Here to pick up a vehicle and was told it was $250. Get here and the driver said it's 300 and when was told that's not what I was told he immediately started walking out am the door and got in his truck n just left.
No question asked traveled to retrieve me truck an trailer. Friendly conversation an bought me lunch a learning experience I want forget doesn’t mind answering questions!
Great service and communication... however my car was supposed to be picked up on a Monday afternoon around 5pm...but then got informed it couldn't be towed until Tuesday morning after waiting for a good few hours before they let me know...but other than that...very nice staff and would try them again.
Only wrecket service that was able to help me and was very swift and professional with their work . No damages and nobody got hurt. Job well done guys and thanks alot!!!
Driver cutting off people flying off the exit lane on 6.6.23 in Charlotte NC on 85 south. Seems like this company needs to send their drivers back to drivers Ed. No license plate on the wrecker either.

I was leery at first after calling in late afternoon, being placed on hold for 10 minutes and then told I would get a callback that didn't happen. However, when I called back an hour later, the dispatcher took the necessary info and a short time later, my car was towed to its new location. Driver was friendly. Very smooth process. A tad pricey but their work is great. I would definitely use them again.
The woman who answers the phone is rude as could be. Never even got to state what I needed before she hung up on me. Call Smithey's if you want to be treated with decency.

Sapps wrecker service tried to charge me 397.00 for a 10 mile tow and wanted me to wait 4 hrs. Rahnn charged me 250.00 and was there in 20 minutes. If you want fast reliable service I recommend these guys
They are Rude and their employees take things from your vehicle and when you ask about them they claim it blew out of your vehicle or was never there! They piled all the trash off the road from accident in the back of our truck... Even pieces off the other vehicle involved in the accident. They charge to much on top of everything. I'll never use them again!!
Rude not helpful at all even when children's wellbeing is involved would strongly recommend not using their service for any reason. Makes up prices of the top of their heads turning a 150$ bill into a 300$ bill. Also considers 2 am the previous day
I was stuck in a deep hole and in a remote location. The guys from Rahn's showed up quickly with a tracked skid steer and got us out. very friendly folks and reasonably priced.
Called on a Monday (May 11) to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank pumped. I wanted it done on Friday the 15th. The lady told me that I'd be the first on the list on Friday as they had no other appointments that day. Well, Friday comes NO CALLS NO SHOW! Anyway, I went with another company that came out the same day for $80 cheaper!
Prompt response time and they have a wide variety of equipment to take care of just about any towing need. Our forklift was stuck in the soil and they made quick work of it.
Used road side assistance to get my keys out of my car and this was the company sent to assist me , the gentleman who came to help was very pleasant and quick about getting me my keys. I also had to bring a friend to pick up his car a week later and the woman in the office was very sweet, the fur babies in the office also made my morning
If you have something you need towed or hauled in this area do not call anybody else besides Rahn's. I made the mistake of trying another wrecker service first and they were unqualified and unprofessional, one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I work with towing companies multiple times a day. Call Rahn's and they will take care of you and their prices are fair.
Under circumstances. I really didn't want to be at. This is where my car was after the wreck. My poor baby TOTALED. The service great. Got the last of my items out. Bye baby.
Called them on short notice to haul a used container to my house. They were spot on. Quoted me the cost up front so I knew exactly what it would cost me. Delivered my container on time. The big rig driver (Rickie) was impressive. He wiggled that truck and trailer around in a tight spot and set that container within inches of where I needed it. Great job!
We were in a ditch for 8 hrs they had been told we were not in the truck, when I finally got their number and called the lady was very apologetic and got someone to us as quickly as possible there were a lot of wrecks on I95 we had been routed off on a secondary road hwy 21 so we were not in an area that needed to be cleared right away, when the guys got to us they were very nice, and I almost took their puppy home "sweet dog" ! Thank you for getting us back on the road!!!
Very nasty owners do not do any businesss with this big fat hog.. he towed my vehicle. I went to get my belongings he talked to me like a dog in front of my kids. My son almost got in a fight with him. He told us to get out of his face. Remember he has my property, my purse, medication was left in the vehicle and he wouldn’t allow me to get nothing. He told us to get out his face. Rude fat Ass!!!
After my my truck blew the rear seal 100 miles from home I had to call a tow truck. Rahn's wrecker was the only service I could get a hold of on this holiday weekend that had a tow truck large enough to accommodate my truck. So I set up a time to meet the driver and load the truck. The driver was right on time and very courteous. This particular truck is my baby and he took great care when loading it and ensured it was properly secured. Due to UNFORSEEN (not drivers fault) conditions on the highway the tonneau cover came off and was damaged. The driver did as he was supposed to do and filed a police report and took pictures(the truck itself was undamaged). They called and notified me of what occured, and before I could even say anything they guaranteed a full replacement no hassle no run around. This being a fiberglass painted to match tonneau cover on an older truck it required to be made custom (aka expensive). Even still they gave me no run around. All they wanted from me was my vehicle info to have the new cover made, they handled everything else. Today i went and got the cover installed, it looks as good if not better than the original. Through this process I spoke with the people of Rahn's wrecking multiple times and they were all nice and professional. These are great people and have a great service. In the event I ever need a tow again they will be my first call.
