You want to talk about hometown heroes? Nikki and Robert saved the day for me recently on a long-distance trip home. I called their store at 5:45 on a Wednesday evening with a misfiring truck and 4 hours still left in my trip. All the local auto shops were closed, and they were my only option for hope of getting home. When Nikki answered the phone we talked through the check engine codes, and she assured me they'd try and help me troubleshoot. When I pulled up to the curb ten minutes later both her and Robert were outside waiting for me. Turns out it was an easy fix, and they had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. I'm forever grateful for their assistance and their willingness to go above and beyond. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I love this location! I got fast and exceptional service. The store manager, Nikki Quentin, was a huge help when I had to replace a lawn mower battery and a motorcycle battery. She helped me locate and cross-reference the proper after-market battery identififiers, and she also gave me some great information about battery tenders. I'm now set for the winter!

Very kind staff, it was super close to closing time and had the exact part I needed. In turn, it kept us from being stranded for the night since we were from out of state. Thank you again.
In town for a race and had a brake line failure. These guys were super helpful and went above and beyond finding us a replacement. Super helpful, awesome service.
Called looking for inner and outer tie rods for a 4wd Ford. Asked employee on 6/6/23 why only inner tie rods were listed 4wd ( listing included 4WD, RWD, greasable, etc). Was told " call a mechanic, " then immediately hung up upon. So yeah, service couldn't get any crappier. Needless to say, I made purchases elsewhere, and will NEVER call this "business" again.
P.S. only inner tie rods are listed 4WD, outer rods need/have no added listing
Got my parts wrong three times and when they did get them right they charged my card AGAIN for the part ... The woman I spoke with was rude and more interested in n talking to the man behind me ... Needless to say I will drive the extra 30 mins to get my parts next time
I just want to say, i will never go to another parts store besides this one, unless i absolutely have to...the people here are very nice and extremely helpful. There has been times i would not have known what to do if these guys didn't help me out. Other part store's employees don't know nothing at all about vehicles!-Thanks guys.
Went there in sort of a emergency. Some how 3 of my lugnuts broke off. Went in and asked if they could and had the lug bolts and nut that would fit my truck and less than 5 minutes I had them and on the way to get my truck off the side of the road.
My SIL needed to stop here to get air conditioner coolant? She had some difficulty finding it abd an employee saw that she was having trouble and went to assist right away. He told her which was the best, even if it was not the most expensive one. She ended up buying 2 or 3 bottle and was in and out in 5 mins tops.
bought a wheel bearing that was defective. Cost me $35 to have it pressed in originally then had to pay $35 to press the defective one out and another $35 to press the replacement for the defective one back in. Absolutely no help from the fine folks at O'Reilly auto parts. Worst part is I bought a hub assembly three weeks prior to this for another vehicle and it was defective also...
Very kind, helpful management and staff. Always get what I need or they can usually find a solution. The few times I've been there, I'm never treated like I'm bothering them, which is a rare attitude toward customer service these days.
