The gentleman I dealt with was named Todd and he really was very kind to me and fair. He actually carried something heavy into my house that would otherwise sit outside for a number of days. I enjoyed talking with him and I think and hope that I got a very fair deal.

Despite the fact that these vehicles weren't drivable, he was still able to remove them, but had to make two trips. He didn't complain and completed the removals with a smile. Thay said they were. Comeing out to buy truck after wateing a couple hrs for the truck to show . I called them back got no answer . Then I found out they closed at 8pm . Bad business as far as I'm concerned you don't do that to people I can never get back the hours I wated for them to never show up. Will never call them again

I called Straight Forward Recycling, on July 22nd, spoke to a gentleman who was the owner I'm sorry I forgot his name. He gave me a quote for my 2012 Chevy Equinox, came to my house in 2hrs. Very professional and polite. I definitely recommend this place. My son is going here too. As soon as he clean his truck out.
MEMORIAL DAY! I called this company expecting to get their answering service and got Todd on the phone! My truck no longer worked and I was looking to have it donated to allow others to benefit from the parts as needed! Todd was and is phenomenal! He took the time to hear my request and agreed to take the truck. Within an hour of the phone call, he was there to remove the vehicle and paid us unexpectedly! Thank you for your services.
