The best experience we’ve had with an auto shop in years! My husband’s work truck got a flat tire and he was able to get a ride from a kind passerby here to get it repaired. They were quick and courteous and got his tire fixed, took him back to the truck, and helped him get it reinstalled and ready to go. They went above and beyond for my husband and we are so grateful for their kindness! Definitely would recommend.
Great service at amazing speed for a good price. Even figured out a why the car was squealing, something that several other mechanics including the dealership couldn't do!

Great place to get vehicle repairs! They recently did some repairs on my 1994 Chevrolet Silverado. Got her running like a charm and the charges were very reasonable. My favorite part is they get the work done when they say they’re gonna get it done…didn’t take weeks, only a few days.
What shop is closed on Fridays? When to have my vehicle released so insurance could have it inspected due to someone running a stop sign and hitting me. They towed my vehicle to their yard and now I can't get it out. What a terrible set up. Trash.
Brad Smith (owner, lead mechanic) is amazing at his craft. He doesn't just throw parts at an issue, he figures it out, and fixes it appropriately, while using OEM or better parts to do so. He's repaired one 2 of my vehicles, as well as one for my sister, and one for my Dad. He will always get my business when an issue exceeds my abilities, or equipment requirements. Thanks Brad!

They helped me out in a huge way. A way that made an already stressful situation, easier to deal with. I was working in Springfield for just a few days back in Jan '19, & I hit a deer early one morning and totaled my van.
I was in a town I'd never been to, didn't know my way around but was able to have the car towed by the insurance adjuster to Smith's, where they stored my car for several days and let me have access to it anytime during business hours until the insurance company could process my claim. They were also extremely helpful on the phone and always returned my calls. I can only attest to their customer service and it was 100%!

They were very honest about my car’s condition (it was awful). When my engine was overheating they added coolant to my radiator. After that all was well for a while, but I had a bigger problem than leaking coolant. They told me my radiator had bubbles in it, and they recommended me to another mechanic. While in the end I sold my car for scrap metal because it would be incredibly expensive to get repaired, they led me to another car which I’m taking to them today. An oil change is a small price to pay for what they did for me.
I called Monday and the lady said they don’t do appointments and they were booked until Wednesday. She said come early Wednesday so I was there when they opened. So big surprise NOT, they were too full. So I’d give them 0 stars if I could since they didn’t do anything except waste my time and gas.
We had a very bad experience with this company. He did not do what was asked. Installed headers and bent them to make them go on they are touching the transmission lines and touching the spark ug wires. I cant take the starter off without cutting the exhaust off the truck. A piss poor job for $1,000. When I tried to call and talk to him about the job he said bring it back in but I'll have it charge you more....
Brad is terrific. Honest and reasonable prices. Knowledgeable team. Maybe need better communication with customers - just a quick phone call with an update if work is taking longer than expected is all. But hard to beat. No shenanigans business.
They had all day to get my front end alignment right but couldn't seem to manage. At the end of the day it was still was off as you could see with your eyes it was that bad and the mechanic wanted to argue telling me it was right. So I left and came back 1 week later the new tired I had put on it when I got the alignment were now bald so there was no arguing with me. They didn't replace the tires they just did about her alignment and it's still not right
The Owner is a highly talented technician. I was experiencing a drivability concern and he was able to diagnose and repair my concern in record time. His professionalism as well as uncompromising abilities have earned a life long Customer!!!
