You can't go wrong either way, the service is pleasant & their knowledge is exceptional..
I had a great experience here. Puppy Dog was very helpful and humorous. I must have looked terrified about the entire process, but he helped put my worried mind at ease. I had to buy a transmission. They even delivered it to the shop at which I was going to have the repair done. I had no problem with my core return either a few weeks later. It was my first time going to a used auto parts lot. I will return here in the future.
Talked to Puppy dog at least 4 times to verify parts where correct and in stock. Drove 3hrs to find out no one had physically checked inventory, disappointing but they made it right by locating parts and having them shipped directly to me.
Went to Quality today for the first time where i met this guy named Puppy Dog. He is a salesman there (he was a character )and very helpful he located a drive shaft for me that I searched around the whole city for they seemed to be very organized. Also I can't forget about Clint he made sure that I got the right driveshaft he went over and beyond... I will be back
