On a camping vacation, my wife and I were travelling back from Florida toward our home in Vermont, on an expressway in Albany Georgia when the spring on our travel trailer broke clean off, dropping the body of camper onto the tire. I immediately pulled over to the breakdown lane, thinking I had blown a tire. The tire was not blown, but had been smoked and roughed up, with the camper body resting on the tire. Certainly not repairable by me -- I needed more than a tow (that tire could not roll without the body ripping it to shreds) -- I needed a flatbed! I open up my laptop and searched for "tow service near Albany GA". Luckily I contacted Strum's Elite Towing. The driver responding with the flatbed knew his business -- loaded our camper without moving that tire nor causing any further damage to the camper. I had them move it back to their lot, because I as yet had no idea who I might find to repair it (and it now being after 5PM). We followed it back to their lot and the driver explained where we could find a hotel for the night. We met the owner, paid the reasonable tow charge, and he offered to connect us with the fellow who repairs his trailers. The short story: The next day, everything expertly repaired, a very reasonable repair charge, and some free education to boot, we were back on the road! Rod and his crew (and his friends) are honest, friendly, and competent -- more than just "professional" -- especially to some strangers just passing through!

Can't praise this tow company enough. We had a work van break down in Albany at 3 PM. I called them and they had a truck on the way within 10 minutes. They hauled it all the way to Perry for a reasonable price. Amazing company. I'll definitely use them again.

I had a flat tire and did a claim through insurance. They dispatched Strums Elite Towing & Recovery. I was so pleased. Dawson was so helpful with changing my tire and showing me that I had a nail in it. He was very fast and efficient!!

Horrible company. Towed my family member’s car ILLEGALLY, did not know if he had actually towed it and then when he admitted to having the car, the car does not drive the same afterwards. They damaged our car!!! Disrespectful owner. Hung up in my face when I inquired about what his towing policies were and if he had proper licensure. He could not articulate what the towing procedures were and was disrespectful, angry, and dishonest before hanging up in my face.

The ETA wasn’t in a timely manner ,They gave me. Window between 2-3:30 ,in Which I had to miss work until because they didn’t arrived until about 5 hours later which was real inconvenient ,Also the communication was very little to none at all .The tower truck driver acted like I was bothering him and very irritated .I was afraid to ask any questions.He was rude and I didn’t feel comfortable about asking him any question .He just seem very frustrated and no didn’t won’t to be bother.I was very taken away in his demeanor and attitude and very rude .I highly wouldn’t recommend his services to any one
I was promised a specific service, but the company didn't deliver.confirmed the price on call 2-3 times. Explained everything on phone. But when guy came at location totally opposite. Its was not miscommunication. It's a way you guys scam people.
Cover, the young man who pick up our vehicle was very polite and warm. This may seem unusual but his appearance was very clean and hair clean and well taken care of. He look as if he takes great pride in himself as well as his job!!!

We can’t say enough nice things about this company and our driver RJ. He was at our location in about 20 minutes from our initial call and got us home in no time flat. This is a fantastic company. I had 2 flat tires at the same time on my way to Illinois and this company was the only one that would come out and take us to a tire store on Christmas day. The gentleman (forgot his name) that towed me was professional and made sure my campervan was hooked up the right way. Thanks guys/gals for getting me back on the road and out of the Church parking lot.
