When it is 1:00 in the morning in your trucks pointed in the direction of a house could you please turn off that LEDs. Thought I had a UFO in my front yard

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mr.Terry and his TEAM. I first have to say you get what you pay for . We run a very specialized operation ( ie Medical transport of VERY heavy and crazy expensive PETCT and MRI coaches. The truck I was driving had a fuel header fitting fail. This was on the night before a major holiday ( right before midnight on Labor Day weekend) at 2330 and the outfit was stranded at the scales on 1-16. We called everyone around to try to get it repaired and NO one in the Savannah area could support us let alone answer our phone calls. We called Mr.Terrys company and the owner came out himself because his other TEAM members were on other calls. With the medical unit needing to keep running the whole time to protect and keep the very expensive medical equipment cool and powered up. We had him tow us to the destination a 100 miles away. He called in another bobtail to transport it ( which he owned and then drove it with me with him) . They transported it to our next hospital and ( it’s a very tight area to maneuver around ) he waited till I set it up for the hospital and then took the truck another 40 miles down the road to the truck stop and even took me to my driveway without question. He would not take no for an answer for me just to walk a 1 miles home to my residence. He is a man of GOD and very loyal to his customers. He will ALWAYS be MY 1st call for service if I’m near his area of operation. Thanks again Mr.Terry for getting us out of a bind Sir.

Semi truck with gooseneck trailer driving down i-95 between 144 and old river road. The driver did not clean the rocks of the excavator it was hauling and several flew off and hit my car and windshield, cracking it dead center of driver's line of sight. The company did not take responsibility when I called them at the time of the incident. They said they were not liable for any damages caused by failure to secure their load. Incident occured on 10/1/2024 At 1:45 pm.

Damaged our equipment, after that was holding the equipment at them yard asking tons of cash for small job Do not call them if you want to be ripped off

BE AWARE: damaged our equipment and held it hostage to release them of liability. They unreasonably increased the bill after they did the damage. Local police did not want to help.

This towing company is a complete rip-off. They automatically charge you for 4 hours just to tow something for under 20 mins. The transaction was canceled with proof from the driver saying it was okay to cancel only for him to still come down and demand we use him. Just to pull a truck out of a ditch he charged $750. Did not say anything about it being a minimum of 4 hours requirement.

We are very appreciative of the towing service we received today. They towed our truck and camper. They dropped off the RV for us at a campground and took the truck to the dealer. We appreciate the help and promptness of the service.

We were 100% stranded on Black Friday trying to get home (2.5 hrs away) and CLT came out to give us a towing quote but also sent their mechanic to see if they could get us on the road…and they did!! They were quick to respond, great to work with, fair pricing and ultimately saved our holiday weekend!

Terry from CLT responded promptly on the phone on a Sunday night to boot! I had trouble getting a tow through the rental car agency but CLT picked up the job and had me taken care of in no time at all! Thank yall!!

5 stars is not enough for these guys the owner terry is friendly and very understanding n honestly it should be call clt grand rapid response because even at 0430 am terry wasted no time to get where I was I was visiting my gf n her family and terry spoke with words of encouragement saying I’m not the only one who gets stuck in sand give these guys a call regardless cuz the knowledge professionalism and the friendliness these guys pour out there hearts Thanks Terry for everything u do we’d be lost with out u guys out here god bless u n ur family and business

Our 41' motorhome lost its water pump on the on ramp of 95 in Savannah. The owner, Terry, did a Fabulous job of backing up on the on ramp, hooking up and towing to Cummins. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend!

Terry and Pete are great ! Super friendly and professional. Got my big rig stuck in a ditch on a muddy georgia road. They got it free and kept the load on the deck . Even helped me reorient the load back at their shop. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I was in a car accident and called this company upon request. They were there before the police officer finished the report. He transported my car and me and my passenger. So grateful for his quick response!
