Michael Freeman: Where do I even begin? I felt so disheartened having my son sit in his car stranded for nearly an entire day with so many cars passing him by. My prayers were answered when Mike of Dixie towing answered that phone and took the job to tow my son off the highway to safety the next morning. He went above & beyond by making sure to give him enough power to close his window. While it may not seem like much to some, being over 900 miles away from her kid, it meant the world to me. I will always be thankful and grateful.

Greg was amazing he had a great conversation with me and even drove slow with my 1985 k10. When he got to my house, he offered to pull the truck in himself to help me out without damaging it. Which I said yes and he pulled in it perfectly and even helped me push it a couple of feet back.

Well I was stranded far as hell didnt know what to do and I called this towing company after calling like five other companies and they came in the swiftness time I couldn’t be more relieved my driver Michael was the sweetest and made me feel at home the whole ride and for the best reasonable price definitely logging them into my contacts….

After waiting 3+ hours for AAA to send a tow truck I called Dixie and within 30 minutes they were there picking me up. The driver (Greg I believe) was a great guy and made the drive to the repair shop extremely pleasant. Highly recommend!!

Our baby's medicine was in the car after my wife had a wreck. After she was released from the hospital about 9:30 pm they were kind enough to get the medicine out of the car and bring it to the gate for us since they were closed. Great people. Great business. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend Dixie Wrecker Service! Their driver, Greg has towed my vehicle twice now. He was very friendly and professional. I never felt rushed in any way. He made a not so good situation much easier! I will for sure use their services in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know! The price is also very fair!

Best towing experience ever!! The dispatcher was so kind to me and gave me great prices. I called maybe 4 times to ask questions and she was so nice each time. This was my first tow and was so nervous. The tow guys came and backed all the way up my drive way which is up a nice hill and parked it the car port for me. Thank you so much!!!!!! 10/10!

Would recommend Dixie to anyone who asks. Wrecked on I-20 and Dixie arrived in minutes after I called. The driver was extremely professional and the rate back to Villa Rica was very reasonable, given it was a rainy Sunday afternoon. Excellent company you do not find much of anymore.

Awesome service! My car broke down on the highway late at night in the rain…I was scared to stay there to meet the wrecker and they were nice enough to meet me elsewhere off the highway to retrieve my keys. Not to mention in 30 minutes from my call! They even kept my car safe overnight until the dealership opened the next morning. Everyone was super friendly and I was expecting a way higher price!! I have them saved in my phone now just in case, the only tow truck company I need!

I want to sincerely say THANK YOU to the driver and staff at Dixie Towing! We traveled from out of town for Peach Bowl 12/29/2023. Car broke down on 20 East HEAVY traffic New Years weekend. I called the lady and was so kind. Had a driver there in 15 mins. The driver was so kind and helpful. Brought our car to Cummings GA to a repair shop. Highly recommend this towing company. So kind to out of town folks. Blessings to them, and we would definitely use them again if ever needed. Thankful for good companies with GREAT customer service and affordable service. Broke down around 8pm on the back roads of Hiram GA. Contacted Dixie Towing and Greg was at our location within 30 minutes. Towed us to Newnan for a fair price. Great service!

Great! Had a 2 hour wait but the driver was very helpful and got my truck on the flat bed and brought to mu home. Very reasonable. Will use them again if needed. Maybe I'll break down on purpose just to get that great service. Just kidding. Jay Heath

I had to get my car towed this morning due to transmission failure. I called multiple towing services and all had several hour wait times. I called Dixie and they told me it would be about 2 hours. I had no choice but to wait. However, Greg from Dixie showed up before 2 hours had passed and was incredibly nice. He was sympathetic to my situation and was in and out in a flash. He offered to bring me to work, but I had already had a ride scheduled. I appreciate Greg and his kindness and professionalism on this dreary, rainy morning. Thanks Greg!!

We used Dixie towing for our forklift and other equipment to be hauled and they were very responsive and great price! Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for removing the 20-ft. Amazon van from our access road a few nights ago (about 12:30 am). Didn't get the driver's name, but he was awesome! He listened to my concerns, gave me options, was very respectful and did a great job! Really competent! We'll definitely use them again.

I originally called Monday morning and spoke to a nice lady that was going to get a truck out to me as soon as possible and call me 30 minutes before they were on their way. She then called me back saying that they weren't able to get a truck out to me that same day due to one of their drivers going home sick and would get me first thing in the morning at 9:00AM. I agreed to that even though I kept saying that I don't mind if it was going to be late when they got to me. The next day I showed up at 9:00AM and waited a little bit to have no tow truck show up. I called and a guy answered instead of the person I originally spoke to and said that they weren't able to get to me because they have all of their drivers out doing city calls and those take priority. I asked him when they would be able to get to me and he said an hour to an hour and a half. I agreed to that and they again said they would call me 30 minutes before they were on their way so I could meet up with them. I received no call and decided to call them 2 hours later. I received the excuse again that they had their hands full and they just then decided to tell me that they can't get me because I'm just out of their service area. They aren't that far from where the car was and the first person I spoke to said they could get it. Why the sudden change? Due to this my car had been sitting for 24 hours now and was broken into. This was already an expensive repair but was now more expensive due to needing to fix the two passenger side windows that were broken. Very unprofessional and not organized. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other towing companies out there.
